    The aim of this paper is to analyze the possibilities of using evaluation models – developed within the constructivist paradigm – in early education. The author’s field of interest included responsive evaluation, dialogic evaluation, deliberative democratic evaluation, participatory evaluation, empowerment evaluation and stakeholder-based evaluation. Responsive and dialogical evaluation have been found to be particularly useful in early education. The scope of in-depth analyzes is aimed to present the specificity of responsive dialogical evaluations compared to other constructivist models and their distinctiveness from neoliberal evaluations and those subordinated to the gold standard ideology. The content of the second part of the paper is devoted to analyze the problems of designing, planning and conducting programs implemented in early education.

    Artykuł omawia możliwości stosowania statystyki GEH do oceny poprawności modeli ruchu. Statystyka ta nosi nazwę od Geoffreya E. Haversa, który zastosował ją w trakcie prac nad modelem ruchu dla Londynu w latach 70. ubiegłego wieku. Jest to formuła empiryczna, która dla niskich wartości dopuszcza większe odchylenie od pomiaru, a dla wysokich mniejsze. Statystyka GEH jest zalecana przez brytyjskie wytyczne projektowania dróg i mostów i inne wytyczne do oceny poprawności modeli transportowych. W artykule podjęto dyskusję na temat konieczności stosowania różnych wartości granicznych GEH w zależności od rozkładu wielkości ruchu uzyskiwanych w pomiarach.
    The article discusses the possibility of applying the GEH statistic for the evaluation of traffic models. The statistic is called after the name of Geoffrey E. Havers, who has applied it during his works for the London’s traffic model in the seventies of last century. It is an empirical formula which allows for greater variance in the measurement for low values and lower deviation for high values. The GEH statistic is recommended by British guidelines for road and bridges modeling and other directives for evaluation of transport models correctness. Discussion on the necessity to apply different limit values of the GEH factor depending on the distribution of the traffic values obtained in the measurements has been conducted in the article.

    Metaeklezjologia to pojęcie analogiczne do terminu „metateologia” oznaczające metateoretyczną charakterystykę eklezjologii. Metaeklezjologia – tak jak metateologia – może być zewnętrzna lub wewnętrzna. Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą budowania wewnętrznej metaeklezjologii katolickiej odwołującej się do dorobku lubelskich metodologów nauki (A. Bronk, S. Majdański, S. Kamiński), lubelskich metodologów teologii (Cz.S. Bartnik, M. Rusecki) i innych metodologów teologii (A. Dulles, B. Mondin, A. Kolping, H. Seweryniak, A.A. Napiórkowski). Niniejszy artykuł obejmuje następujące zagadnienia: nowe elementy w problematyce eklezjologicznej, rodzaje eklezjologii i nurty eklezjologiczne, modele Kościoła (instytucjonalny, mistycznej komunii, sakramentalny, kerygmatyczny, sługi, wspólnoty uczniów, znaku sprzeciwu). W zakończeniu znajduje się kilka ogólnych wniosków o stanie współczesnej eklezjologii katolickiej.
    Meta-Theology denotes a meta-theoretical description of Theology. Similarly, meta-Ecclesiology means a meta-theoretical description of Ecclesiology, and it encompasses all problems of meta-theological nature. Meta-Ecclesiology – like Meta-Theology – might be external or internal. This paper represents an internal Meta-(Catholic) Ecclesiology. It touches on some new issues in the area of Ecclesiology, types of Ecclesiology, trends in Ecclesiology, and models of the Church according to Cardinal Avery Dulles (the Church as Institution, Mystical Communion, Sacrament, Herald, Servant, Community of Disciples, and Sign of Opposition). Multiplicity and diversity of ecclesiological types and trends show a richness and complexity of Ecclesiology. Consequently, one holistic (total) Ecclesiology is impossible at present. Hence, a project of an integral Ecclesiology is feasible but only as (a very useful) way of uniting the results of Ecclesiology – uniting them on a base of main ecclesiological issues or problems faced by Ecclesiology. According to Rev. M. Rusecki (1942-2012) theology today is very much fragmented and it is quite impossible to make it integrated (see: M. Rusecki, Problematyka metody w teologii, in: Tożsamość teologii, ed. A. Anderwald, T. Dola, M. Rusecki, Opole: Wydział Teologiczny Uniwersytetu Opolskiego 2010, pp. 44-47, 54-64. Rusecki presents Adolf Kolping’s idea of integrated theology – pp. 55-56). New theological disciplines and sub-disciplines arise and theologians’ specializations are becoming increasingly fragmented. They are to a lesser extent familiar with the work of their colleagues (native or foreign) and likewise with the history of Theology. The same holds true for Ecclesiology and ecclesiologists. Today in Theology (and in Ecclesiology) there are processes typical of contemporary sciences which are unstoppable. Despite negative consequences, there are some positive, too. Being so, Theology and Ecclesiology show their vitality and necessity. Theologians in their academic work explore new ways of research (including interdisciplinary ones) and have more scholar freedom than they used to, which develops their creativity.

