    Efficiency as a general description of the ownership of any system from the cognitive point of view is defined as the way of reaching a goal with an objectively expressed degree including expenditures for energy, technical and time resources. A given material uses the method of testing the effectiveness of the system by analyzing the target structure resulting from the determination and participation of the impact to assess the main goal in the entire structure of all elements of the system.

    The concept of a doctor in the natal narratives shows ambivalent semantics. This semantics is formed under the influence of such factors as logic of the narrative, actantial positions in particular, which the concept of the doctor takes up in the natal narrative (assistant or antagonist); traditional folklore conceptualizations about people who possess “mysterious” knowledge; and the importance of the doctor to a modern human as a mediator between the patient and the disease.

    The structure, content and communicative significance of the oligarch concept are explicated using corpus analysis. The structure of the oligarch concept is asymmetric: the logical and figurative components are presented much more narrowly than the axiological one. The axiological component dominates the structure of the concept. Various assessments from the negative zone of the axiological scale are included in the axiological component of the concept. The logical components of the concept are ‘the presence of very significant financial resources’, ‘the source of finance – most often oil or other extractive industry’,‘power’, ‘participation in the actual government of the country’, ‘belonging to a certain country (more often Russia or Ukraine)’, and ‘opposition to official authorities and government’. The status of “oligarch” is associated with a small number of the same persons. All logical components are assessed negatively, disparagingly or ironically. The concept of an oligarch receives significant signs from the concept of wealth – the main part of the logical component and axiology. The article compares the axiological components of the concepts oligarch and wealth. As a result, the attitude of the “ordinary Russian people” to wealth and the oligarchs isrevealed: this is envy and distrust, a rich person has extremely negative qualities and has accumulated wealth in an illegal or immoral way.

    Статья предлагает структурно-семантический анализ и интерпретацию не имеющего литературоведческой истории стихотворения Михаила Крепса Овал. Оно посвящено традиционной проблеме «человек и время», репрезентированной в тексте образной антитезой двух тематических мотивов – «человека во времени» и «времени в человеке», развертывающихся в модусе экзистенциального выбора. Поэтика стихотворения ориентирована на доказательство правоты второго из них. По ходу восприятия текста прослежены содержательные изменения в авторской модальности, проявляемой, с одной стороны, в полемике с расхожими, закрепленными в сознании коллективного человека представлениями о времени, а с другой, в утверждении его должного осмысления. Выявлены и прокомментированы контекстуальные аллюзии, мотивные реминисценции и текстуальные аппликации, участвующие в осуществлении стихотворения как единого высказывания. В целом, прочтение текста позволяет сформулировать его смысл. Человек существует и в линейном, наружном времени с фаустианским желанием вечного мгновения, и в круговом, глубинном, причащающем его мгновению вечности. Оба мгновения связаны с мотивом индивидуального бессмертия. В тексте прочитываются два содержательных варианта этого мотива. Первый, номинированный и названием стихотворения: желанное обретение бессмертия-для-себя в линейном, завершаемом личной смертью, времени отвергается иронией как абсурдное. Второй, авторский, вариант: релятивная связь человека с вечностью как хранительницей феноменальных жизней ушедших имеет мнемонический характер и осуществляется в памяти о других, и их мнемоническое бессмертие в круговом времени, возвращающемся и незавершаемом, обеспечивает памятливому человеку индивидуальное бессмертие.
    The article offers a structural-semantic analysis and interpretation of Mikhail Kreps’ poem “The Oval” that so far has had no history of scholastic study. The poem is devoted to the traditional problem “man and time” , represented in the text by an artistic antithesis of two thematic motives – “man in time” and “time in man”, that are unfolding in the modus of existential choice. The poetic of the poem is oriented towards the proof of the second motive. In the course of the perception of the poem, the content-related changes in the author’s modality are traced that are expressed, on the one hand, in the polemic with some commonplace notions of time that had formed in the collective man’s consciousness, and, on the other, in the affirmation of time’s due comprehension. The contextual allusions, motif-linked reminiscences, and textual applications that participate in the realisation of the poem as an integral utterance are revealed and commented upon. On the whole, the reading of the text makes it possible to formulate its meaning. Human beings exist both in the linear, outward time with the faustian desire of an eternal instant, and in the circular, in-depth time that makes them involved in the eternity. Both instants are connected with the motif of individual immortality. The text offers two content-related variants of this motive. The first one, nominated in the very title of the poem, is as follows: the coveted attainment of the immortality-for-oneself in the linear time that ends up in personal death is rejected by irony as absurd. The second variant, the author’s, is such: a relative connection of a human being with eternity as the keeper of the phenomenal lives of those who passed away has a mnemonic nature and is realised in the memory about others, and their mnemonic immortality in the circular, ever-returning, and never-ending time grants a retentive human being individual immortality.

    This article discusses the peculiarities of the linguistic representation of the 19th century St. Petersburg as understood by the individual author. Through the analysis and description of the lexical units of the novel against a wide historical background, it is possible to reconstruct the details of the life of the city. Facts of a social, domestic, and cultural nature are revealed through a close examination of the writer’s idiosyncratic language, including fixed collocations, jargon words and names created by Gogol himself. The lexeme “shinel” and its various descriptions in accordance with civilian ranks, as well as other names contextually related to this uniform, are also examined.

