    Security, economic and social stability of the country, its functionality but also protecting the lives and property of citizens are dependent on the proper functioning of many infrastructure systems of state. Disruptions, lack or destruction of such systems, institutions, facilities and other services could cause disruption of social stability and national security, provoke a crisis situation or seriously affect the operation of state and local governments in crisis situations. This is known as critical infrastructure. It is in the interest of the State to the critical infrastructure effectively protected.

    System zasilania transportu kolejowego w Federacji Rosyjskiej jest przeznaczony do zasilania trakcyjnych i non-trakcyjnych konsumentów – pociągów i infrastruktury transportu kolejowego. W artykule są przedstawione charakterystyki różnych non-trakcyjnych konsumentów, opisane organizację projektowania systemów elektroenergetycznych w instytutach "Rosżeldorprojekt" w porównaniu z organizacją projektowania podobnych systemów w instytutach "Energosietprojekt", wykonane wnioski o potrzebnych poprawach organizacji projektowania.
    Система электроснабжения железнодорожного транспорта в Российской Федерации предназначена для питания тяговых потребителей (подвижной состав) и нетяговых потребителей. В статье приведены характеристики различных нетяговых потребителей, описана организация проектирования систем электроснабжения нетяговых потребителей в институтах структуры ОАО "Росжелдорпроект" в сравнении с организацией проектирования систем электроснабжения общего пользования, приведены рекомендации по совершенствованию организации проектирования.

    Opis:
    The article provides an analysis of the complex subjects of the entrepreneurship support infrastructure on the national level on the example of the Republic of Moldova. Presented studies described the development of entrepreneurship support infrastructure (ESI) on the example of a development region - Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia. The issues of improving the effectiveness of existing subjects of ESI are considered: the pooling of efforts and coordination of activities of subjects of ESI; creation of information resources of the IPP through the development of a regional information-analytical system (RIAS), focused on serving SMEs; diversification of services of subjects of ESI through retraining and staff development using the potential of formal and non-formal education structures; creation of subjects of ESI, which act as binding elements of business processes; the development of networking between business structures - MLAA - science and education - ESI and the expansion of international integration. The general goals and objectives of the development of this type of infrastructure focused on stimulating of the sustainable economic growth and improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.
    В статье приводится анализ совокупности субъектов инфраструктуры поддержки предпринимательства на национальном уровне на примере Республики Молдова. Представлены исследования проблем развития инфраструктуры поддержки предпринимательства (ИПП) на примере отдельно взятого региона развития - Автономно-Территориальное Образование Гагаузия. Рассмотрены вопросы повышения эффективности действующих субъектов ИПП: объединение усилий и координация деятельности субъектов ИПП; создание информацион-ных ресурсов ИПП посредством развития региональной информационно-аналитической системы (РИАС), ориентированной на обслуживание субъектов МСП; диверсификация услуг субъектов ИПП посредством переподготовки и повышения квалификации кадров с использованием потенциала структур формального и неформального обучения; создание субъектов ИПП, выступающих в качестве связующих элементов бизнес-процессов; развитие сетевого взаимодействия между структурами бизнеса - ОМПУ - науки и образования- ИПП и расширение международной интеграции. Представлены общие цели и задачи развития данного типа инфраструктуры, направленные на стимулирование устойчивого экономического роста и повышения конкурентоспособности малых и средних предприятий региона.

    Goal – the purpose of this study is to assess the current level of development of the digital economy in the Republic of Belarus, in the context of prevailing global trends. Research methodology – as research methods, both general scientific and specifically economic methods were used, including statistical analysis methods. Score/results – the study was conducted on the basis of analytical reviews and reports of the World Bank, the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Eurasian Bank and the United Nations. In the research process statistical data of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus were used also. All data is publicly available. Originality/value – the value of this study lies in finding directions for solving the problems of transition to a digital economy in the Republic of Belarus.

    Spośród unikalnych krajobrazów województwa podlaskiego tereny położone wzdłuż obu brzegów rzeki Narwi mają szczególny status. Zarówno mieszkańcy, jak i turyści nazywają to miejsce rajem dla miłośników turystyki wodnej. Infrastruktura na potrzeby turystyki wodnej łączy w sobie systemy wodne (morze, jezioro, rzeka, aquapark, urządzenia wodne) wraz z architektoniczno-przestrzennymi kompleksami różnych typów. Celem tej wypowiedzi jest analiza specyficznego typologicznie rodzaju kompleksu nadmorskiego, tj. przystani dla jachtów, inaczej zwanych „marinami”. Analiza kilku przykładów marin, zlokalizowanych na brzegach Morza Śródziemnego, ukazuje ich skomplikowane struktury, które stały się ważnym elementem kształtującym kompozycję przestrzenną miast.
    Exclusive landscapes of Podlasie around town Suraz on both banks of river Narew have peculiar status. Local tourists and visitors consider that this place is a real “paradise” for amateurs of water tourism. The infrastructure of water tourism has developed typology and includes different water systems (seas, lakes, rivers, etc.) and a lot of architectural-expansive objects of different types. The aim of this article is an analysis of particular type of maritime complex – harbor for yachts “marina”. Analysis of several examples of “marinas” on the Mediterranean Sea exhibits that today they represent developed complex with complicated inner structure, important urban forming element that subordinates municipal road network and increases artistic expression of the human being environment.
