    Opis:
    Innovativeness constitutes one of the core elements of modern education development. The phenomenon in question can be analysed in the context of the actions taken by each of the participants of the learning/teaching process. The paper is focused mostly on the teacher’s activity. On the basis of an empirical study, the Authors aim at defining the notion of an innovative teacher, and, more specifically, a language teacher.

    Opis:
    Aim of this article is to show relations between reforming of educational law and school practise, For example effectiveness and their meaning for innovations and educational alternatives. This is theoretical and practical approach. In this article analysed models of implementation educational inovations. It shows that changes of practise are in control of educational politics and law norms. From 2010 we have a new rules which goal is to improve quality of diagnose and developmental support of gifted children. Teachers working with gifted children are first line of changes. Teachers (N=95) were asked to assess effectivnes of reguations and their meaning in the work with gifted children. Results shows that quality of support of gifted children is based mostly on authonomic decisions and motivation of teachers. Educational changes which are not consulted with them concludes mainly with additional paper work for them.

    Realizacja innowacji pedagogicznej ma na celu ubogacenie lekcji, wspieranie wszechstronnego rozwoju uczniów, ułatwianie zapamiętywania, a tym samym poprawę jakości pracy szkoły. Nie ulega wątpliwości, że dobrze zaplanowana i przeprowadzona innowacja nie tylko bardziej angażuje samych uczniów w proces poznawczy, ale także wymaga od nauczyciela dodatkowych, kreatywnych i celowych działań. W warunkach szkolnych, stacjonarnych realizacja działalności innowacyjnej nie powinna przysparzać wielu trudności. Mamy bowiem do dyspozycji mnogość środków dydaktycznych, możemy wybierać spośród szerokiego wachlarza metod. Nieco inaczej sytuacja wygląda podczas nauczania zdalnego. Nauczanie online ma zarówno zalety, jak i wady. Istnieje szeroka gama programów i platform, które mogą być bardzo przydatne, np. w nauczaniu języka angielskiego, takie jak: Insta.ling, Learningapps, Wordwall, Liveworksheets oraz Quizlett. Problemem mogą być kwestie technologiczne. Niektórzy uczniowie bez niezawodnego dostępu do Internetu mają trudności w uczestniczeniu w zajęciach online. U pewnej grupy można zauważyć także brak motywacji i samodyscypliny – nie każdy uczeń ma tyle motywacji do nauki oraz samodyscypliny, aby samodzielnie przygotować się do zajęć.
    The implementation of pedagogical innovation is aimed at enriching lessons, supporting the comprehensive development of students, facilitating memorization, and thus improving the quality of school work. There is no doubt that a well-planned and carried out innovation not only more engagesthe students themselves in the cognitive process, but also requires additional, creative and purposeful activities from the teacher. In school, the implementation of innovative activities should not cause many difficulties. We have plenty of teaching resources at our disposal, we can choose from a wide range of methods. The situation is slightly different in distance learning. Teaching online has both advantages and disadvantages. There is a wide range of programmes and platforms that are very useful in teaching English such as: Insta.ling, Learningapps, Wordwall, Liveworksheets and Quizzlet. One of the problem there are technology issues. Some students without reliable internet access have difficulties to participate in digital learning. Learning online requires self-discipline and motivation, which some students unfortunately lack.

    During the 16th–18th centuries major changes took place in western European education, both within the organization as well as the methods and curricula, which are often referred to as an educational revolution. Humanism and the Reformation had a significant impact on the changes, and in the 17th century – the rapid development of science and technology. Polish contribution to the ongoing transformation of education was relatively small, but the solutions developed in the West were used. The main assumptions of Renaissance pedagogy were known in Poland already in the 15th century, and in the next century Reformation brought a new organizational model of schools and new educational solutions and curricula. These changes were also consolidated by the teaching orders, which over time monopolised teaching of the middle-level. These changes were introduced to the Polish education by foreign teachers and reformers who came to Poland in large numbers. New concepts were not just passively accepted, as there were a number of improvements, adjusting these concepts to the Polish conditions.

    Jedną z metafor współczesnego świata jest metafora supermarketu. Zarazem supermarket to synonim sklepu gorszej jakości. Ale supermarket niesie ze sobą także komfort wyboru. Supermarket jako przestrzeń wyboru winien być inspiracją dla edukacji. Mam na myśli takie konstruowanie przez nauczyciela procesu, by pozwalał uczniowi na faktyczny wybór obszarów czy metod pracy. Owszem, nadal kluczową rolę w tym ujęciu pełni nauczyciel, ale jako pomysłodawca i animator atrakcyjnych zadań, z których uczeń wybiera te dla niego najbardziej pociągające. I to on – uczeń jest de facto głównym aktorem w tym procesie. W taki supermarketowy paradygmat wpisują się przedsięwzięcia, które opracowałam i wdrożyłam w Liceum Plastycznym w Poznaniu. Są to warsztaty „Uczeń bierny – uczeń aktywny”, innowacja pedagogiczna „Osobowość przedmiotu”, a także działanie projektowe „Barokowy supermarket” wieńczące kolejną innowację pedagogiczną „Gra o sztukę”.
    One of the metaphors of the modern world is the supermarket metaphor. On the one hand, a supermarket is synonymous the lesser quality. On the other hand, a supermarket brings with it the comfort of choice. The supermarket as a space for choice should be inspirational for education. I’m talking about construction, by the teacher, of a process that would allow the pupil real choice of areas or methods of work. The teacher still plays the key role in this scenario, but as an idea-giver and animator of attractive tasks, from which the pupil chooses those most appealing to him/her. And it is the pupil who is de facto the main actor in this process. The enterprises I developed and put into practice at the Liceum Plastyczne (High School of Fine Arts) in Poznan fit into such a supermarket paradigm. These were: “Passive pupil – active pupil” workshops, the pegadogical innovation “Personility of a subject”, and also “Baroque supermarket” project activities which completed another pedagogical innovation – “Playing for Art”.
