    Opis:
    In this paper a multivariate analysis of the subjective perception of quality of life is undertaken. In the analysis methods of a fuzzy set theory are applied. The study is conducted on data from the Social Diagnosis 2013. It includes 16 items relating to the evaluation of satisfaction with particular aspects of life. Each of these items is measured on a 7-grade scale. The item’s categories are converted into a [0, 1] interval by using a membership function. In order to aggregate items into synthetic indicators various systems of weights are used. It is found that the choice of weights does not significantly affect the distribution of synthetic indicators. In the next stage, the subjective perception of the quality of life in different socio- -demographic groups is analyzed. It is found that such characteristics as gender, place of residence, size of household, education level and age are important determinants of subjective perception of quality of life.

    Dominującą technologią wykorzystywaną do zwiększenia wydajności dużych hurtowni danych są, wyliczane w oparciu o dane szczegółowe, agregaty, w tym mające postać wielowymiarowych kostek. Mechanizmy przepisywania zapytań pozwalają na znacznie szybsze wyznaczenie odpowiedzi na zapytanie w oparciu o mniejsze agregaty niż w przypadku odwołań do źródłowych tabel hurtowni. Do kluczowych parametrów opisujących schemat wielowymiarowych agregatów należą czas odpowiedzi na zapytania użytkownika, czas aktualizacji danych w schemacie w oparciu o nowe dane w hurtowni oraz przestrzeń dyskowa wymagana do przechowywania agregatów. Przedstawione zostało dwukryterialne sformułowanie zadania optymalizacji, w którym jako ograniczenie przyjęty został czas aktualizacji danych. Pozostałe dwie zmienne tworzą wektor kryteriów. Wyznaczony został zbiór rozwiązań optymalnych w sensie Pareto oraz zaproponowano metodę znalezienia jednoznacznego rozwiązania w oparciu o punkt idealny.
    The most popular technology used to increase performance of large data warehouses is multidimensional aggregates computed from high-resolution data. Query-rewriting techniques allows significantly shorter user query response time, when comparing query evaluation on base tables in data warehouse and smaller in size aggregates. There are three key parameters of multidimensional schema - query response time, time needed to refresh data in the schema and disk space required for storage of multidimensional structures. In paper multicriteria optimization problem was formulated, in which data refresh time is a constraint, and the remaining two measures are objectives. As a result of multi-run single-objective task computations, Pareto-optimal set of points is shown. The satisfactory solution might be found based on a distance to ideal point.

    The article is concerned with quantification of the idea of regional competitiveness. The fact that a generally accepted definition is missing from the subject literature results in problems appearing in empirical studies, that are connected with measuring this category. We accept that regional competitiveness is the ability of the administrative system to effect changes in its inner quantitative structure, that is the number and intensity of elements that make up the region, and its qualitative structure, that is the kind and type of relations occurring between the elements of the region and its surrounding. Formulated in this way regional competitiveness is reduced to a measure of regional structures and distances.

    W pracy wykazano, że kilka zaleceń Przewodnika GUM o wyrażaniu wyników pomiaru jest niewłaściwych dla poprawnego przetwarzania danych w pośrednich pomiarach wieloparametrowych, a w przykładzie H.2 nie oszacowano poprawnie korelatora. Podano progi ograniczające minimalne liczby cyfr przy jednolitym zaokrąglaniu danych liczbowych multimezurandu z przykładami oraz proponowane zasady dalszego zaokrąglania poniżej tych progów. Zaproponowano kilka zmian w GUM. Z pracy wynika, że pilnie potrzebne są międzynarodowe zalecenia do poprawnego wyznaczania wyników pomiarów wieloparametrowych (Suplement 2 do GUM) oraz normalizacja prezentacji numerycznej ich danych.
    this paper it is shown that recommendations of evaluation estima-tors of the value, uncertainty and correlation coefficients given by the international metrological Guide GUM-2008 are not useful enough for the proper evaluation of results in multidimensional indirect measurements. Mistakes are shortly discussed. It is found that smallest eigenvalue of correlation matrix obtained after calculations for output multi-measurand in the GUM H.2 example is negative and data is not proper as cannot be presented by 3-order normal distribution. Output data of the H.2 example are evaluated by two cases. First one is reference - when input data are considered as given absolutely accurate and thresholds of safety rounding calculating from them output data are find. In the second case, proper to wide application, method rounding of output is joined with accuracy of uncertainty of input data. Two variants of this method are compared. Few corrections of H.2 example are proposed. Formulas for the proper rounding of the multi-measurand numerical data up to thresholds, and recommendations for rounding below them are given. The minimal data structure for describing the multi-measurand is defined. From this work it results that in multivariable measurements urgently is needed standardization of the method of measurement data evaluation (Supplement 2), and also for their presentation which allows full numerical review of the multidimensional data, their wide dissemination and unlimited in time storage.

