The author analyzed the exclamation entries in Russian and Polish dictionaries. The article aims to present various ways of the dictionary exclamation description exemplifying it by one primary (A! - a!) and one secondary (Боже! - Boże!) exclamations. The paper is to show the shortcomings and propose corrections in lexicographical description of exclamations. Due to the frequency of their use in speech and writing, the author also proposes to increase the number of exclamation entries in explanatory dictionaries. Compilation of a separate exclamation dictionary in both of the analyzed languages is worth considering.

Chicago School argues that the use of predatory strategy may not lead to a profit. Postchicago School, investigating this problem on the basis of game theory, argues just the opposite. The author probes the factors that influence the structure of service markets and describes the way in which they influence the operations of these markets. The paper presents selected factors of key importance to the structure of service markets. These include the nonmaterial nature and diversification of services, information asymmetry, natural and regulatory barriers to entry and the level of concentration. The last part of the article shows the influence of all these factors on the structure of selected service markets. The author argues that service markets have certain specific features that account for the existence of individual market models. Whether a specific segment of the service sector takes the form of an oligopoly, monopoly or perfect competition is determined by its specific features, including the differentiation of services, the nature of entry barriers, the existence of scale benefits and the level of concentration.

The exponents of the category of definiteness / indefiniteness and a certain type of expressive expressions in Bulgarian and PolishThe paper focuses on the functions of the pronoun exponents of the semantic category of definiteness / indefiniteness in Bulgarian examples of the following type: Свършихме я. Тънко я преда. Свърши се вашата, etc. Their reference to sentences such as Свършихме я тази работа. allows interpreting the function of the phrase as thematic. This type of sentences was confronted with examples such as Тя му я изтърси една… И ти ми ги говориш едни… The features of intonation and the semantic features of the double object phrase indicate its rhematic nature. Specific formal traits of such sentences, including the usage of the exponents of the category of definiteness / indefiniteness, are related with their expressive markedness.

Jesus’ entry narrative
Opis:
The article deals with one of the problematic issues found in the Matthean entry narrative (21:1-11), namely identifying the appropriate referent for the second pronoun αὐτῶν in Mt 21:7. First, a few textual emendations to the original Greek text are discussed, since the solution to the above problem has sometimes been sought in the discovery of a truly original text, free of this interpretative difficulty. Second, the grammatical and rhetorical explanations of the issue are elucidated. Third, the article presents and evaluates arguments for identifying the proper referent of αὐτῶν, whether in the vestments or in the two animals. In the author’s opinion, the most convincing solution to the problem lies in identifying the referent of the ambiguous pronoun as the two animals.

The core of the analysis constitutes an online obituary as a literary genre. The material subject to analysis will be presented in two articles. This article is the first part. It is an attempt to study Russian condolence entries addressed to Poles after the state president’s plane crash on 10th April 2010. The material has been excerpted from contemporary Russian electronic media. There have been specified composition and genre features of obituaries and their basic functions. There have also been presented the formal structure and obligatory elements of online condolences such as opening formulas or identification of addressees. Further composition elements of the genre in question will be discussed in the following article.

Artykuł prezentuje wybrane zagadnienia problematyki konkurencyjności łańcuchów dostaw. Stanowi próbę ujęcia teoretycznych podstaw badań nad konkurencyjnością łańcuchów dostaw. W związku z tym, że zagadnienia konkurencyjności łańcuchów dostaw można odnosić do poszczególnych poziomów analizy ekonomicznej, a w ich ramach określonych nurtów czy szkół badań ekonomicznych, zasadne jest przeprowadzenie swego rodzaju systematyki w tym względzie, co stanowi cel artykułu. Jego autor przyjmuje hipotezę, że założenia mezoekonomii w sposób najbliższy korespondują z teorią łańcuchów dostaw. W związku z tym rozważania koncentrują się na dwóch subdyscyplinach mezoekonomii: organizacji przemysłowej i ekonomii przemysłowej oraz na wybranych nurtach i teoriach w ramach badanych subdyscyplin.
This article presents selected aspects of competing of the supply chains in the light of the theory of industry organization (mezoeconomics). The article advances the thesis that the ideas embedded in the theory of industry organisation, when referred to the area of supply chain management. When we relate logistic strategies to widely understood logistic competitiveness, i.e. seeing logistics through the competitiveness of companies, we can easily notice the crucial role of logistics in the methodological approach applied to the new industrial economics (theory of industry organisation), especially in the context of the global supply chains. The article stresses the influence of logistics on all, most often named in literature, sources of barriers to entry – economies of scale, product differentiation, capital needs, access to distribution channels, cost disadvantage, or state policy. This paper is definitely of a theoretical character. It does not attempt to solve practical problems of a given company in a given situation, but it undertakes research at a higher level of generalisation. The author, however, believes that, by principle, in economics the rightness of a theory is ultimately verified by practice. Thus, the article includes some examples of practical solutions and implementation of logistic strategies and concepts while solving contemporary dilemmas of the supply chain management.