    W artykule przedstawiono możliwość wykorzystania koncepcji zaczerpniętych z teorii grafów oraz metod analizy sieci społecznościowych w zastosowaniach biblio- i webometrycznych. Chociaż metody analizowania struktur grafowych znane są w nauce od dłuższego czasu, to dopiero rozwój technologii pozwalających zastosować te metody w praktyce na dużych zbiorach danych spowodował ich upowszechnienie w różnych obszarach nauki, a nawet życia codziennego. Możliwości wykorzystania wspomnianych metod na gruncie biblio- i webometrii były sygnalizowane przez badaczy już w ubiegłym wieku, jednak w stosunkowo niewielu publikacjach, zwłaszcza krajowych, stosuje się te metody w praktyce. Dlatego w niniejszym opracowaniu omówione zostały ogólne koncepcje analiz i modeli agregacji danych bibliometrycznych, które mogą zostać zaadaptowane na potrzeby konkretnych badań. Rozważania te mają charakter generalny i niezależny od konkretnej platformy analitycznej, natomiast w końcowej części artykułu zaprezentowano przykład aplikacji Gephi, umożliwiającej implementację opisywanych koncepcji.
    The article presents the possibility to use the concept derived from the theory of graphs and methods of the social network analysis in bibliometrics and webometrics. Although the methods of the analysis of graph structures have been familiar to scholarship for a long time, it was the development of technologies which enable the application of these methods in practice in large collections of data that popularised them in many fields of science, and even of everyday life. Although the possibilities of the application of these methods in biblio- and webometrics were indicated by researchers even in the past century, there is a relatively small number of publications, especially released in this country, which put these methods to practice. Therefore in the present work the author presents the general concepts of the analyses and the models of aggregation of bibliometrical data, which may be adopted for the purposes of specific research. Although the considerations which are described are general and are independent of a specific analytical platform, the final part of the article presents an example of the Gephi application, which enables the implementation of the concepts in question.

    Public relations effectiveness measurement is becoming more and more important in realization of public relations activities in Poland. It has been caused by the demand from people ordering such services to achieve measurable results and simultaneous increasing usage of research in public relations, which is related to growing ‘scientification’ of this field of knowledge. Basic requirement, which should be met to measure PR effectiveness, is such planning these activities to have measureable objectives and choosing the indicators and research methods for particular PR tools. It is worth remembering that some difficulties in measurement may occur – knowing them allows to minimize inadequate measurement results. Measuring PR effectiveness allows to continue the most efficient PR activities, resign from the less effective ones and also to search new ideas how to communicate with the target groups.

    Artykuł prezentuje propozycję wykorzystania technologii generatywnych, w szczególności dużych modeli językowych, w szkolnictwie wyższym. Technologie generatywne budzą wiele kontrowersji: z jednej strony oferują niespotykane dotąd możliwości, z drugiej zaś rodzą obawy o degradację funkcji poznawczych człowieka, możliwą eliminację niektórych zawodów czy zachowanie praw autorskich do wytworów intelektualnych. Celem artykułu jest zilustrowana przykładem propozycja integracji tych technologii z tradycyjnymi metodami nauczania. W pierwszej części przedstawiono kluczowe pojęcia i metody technologii generatywnych oraz refleksję na temat nowych zadań i kompetencji niezbędnych do możliwie pełnego wykorzystania ich potencjału. Następnie zaprezentowano propozycję wykorzystania technologii generatywnych w tradycyjnym procesie dydaktycznym podczas politechnicznego kursu sztuczna inteligencja w biznesie. Przedstawiono założenia metodyczne kursu, przykładowe raporty systemu generującego informację zwrotną dla studentów oraz schemat procesu dydaktycznego. Całość podsumowuje refleksja na temat możliwych szans i zagrożeń wykorzystania tych technologii w dydaktyce oraz rekomendacje dalszych badań.
    This article proposes the application of generative technologies, specifically large language models, in higher education. While such technologies present novel opportunities, at the same time, they raise concerns, including potential cognitive degradation, job displacement, and intellectual property issues. The first section of this paper introduces the essential concepts and methods of generative technologies, coupled with a discussion on the necessary competencies to fully harness their potential. The next section suggests an addition to usual teaching methods, using the 'Artificial Intelligence in Business' course as an example. This proposed enhancement incorporates a review of student work outcomes by systems powered by large language models. The underlying didactic principles of the course, sample system reports, and an illustrative diagram of the teaching process are presented. The paper concludes by contemplating the possible advantages and challenges posed by these technologies in pedagogy, along with recommendations for future research.

    The presented material is a concise report of the research on the ‘condition’ of initial teacher education provided at universities in Poland in accordance with ‘new’ Ministry standards of 17 January 2012. In the analysis of data collected from 30 universities in May 2015, we focused on models of the organisation of this part of teaching at universities, the ways of constructing the professional curricula, the role and place of practice in the learning processes and the strategy of assessment of the preparation for teaching. Our research result is not quite optimistic. Under the ‘new label’ of standards we still have quasi-traditional approach to initial teacher education. In acquiring the new professional competencies students do not get real support from their academic and school partners. They are not very interesting in building opportunities for transforming learning aiming at transforming teaching.

    Investigations of the situation characterized by uncertainty and risk in the last century, particularly in situations of crisis and conflict, were carried out at different levels of generality and specificity. In this article, the methodological foundations of risk evaluation models in situations of threats to system security are described. The general decision model in circumstances of risk and uncertainty and statistical risk measurement methods for crisis management are depicted. The examples of the mathematical models of the risk evaluations are also presented.
    W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję metodologicznych podstaw ewaluacji ryzyka w sytuacjach zagrożeń bezpieczeństwa systemu. Przedstawiono ogólny model decyzyjny w warunkach niepewności i ryzyka oraz statystyczne miary ryzyka na potrzeby zarządzania przedsięwzięciami. Omówiono proces ewaluacji ryzyka w systemie zarządzania kryzysowego. W artykule zamieszczono przykłady modeli matematycznych ewaluacji ryzyka.
