Opis:: The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of “nation” characteristic for Russian political discourse, verbalized in electoral programs of the largest political parties. The realization of this concept of “nation” is served by various lexical units (neutral and related to emotional connotations). Various characteristics of the concept are updated in the awareness of voters. They refer to fundamental values, to basic psychological needs of every citizen, to patriotic feelings. The examined attributes are related to the structure of program materials: political parties build the picture of reality in the country based on the contrasts: “bad situation today – improvement in the future when the party wins the election”, what can affect the emotions of the recipients.

Opis:: Избирательное право в Российской Федерации неоднократно изменялось. Такие частые изменения “правил игры” не могли не сказаться на качестве ее партийной системы. Так, в 2005 году произошла наиболее значительная рефорама избирательного права: смешанная система выборов в Госдуму заменялась полностью пропорциональной системой. Эффектом изменения избирательной системы было значительное уменьшение количества политических партий в Российской Федерации, а также усиливание позиций партии власти в Государственной Думе. В 2012 году вновь вводилась смешанная избирательная система и были упрощены условия регистрации политических партий. В статье будет предпринята попытка проанализировать влияние изменений избирательного законодательства в 2005–2015 годов на состояние Российской партийной системы.
The right to vote, during the whole period of Russian Federation’s existence as a new state, has been a fairly ambiguous and controversial issue. Such frequent “game rule” changes made a relevant impact on the quality of its party system. Thereby, in 2005 the most important reform of electoral law took place, the mixed system of elections in Russian`s Duma (Parliament) was entirely changed to proportional vote system. Significant reduction of political parties in Russian Federation along with the substantial strengthening of the “ruling party” had a considerably negative effect on the changes in the voting system. However, in 2012 the mixed vote system was renewed and conditions for registration of political parties have been simplified. In this article the impact of changes in electoral law since 2005-2015 on the general conditions of the Russian party system today will be considered and analysed.

Opis:: The article highlights the history of the origin and activities of various political parties in Kazakhstan that came to the political arena in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. On the basis of archival documents and other sources, the program provisions, goals and objectives of their activities have been studied. The article describes and analyzes the composition of the participants in political parties and movement. The forms, methods of struggle are described, the reasons and conditions for the emergence of political parties and movements that existed at that time are analyzed. Also important in the political life of Kazakhstan at the beginning of the twentieth century, the history of the origin and activities of the national party ‘Alash’. The article devotes a special place to political exiles who deserve an assessment of their tireless activity, who, despite the strict and secret surveillance of the gendarmerie, continued the struggle against the tsarist autocracy. The political exiles of the beginning of the 20th century, who found themselves in a foreign land in captivity and cut off from their own living environment, already in the new conditions are organized into political unions and continue to fight
