    The analysis of language system thoughts the epos testifies that adverbial text universals with spatial semantics act as key structures of the specified texts - both by way of actually organizational, and by way of ideologically-substantial. It also has caused election as their subject of scientific supervision. The purpose of research consists in revealing, ordering and the description adverbial text universals with semantics of a place. The main task of scientific search consisted in an establishment of models which act as schemes-skeletons for construction adverbial text universals. By object of research in this case are selected adverbial text universals, formed on the basis of pretext-case forms. Necessity for studying the named structures is caused by their significant distribution to the Ukrainian folklore in general, in thoughts - in particular, except for that is an originality by way of substantial and artly-shaped. As results of research testify, these formulas contain the instruction on a place of described events that is very essential to the history-heroic epos. Despite of importance adverbial text universals, all of them have not been studied yet in a foreshortening forming style. This work also is such attempt. During research it is found out, that the specified version text universals in thoughts - one of the diversified concerning a way and variants of designing. Adverbial text universals with spatial semantics it is divided on two subgroups: 1) what specify a place where there is an action or process and 2) what specify a direction of action proceeds. Results of research allow to ascertain, that adverbial text universals with the spatial semantics, formed on the basis of pretext-case forms, have values: 1) Initial item of movement which realize adverbial forms of a genitive case with different spatial pretexts; 2) a terminal point of movement that is expressed by means of adverbial pretext-nominal forms of genitive and accusative cases; 3) ways of movement that is created on the basis of adverbial pretext-nominal forms of genitive, dative, accusative, instrumental and prepositional cases; 4) localization of a condition specify pretext-nominal forms of genitive and prepositional cases. In the presented research models adverbial text universals with their variants and variations are in detail described and analyzed, is certain semantics of this or that model, feature of its functioning in thoughts and so forth.     In today's world the general idea has arisen that tourism management should stand in accord with the sustainable development which is one of the priorities of the territorial policy of the European Union. This concept has been reflected in numerous European documents, which emphasize the necessity for the reinforcement of the regional identity and for the preservation of natural and cultural heritage. The main assumption of hereby article is the concept that tourism is one of the main modern anthropogenic factors, affecting the natural environment . The author notices that the „sentimental” tourism has remained stable for many years now. Such an approach to „sentimental” tourism shows the potential for the development especially in the case of Polish tourists to Ukraine, Belarus and Lithuania, as these directions are connected with the territories previously inhabited by Poles, who left huge cultural and natural heritage behind. The aim of the article is to explore the topic of „sentimental” tourism in the context of sustainable development. This type of tourism is connected with trips directed towards searching the places for sightseeing, including the objects of tradition and history such as castles, churches, graveyards, mansions, statues and others. They all constitute the feeling of cultural identity. „Sentimental” tourism is important due to the fact that it evokes childhood memories and they convey the same meaning as they used to in the times of glory. The visitors possess various interests. Some are in search for the historical places, some others with those connected with literature, still others look for the places associated with their ancestors. Therefore it is so important to maintain these objects untouched in character which lingers in the consciousness of Polish visitors. „Sentimental” tourism also gives rise to the economic development of the region, ensuring work places for many tourist oriented services such as tourist information centres, historical monuments and buildings restoration and conservation institutions. It also contributes to the development of agriculture in the context of sustainability.

    Museum architecture has a high social and cultural value and significance for sustainable development and optimization of people’s living environment. Therefore, it is important to analyze museum architecture from different points of view in order to study its spatial and functional organization. A clear organizational structure enables the visitor to choose independently what to see and form his own experience and the significance of the visit. The museum in the modern world is not only a place of storage, accounting and study of cultural monuments. Today, the museum is a cultural and educational institution that sets itself, in addition to specific professional tasks, also broad scientific, educational, aesthetic tasks. Museums are transformed into multi-level complex, diverse structures. These structures require a detailed and comprehensive study to identify the principles and patterns that affect their formation and functioning in today’s public space. This research deals with the concept of the architecture of the museum space. This article explores the most important functional spaces of the museum, their types, their characteristics and mutual relations. In the course of the study, general scientific methods of research were used, as well as elements of the systemic expedition. The results of the research were proposals for the organization of the museum space, which provide an opportunity to attract and satisfy the needs of the modern public.