    The work Fri: “Strategies in competitive political parties in elections the Assembly of Citizens of Bremen in the years 1947–2011 “the authors analyze the voting behavior, the balance of power and the changes taking place in the Assembly of Citizens of Bremen on the sixty-four years. The hypothesis, which has been subjected to verification implies that the evolution and even late in the existing balance of power party Meeting in Bremen Citizens can speak after the election, which took place in May 2011. The work was divided into two parts, the first author addressed the analysis of the political system of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, and other strategies rywalizacyjnymi political parties in the elections to the Assembly of Citizens of Bremen. The first part will be devoted to the specifics, described the status of the region, the relationship between the government and the historical circumstances and constitutional Bremen. The second will focus on the analysis of the political scene, the results of ongoing since 1947 elections and the why in May 2011 can be considered as a breakthrough in this matter.
    В работе под названием „Стратегии борьбы политических партий в период выборов в Городское собрание города Бремена с 1947 по 2011 гг.” Авторы анализируют поведения в период выборов, расстановку сил, а также изменения происходящие в Городском собрании на протяжении шестидесяти четырех лет. Гипотеза, которая была подвергнута проверке, предполагает, что об эволюции или даже переломе в существующей до сих пор расстановке партийных сил в Городском собрании Бремена, можно говорить после выборов, которые состоялись в мае 2011 г. Работа состоит из двух частей, в первой авторы занялись анализом политического устройства „Свободного Ганзейского города Бремена”, а во второй, стратегиями соперничества политических партий в период выборов в Городское собрание Бремена. Первая часть будет посвящена специфике, статусу данного региона, взаимоотношениям властей, а также историческим и конституционным нормам Бремена. Тогда как вторая часть будет сосредоточена на анализе политической сцены, результатах выборов с 1947 г. и на причинах по которым май 2011 г. считается переломным в выборной сфере.

    В статье рассматриваются педагогический, культуроведческий, лингвистический и библиологический подходы к анализу учебников русского языка для иностранцев. Приводятся примеры научных исследований учебников XVIII века, выполненных с позиций указанных подходов. Делается вывод о необходимости комплексного подхода к изучению учебников.
    The article discusses pedagogical, cultural studies, linguistic and bibiological approaches to the analysis of Russian textbooks. Examples of scientific studies of textbooks of the XVIII century, made from the standpoint of these approaches, are given. The conclusion is made about the need for an integrated approach to the study of textbooks.
    Artykuł podejmuje próbę analizy podręczników języka rosyjskiego dla cudzoziemców aspekcie pedagogicznym, kulturoznawczym, lingwistycznym oraz bibliologicznym. Przytaczane są przykłady podręczników XVIII wieku; wyprowadzony jest wniosek o konieczności kompleksowego podejścia do badań nad podręcznikami.

    Объектом нашего исследования мы поставили один из видов топонимов – ойконимы – названия поселков/городов, представляющих в каждом языке специфическую группу слов, которая характеризуется тесной связью с историко-бытовым и культурным наследием народа или страны. В чешском языке многословные ойконимы со структурами, в состав которых входят различные предлоги (nad, pod, u, v) составляют продуктивную и многочисленную группу топонимов, в то время как в русском языке встречается только одна модель многословных ойконимов (на-реке). Следуя компаративному аспекту анализа, на основе данных одноязычных корпусов Чешского национального корпуса и Национального корпуса русского языка мы определили частотность использования многословных ойконимов с предлогом на в чешском и русском языках.  Далее на примерах данных, полученных в параллельных двуязычных корпусах ЧНК (InterCorp v15) и НКРЯ, мы рассмотрели русские варианты перевода ойконимов Lysá nad Labem и Kamýk nad Vltavou из книги Osudy dobrého vojáka Švejka za světové války с предлогом на.
    Przedmiotem naszych badań jest jeden z typów toponimów – oikonimy – nazwy osad/miast, które w każdym języku stanowią specyficzną grupę wyrazów charakteryzujących się ścisłym związkiem z historycznym, codziennym i kulturowym dziedzictwem narodu lub kraju. W języku czeskim oikonimy wielowyrazowe ze strukturami zawierającymi różne przyimki (nad, pod, u, v) stanowią produktywną i liczną grupę toponimów, podczas gdy w języku rosyjskim istnieje tylko jeden model oikonimów wielowyrazowych (на-реке – „na rzece“). Podążając za porównawczym aspektem analizy, na podstawie danych z jednojęzycznych korpusów Narodowego Korpusu Języka Czeskiego i Narodowego Korpusu Języka Rosyjskiego, określiliśmy częstotliwość użycia oikonimów wielowyrazowych z przyimkiem na w języku czeskim i rosyjskim.  Następnie, na przykładach danych z równoległych korpusów dwujęzycznych InterCorp v15 i NKJR, zbadaliśmy rosyjskie tłumaczenia oikonimów Lysá nad Labem i Kamýk nad Vltavou z książki Osudy dobrého vojáka Švejka za světové války z przyimkiem na.
    The object of our study is one of the types of toponyms – oikonyms – names of settlements/towns, which represent in every language a specific group of words characterised by a close connection with the historical, everyday and cultural heritage of a nation or country. In Czech, multi-word oikonyms with structures that include various prepositions (nad, pod, u, v) represent a productive and numerous group of toponyms, while in Russian there is only one model of multi-word oikonyms (на-реке – “on the river”). Following the comparative aspect of the analysis, based on the data from the monolingual corpora of the Czech National Corpus and National Corpus of the Russian Language, we determined the frequency of use of multiword oikonyms with the preposition na in Czech and Russian.  Then, using examples of data from the bilingual parallel corpora of the Czech National Corpus (InterCorp v15) and National Corpus of the Russian Language, we examined the Russian translations of the oikonyms Lysá nad Labem and Kamýk nad Vltavou from the book Osudy dobrého vojáka Švejka za světové války with the preposition na.
