Opis:
The analysis of the notion “pedagogical conditions” is represented in the article. On the basis of the comparative multi aspect analysis of the notion “conditions”, the notion “pedagogical conditions” is defined and the main characteristic features are revealed. Pedagogical conditions are analyzed in the paper as a component of a pedagogical system; they reflect the environmental opportunities effecting personality- and process-based aspects of the system, enhancing its successful functioning. Different groups of conditions guaranteeing the effective functioning of pedagogical system are considered. The peculiar properties of three groups of pedagogical conditions (organizational-pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical, didactic) are disclosed.

Opis:
The article considers and substantiates the most important conditions for the development of professional culture of military doctors. The author's methods of formation of professional culture and its pedagogi cal modeling i n the process of training future military doctors in the system of med i cal universities of Ukraine is determined. The relevance of the study of the professional culture of future military doctors is associated with the growing role of military doctors, given the continuation of the Russian - Ukrainian war and the spread COVID - 19 pandemie. lt's noted that professional culture, as a social-psychological component, is inherent in the relevant professional environment and determines the professional, morał and psychological qualities of the of the individual, the appropriative level of training of military doctors. For the development of the professional culture of future military doctors it's necessary to apply the appropriate pedagogical technology, to create the necessary pedagogical conditions using the model subject - activity learning of students. Pedagogical conditions are considered as a set of systematic pedagogical circumstances created by lecturers in medical universities for purposeful practical training of future military doctors. Pedagogical conditions include such aspects of practical training as a motivational-value, methodological, theoretical, praxiological, evaluative and reflexive.

Some questions of pedagogical activities organization are discussed in the article. The importance of self-government under conditions of information society is described. Zwraca się uwagę na możliwości kierowania stresem, nieodmiennie powstającym w procesie działalności pedagogicznej.

W artykule przeanalizowano proces kształcenia przyszłych nauczycieli w ujęciu pedagogiki herbartowskiej. Przypomniano współcześnie mało znane terminy, takie jak: „ciekawość pedagogiczna”, „pedagogiczna zdolność do refleksji” i „takt pedagogiczny”. Prześledzono ponadto rozwój szkół ćwiczeń, w których adepci do zawodu nauczyciela zdobywali swoje praktyczne doświadczenia pedagogiczne. Zdaniem autorki na szczególną uwagę zasługuje zalecenia Herbarta odnoszące się do nauczycieli, aby planowali swoje działania dydaktyczne i starali się prawidłowo ocenić sytuacje, w których się znajdują.
The given article focuses on the analysis of the essence of future teacher training in Herbartianism pedagogics. It reveals the key theoretical and practical issues of studying process in pedagogical seminaries adopted by Herbartians, that is the didactic teacher training and the main features of a well-trained pedagogist such as “pedagogical interest”, “pedagogical ability to think” and “pedagogical tact”.

Научно-технические достижения привели к широкому быстрому распространению достижений в различных сферах среди населения планеты. Глобальная сеть Интернет стала источником оперативной информации, а ее относительная неподконтрольность государственным органам привела к распространению демократических идей в странах с тоталитарным режимом. Однако вместе с позитивными достижениями в сфере распространения информационных технологий, негативная составляющая заключается в использовании информационного пространства различными деструктивными силами с целью информационного воздействия на население тех или иных стран. Особую озабоченность вызывают потенциальные жертвы информационных атак, имеющие слабый социальный и образовательный опыт – молодежь. Тем актуальнее становятся исследования по методикам противодействия и нейтрализации негативных информационных атак.
Scientific and technological achievements have led to a wide rapid spread of achievements in various spheres among the world's population. The global Internet network has become a source of operational information, and its relative lack of control over government agencies has led to the spread of democratic ideas in countries with a totalitarian regime. At the same time, along with positive achievements in the field of information exchange and information technology, there are examples of the negative use of information space by particular destructive forces in order to have an informational impact on the population of particular countries. Particular concern is caused by young people who are potential victims of information attacks as they have a weak social and educational experience. That is the reason why the research into the methods of counteraction and neutralizing negative information attacks is becoming more relevant.

Opis:
The characteristic of linguoecological problems in the Russian speech is given in the article The short review of the reasons which have caused violations of a linguoecology in the Russian speech in the 20th century – the beginning of the 21st century is carried out. It is shown that violations in linguoecology of the Russian speech in the 20th century have been caused by refusal of traditions of the Russian culture and moral values that has led to numerous phraseological oblivion. Destructions of the Russian discourse in the 21st century are caused first of all by globalization, an assumption of such type of tolerance which borders on permissiveness that leads to the facts of a dehumanization and as a result to violations in a speech of linguoecology. The results of a two years’ research of a genre of the pedagogical remark (method of the included supervision, and also questioning of 1700 informants) are presented in the article; both positive examples of estimation at a lesson, and distructures of a pedagogical discourse are revealed. Dependence between bad tradition of pedagogical censure and rate of application of destructive phraseological units, zoomorphisme is shown. Охарактеризованы риторические вопросы как приём речевого манипулирования в педагогическом дискурсе; выявлены неочевидные деструктемы (деструктемы-метафоры, паразитирующие на идее инвалидности; деструктемы-гиперболы, базирующиеся на угрозе смерти). Rhetorical questions as reception of a speech manipulation in a pedagogical discourse are characterized; unevident distructures are revealed (the distructures-metaphors parasitizing on the idea of disability; the distructures-hyperboles which are based on threat of death).
В статье даётся характеристика проблемы лингвоэкологии русской речи. Осуществляется краткий обзор причин, вызвавших нарушения лингвоэкологии русской речи в ХХ в. – начале ХХI в. Показано, что нарушения в лингвоэкологии русской речи в ХХ в. были обусловлены отказом от традиций русской культуры и моральных ценностей, что привело, в частности, к многочисленным фразеологическим забвениям. Деструкции русского дискурса в ХХI в. вызваны в первую очередь глобализацией, превратным пониманием толерантности, граничащим с вседозволенностью, что приводит к фактам дегуманизации и как следствие к нарушениям в лингвоэкологии речи. В статье представлены результаты двухлетнего исследования жанра педагогического замечания (методом включенного наблюдения, а также анкетированием 1700 информаторов); выявлены как позитивные примеры оценивания на уроке, так и деструктемы педагогического дискурса. Показана зависимость между недоброй традицией педагогического порицания и частотностью применения деструктивных фразеологизмов, зооморфизмов. Охарактеризованы риторические вопросы как приём речевого манипулирования в педагогическом дискурсе; выявлены неочевидные деструктемы (деструктемы-метафоры, паразитирующие на идее инвалидности; деструктемы-гиперболы, базирующиеся на угрозе смерти).