    “Drugo telo”. It reveals that the mental construction mechanism of spatial images is based on the principle of complementarity of verbal and non-verbal languages, that is, on the principle of multimodal information coding. There are visual, auditory, tactile and other images behind the verbal text. The reliability of mental spatial images is ensured by the detail of the memories on which the reader relies during the interpretation of the text. The realism of the perception of the text is prepared by the fact that iconic non-verbal pictures are stored in the reader's memory behind the verbal indexes.
    Artykuł poświęcony jest problematyce konstruowania obrazów przestrzennych w powieści Milorada Pavica Drugo telo. Okazało się, że mechanizm mentalnej konstrukcji obrazów przestrzennych opiera się na zasadzie komplementarności języków werbalnych i niewerbalnych, czyli na zasadzie multimodalnego kodowania informacji. Za tekstem werbalnym kryją się obrazy wizualne, dźwiękowe, dotykowe i inne. Wiarygodność mentalnych obrazów przestrzennych zapewnia szczegółowość wspomnień, na których opiera się czytelnik podczas interpretacji tekstu. Realizm percepcji tekstu przygotowuje fakt, że ikoniczne obrazy są przechowywane w pamięci czytelnika za indeksami werbalnymi.

    В работе проведен систематический анализ процесса территориального планирования в Литве, Польше и Германии. В результате анализа были определены доминирующие проблемы в секторе территориального планирования. Планы развития района не гарантируют устойчивого развития, экономического роста, обеспечения занятости, привлечения инвестиций, уменьшения инвестиционного риска. Поэтому необходимо разработать комплексную систему территориального планирования, которая может обеспечить всесторонний и объективный анализ развития и изменений территории, сбор информации, ее накопление и хранение. Было установлено, что задача сравнения моделей систем территориального планирования приравнивается к классу задач неструктурированных проблем с качественными переменными. Поэтому при решении таких проблем может быть применен вербальный метод принятия решений, такой как UniComBOS.
    The paper conducted a systematic analysis of the spatial planning process in Lithuania, Poland and Germany. By analysis of spatial planning sector, the dominant root of the problem. Drawing up plans do not ensure balanced regional development, economic growth, job security, attracting investment, increase investment risk. It is therefore necessary to develop an integrated spatial planning document preparation and implementation of a system that can ensure the development of the territory and changes in a comprehensive and objective analysis of the information collection and storage. It was found that spatial planning system models for comparison task assigned to unstructured problems with qualitative variables class of problems. It is therefore suitable for solving these problems verbal decision-making methods, such as UniComBOS.

    Na często zadawane pytanie o przynależność narodową Gogola można spojrzeć przez pryzmat kompleksu identyczności przestrzennych. Podstawową przestrzenną identycznością świadomości twórczej Gogola była identyczność ukraińska: ukraińskie przestrzenno-duchowe toposy chrześcijańskie, tradycja literacka (barok, Iwan Kotlarewski, Wasyl Gogol, preromantycy itp.), historia, natomiast na poziomie archetypowym - mentalno-językowy obraz świata, mity, folklor i inne czynniki składające się na genotyp mentalno-narodowy. Następna identyczność Gogola to Rosja i „ruskość”, imperialność, wraz z jej „wszechstowiańskim”, „władczym” językiem. Trzecią przestrzenną identycznością Gogola byt caty świat - ponadczasowy i ponadnarodowościowy, którego metaforą w ujęciu pisarza stały się Wiochy, przede wszystkim Rzym. Jednak podstawową identycznością w twórczości Gogola, zwłaszcza w jego „ukraińskiej dylogii”, była identyczność ukraińska: nie jako tematyka czy egzotyka „matorosyjska” na tle rosyjskim, a jako sedno osobistości twórczej pisarza. Obrazy przestrzenne w prozie Gogola, w tym i w „ukraińskiej dylogii”, są wyraźnie zantropologizowane. Tak powstaje „żywa Ukraina” - realna i mityczna, zwykła i dziwna, magiczna i zmienna, jak sam Gogol, człowiek i tekst.

    Przeprowadzono analizę mieszkalnictwa na Ukrainie oraz przestrzenne rozmieszczenie terenów mieszkaniowych. Zostały przeanalizowane społeczne i ekonomiczne czynniki wpływające na politykę mieszkaniową dużych miast Ukrainy. Zaproponowano metody rozwiązania problemów mieszkaniowych na przykładzie miasta Lwowa.
    In the article was analysed social and economic factors that influence on housing in the cities of Ukraine. building of metropolises of Ukraine is carried out in the article. Offered approach to the decision of housing problems on the example of city of Lviv.