W artykule przedstawiono nowe wytyczne do projektowania zjazdów, wyjazdów i wjazdów na drogach zamiejskich i ulicach (WR-D-33), które po okresie konsultacji będą rekomendowane do stosowania przez Ministerstwo Infrastruktury. W artykule szczególną uwagę zwrócono na zjazdy wyjazdy i wjazdy zwykłe. Opisano najważniejsze aspekty projektowania połączeń zwykłych, w tym klasyfikacje połączeń w odniesieniu do obowiązujących przepisów techniczno-budowlanych.
The article presents new guidelines for the driveways designing for rural roads and streets (WR-D-33), which will be recommended for use by the Ministry of Infrastructure after the consultation period. In the article, special attention was paid to standard driveways. The most important aspects of designing standard driveways are described, including the classification of driveways in relation to the currently binding technical and construction regulations.

W niniejszym artykule autor proponuje semantyczną analizę konfrontatywną polskiego leksemu przejść oraz jego rosyjskich odpowiedników – пройти i перейти, a także zestawienie takiej analizy z odpowiednimi artykułami hasłowymi w wielkich słownikach polsko-rosyjskich i rosyjsko-polskich. Celem analizy jest określenie optymalnej sekwencji znaczeń leksemu przejść, odpowiedni dobór ekwiwalentów, a także systemowo adekwatna i pragmatycznie użyteczna konstrukcja artykułów hasłowych dla wszystkich trzech jednostek leksykalnych.
В настоящей статье предлагается сопоставительный семантический анализ польской лексемы przejść и её русских эквивалентов пройти и перейти, а также сверка результатов данного анализа с соответствующими статьями в больших польско-русских словарях. Целью анализа является определение оптимальной секвенции значений лексемы przejść, соответствующий подбор эквивалентов и, следовательно, предлагается системно адекватное и прагматически пригодное строение словарной статьи для всех трёх лексем.
The article is devoted to a contrastive analysis of lexical (dictionary) meanings of the Polish lexeme przejść and its Russian equivalents пройти and перейти. The analysis also provides verification of its findings with the register of the three major Polish-Russian dictionaries. The purpose of the analysis is to establish a correct sequence of meanings of the Polish lexeme along with appropriate translation counterparts and suggest how to create a system-readable and pragmatically useful structure of dictionary entries for all the three lexemes.

Opis:
Celem artykułu jest krytyczna analiza regulacji prawnych dotyczących opłat za wstęp do polskich parków narodowych zawartych w ustawie o ochronie przyrody z 2004 r. oraz praktyki ich stosowania. Tezą pracy jest, że obecnie obowiązujące przepisy są wadliwe i konieczna jest ich zmiana, tak, aby regulacja dotycząca tych opłat nie naruszała podstawowych zasad państwa prawnego czy prawa UE.
The purpose of the article is a critical analysis of regulations regarding entrance fees to Polish national parks contained in the Nature Protection Act 2004 and the practice of their application. The thesis of the work is that the current provisions are flawed and need to be amended so that the regulation regarding these fees does not violate the fundamental principles of the rule of law or EU law.

W niniejszym artykule zostały omówione problemy, jakie powstają wskutek dokonania fikcyjnego wpisu do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego. Dotyczy to zarówno postępowania rejestrowego, jak i innych postępowań cywilnych, podatkowych oraz karnych. Wiąże się to z zagrożeniem pewności i bezpieczeństwa obrotu, gdyż często osoby trzecie korzystające z danych zawartych w tym rejestrze mogą zostać wprowadzeni w błąd za pomocą fikcyjnego adresu. Poza tym przedsiębiorcy często podejmują próby omijania prawa związanego w szczególności ze składkami z tytułu ubezpieczeń społecznych i podatkami, korzystając z fikcyjnego adresu. Ponadto wykorzystuje się do tego celu wirtualne biura. Ich powstawanie wiąże się jednak także z rozwojem techniki i możliwości prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej mimo niewielkiej powierzchni lokalu stanowiącego siedzibę przedsiębiorcy. W artykule rozważano także kwestię wprowadzenia nowego czynu karalnego zakazującego wpisywania fikcyjnego adresu do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego.
The article analyses arising problems, which are connected with making an entry to National Court Register. It involves the both register proceedings and another civil proceedings, tax proceedings as well as criminal proceedings. It is related to danger for the certainty and safety of economic trade, because third parties often use the data, which is contained in National Court Register. The fictional address could mislead them. Besides entrepreneurs often try to avoid the regulations, especially connected with social security contributions and taxes by the fictional address. To reach this aim, they use virtual offices. Arising virtual offices are related to technological development and possibility to conduct the business in the small apartment, which is the registered office of entrepreneur too. Moreover the author also considers an introduction of new offence, which could prohibit the practice of making fictional entry to National Court Register

The paper analyzes the issues of penetration and of hydrogen by metals and alloys. Special attention was paid to the influence of hydrogen on mechanical and electrochemical properties of metals and alloys, and due to the destructive processes. Also presents a systematic list of types of damage to metals and alloys caused by hydrogen absorption.