    W części 2. wykazano, że zalecenia międzynarodowego Przewodnika metrologicznego GUM dotyczące jednolitego zaokrąglaniu estymatorów wartości, niepewności i współczynników korelacji nie są wystarczające dla multimezurandu w pośrednich pomiarach wieloparametrowych. Oszacowano składowe impedancji przy precyzyjnym przetwarzaniu danych dla przykładu H.2 [3] i zaproponowano uściślenia kilku zaleceń GUM. Podano reguły zaokrąglania liczbowych danych multimezurandu dla próbek o różnej liczności. Zasugerowano zamieszczenie ich w Suplemencie 2 przewodnika GUM.
    In this part is shown that rounding recommendations of estimators of the value, uncertainty and correlation coefficients recommended by the international metrological Guide GUM are not useful for the multidimensional indirect measurements. Mistakes are shortly discussed and corrections are proposed. Data of the GUM H2 example are properly evaluated. Recommendations for the proper rounding of the numerical data of multimeasurand obtained from samples of large and small number of observations are given. In multivariable measurements urgently is needed standarization of the evaluation and dual measurement data presentation - on the paper and by e-publishing. That allows numerical review of the multi-dimensional data, their wide dissemination and unlimited in time storage.

    Praca jest wprowadzeniem w problematykę wyrażania i oceny wyników pomiarów zbioru wielkości ze sobą skorelowanych, czyli multimezurandu. Poprzedza ona ciągle oczekiwany Suplement 2 do Przewodnika GUM, który obejmie kompleksowo te zagadnienia. W części 1 podane są podstawy teoretyczne poprawnego wyznaczania estymatorów wartości, niepewności i współczynników korelacji składowych multimezurandu z użyciem algebry wektorów losowych. Otrzymuje się je pośrednio przetwarzając dane pomiarowe jednocześnie mierzonych wielkości wejściowych. Przykładami liczbowymi zilustrowano liniowe przekształcenie danych dwu wielkości i rodzaje niewłaściwych oszacowań - uszkodzeń danych, które mogą wystąpić przy nadmiernym zaokrąglaniu. Możliwość wykorzystania tych rozważań w pomiarach będzie tematem drugiej części publikacji.
    A publication is a brief introduction to the principles of the correct numerical expression and evaluation of multiparameter measurement results. The publication precedes still unpublished Supplement 2 of the Guide GUM, which has to comprehensively address these issues. Part 1 provides the theoretical basis of determining the estimates, uncertainties and correlation coefficients of the indirectly measured multi-measurand processed from data of the simultaneously measured variables. In discussing the algebra of random vectors is used. Numerical examples illustrate the linear transformation of two variables and the types of improperly evaluated results - data corruption that may occur with over-rounding. The possibility of application these considerations in the measurement will be considered in the second part of this publication.

    Jest to pierwsza z cyklu trzech publikacji o przetwarzaniu i poprawnym wyznaczaniu danych w pośrednich pomiarach wieloparametrowych. Przedstawiono metodę numerycznego szacowania estymatorów wartości, niepewności i współczynników korelacji skojarzonych ze sobą wielkości, czyli multimezurandu z użyciem algebry wektorów losowych wraz z przykładami. W części 2 wykaże się, że kilka związanych z tą dziedziną zaleceń przewodnika GUM i przykład H.2 wymaga zmian. Przedstawi się alternatywne rozwiązanie tego przykładu i reguły dla wyznaczania progów poprawnego zaokrąglania wyników pomiaru. W części 3 opisze się nieścisłości w danych podstawowych stałych fizycznych publikowanych w korektach CODATA do 2006 r. Jako kontynuacja bliskiego do ukończenia Suplementu 2 do GUM o wyrażaniu wyników pomiarów wieloparametrowych proponuje się stworzenie międzynarodowego standardu o przedstawianiu danych wieloparametrowych z wykorzystaniem e-publishing, który umożliwi ich numeryczną weryfikację, szerokie rozpowszechnianie i długotrwałe przechowywanie.
    This is the first of the three papers about conversion and proper evaluation of digital data in multidimensional indirect measurements. Theoretical backgrounds of the proper evaluation of the value estimators, uncertainties and correlation coefficients of jointed quantities with application of the random vectors algebra are shortly discussed, and two examples are given. In the next paper will be shown that few connected with this area recommendations and example H.2 of the international metrological guide GUM -ISO has some mistakes. Needed corrections will be given and formulas for rounding thresholds of numerical data will be presented. In the third paper it will be shown that in CODATA corrections including the last published in 2006, the data of fundamental physical constancies are still partly corrupted. As continuation of the being in the final preparation stage Supplement 2 of GUM for evaluation of the multivariate measure-ment results are recommended introductory works on the interna-tional standard for numerical presentation and dissemination of multidimensional data with application of e-publishing offering full possibilities of peer review and the long time storage.