    Opis:
    Purpose: A theoretical description of the statutory regulation of fire rescue unit location in the cities and towns in Ukraine. Introduction: The article presents the results of scientific findings of a group of scientists of the Ukrainian Civil Protection Research Institute headed by the author of this article, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the response system to dangerous events (fires) in Ukraine. Methodology: Analytical, probabilistic-statistical, expert estimates, estimate-based methods for determining the average speed of fire engines based on statistical data, HIL simulation methods for determining the location of fire rescue units, by employing GIS technologies. Results: An analysis of the mechanisms of the state regulation, by means of regulatory and technical regulations, of the fire-response system is presented, namely: the locations of fire rescue departments and the main criteria used to determine the areas of departure (service areas) of fire rescue units within cities and towns in Ukraine and the world. Also considered are the characteristics of the existing approaches to the location of fire rescue departments and the determination of the boundaries of the area of departure of fire rescue units in Ukraine.The presented data indicate the order and results of research into the implementation of the criterion of time of arrival of the fire rescue unit to the place of call (time criterion) based on the determination of the average speed of regular fire vehicles, depending on the type of city/town, population and other criteria affecting the reliability of the estimate. The provisions of amended regulations resulting from the regulatory and technical acts of Ukraine on the location of fire rescue departments and areas of departure of fire rescue units were also analysed.The analysis also covers the principle of the mechanism introduced in Ukraine for establishing the location of the fire rescue departments and the determination of the areas of departure of fire rescue units based on the time of arrival criterion.
    Cel: Opis teoretyczny normatywnego uregulowania dyslokacji jednostek ratowniczo-gaśniczych w miejscowościach Ukrainy. Wprowadzenie: W artykule przedstawiono wyniki opracowań naukowych grupy naukowców z Ukraińskiego Naukowo-Badawczego Instytutu Obrony Cywilnej na czele z autorem artykułu, nakierowanych na podniesienie efektywności systemu reagowania na niebezpieczne zdarzenia (pożary) na Ukrainie. Metodologia: Wykorzystano metody analityczne, prawdopodobieństwo statystyczne, oceny ekspertów, a także metody szacunkowe określenia śred-niej prędkości samochodów pożarniczych na podstawie danych statystycznych. Autorzy zastosowali również symulację HIL w celu ustalenia miejsca dyslokacji jednostek przeciwpożarowych z użyciem technologii GIS. Wyniki: Przedstawiono analizę mechanizmów państwowej regulacji, za pomocą uregulowań normatywno-prawnych, systemu reagowania na pożary, a dokładnie: miejsc dyslokacji jednostek ratowniczo-gaśniczych oraz głównych kryteriów, wykorzystywanych przy określaniu rejonów wyjazdu (stref obsługi) jednostek ratowniczo-gaśniczych na terytoriach miejscowości Ukrainy i krajów świata, rozpatrzono właściwości istniejących koncepcji w od-niesieniu do dyslokacji jednostek ratowniczo-gaśniczych i określenia granic rejonu wyjazdu jednostek ratowniczo-gaśniczych na Ukrainie.Przedstawiono kolejność i rezultaty badań dotyczące realizacji kryterium czasu przybycia jednostki ratowniczo-gaśniczej na miejsce wezwania (kryterium czasowe), przyjętego w oparciu o średnią prędkość podstawowych samochodów pożarniczych w zależności od rodzaju miejscowości, liczby ludności i innych zmiennych, wpływających na wiarygodność rezultatów oszacowania.Przeanalizowano zapisy zmian normatywnych, wprowadzonych normatywno-technicznymi aktami Ukrainy dotyczącymi dyslokacji jednostek ratowniczo-gaśniczych i rejonów ich wyjazdów.Przedstawiono główny tryb wprowadzonego w Ukrainie mechanizmu ustalania miejsc dyslokacji jednostek ratowniczo-gaśniczych i określania rejonów wyjazdu jednostek ratowniczo-gaśniczych na podstawie kryterium czasu przybycia.

    Рассмотрены процессы мобильности в контексте исследования проблем глобальной безопасности. Отмечено, что нестабильная ситуация в глобальном мире, в условиях высокой степени неопределенности и сложной прогнозируемости, требует концентрации внимания общественно-политических структур на процессах мобильности. Выделены несколько факторов детерминирующих направление и особенности мобильности в пространстве социально-политического взаимодействия. Предложена классификация основных типов мобильностей присущих современному периоду развития социальных и политических систем.
    Artykuł poświęcony jest procesom mobilności rozpatrywanym w kontekście badania problemów bezpieczeństwa globalnego. Autor wskazuje, że niestabilna sytuacja, w zglobalizowanym świecie, w warunkach dużej niepewności i przewidywalności, wymaga koncentracji uwagi struktur społecznych i politycznych na procesach mobilności. Kilka czynników warunkuje kierunek i funkcje mobilności w przestrzeni interakcji społecznych i politycznych. Autor prezentuje klasyfikację głównych rodzajów mobilności właściwych dla współczesnych systemów społecznych i politycznych.
    The article is devoted to the processes of mobility in the context of the study of global security problems. The author indicates that the unstable situation of the globalized world, in the conditions of high uncertainty and complex predictability requires attention of the social and political structures on the processes of mobility. Several factors determine the direction and features of mobility in a space of social and political interaction. The author puts forward a classification of the main types of mobility intrinsic to the modern social and political systems.
