The paper discusses the comparisons between people and their behaviour in Melchior Wańkowicz's reports. The subject-matter of our analysis are full and exemplary comparisons based on the scheme Cd:R:Tc:Ct. In the material under study they constitute a very small percentage, including comparisons which completely diverge from the full scheme, with the omission of elements and word order untypical of the Polish language. The function and manner of expressing Tc and exposed here. Tc refers, as a rule, to the knowledge and experience of the reader, his feelings or stereotypes encoded in subconsciousness. The division into individual, singular, phraseologized comparisons becomes also essential; they occur in the language of a common polish user.

W artykule przedstawiono rezultaty porównania szybkości tworzenia kodu i ładowania projektów w różnych frameworkach w celu zbadania, który z nich wydaje się być najlepszym wyborem w dłuższej perspektywie czasu. Analizę przeprowadzono pod kątem badania eksperymentalnego, wykonania oprogramowania przykładowego projektu oraz badania literaturowego. Przeprowadzone porównanie pozwoli wskazać framework o lepszej wydajności i prostszy w wykorzystaniu.
This article presents the results of comparing code developing speeds and project loads across different frameworks to explore which of them seems to be the best choice in the long time. The analysis was carried out in terms of the exploratory study, the design of the sample project and the literature review. Comparison will make it possible to point to a better performance framework and prolong its use.

The author discusses three different cases, in which the expression jak na _ can be observed. The first one, a language unit jak na _s, indicates in what situation what is being said is true about something. It is also detached from a sentence, keeping no syntactic relation with any of its elements and being prosodically separated from it. Similar prosodic and syntactic features are shown also by one of the subtypes of the third case, ie. a language unit jak na _em.. Its semantic specialization is correlated with the restrictions imposed on fillers of its valency slot. The second type, a comparative construction _ jak _ with a verbal filling on the left and prepositional phrase with na on the right, is one of the realisations of a comparative pattern with certain collocations stabilizing due to common cultural images. The subtype two of the third case, jak na + instruction-nouns, is half way through lexicalization. It is only partially possible to predict what units fill its valency slot, jak can be exchanged by jakby and its position is not yet stable, which shows that this expression is not stabilized in its new function.
Autorka omawia trzy przypadki użycia ciągu jak na _. Po pierwsze, wyróżnia jednostkę jak na _s, która wskazuje, w jakiej sytuacji to, co jest mówione, jest prawdziwe o czymś. Jednostka ta wraz ze swoim uzupełnieniem tworzy odrębną frazę wydzieloną prozodycznie i syntaktycznie niepowiązaną z kontekstem. Podobne cechy prozodyczne i składniowe wykazuje  podtyp kolejnego przypadku – jednostka jak na _NEG.. Jej specjalizacja semantyczna jest skorelowana z ograniczeniami nałożonymi na rzeczownik wypełniający jej miejsce walencyjne. Po drugie, autorka wyróżnia komparatywne _ jak _ z wypełnieniem czasownikowym po lewej i frazą przyimkową z na po prawej stronie. Autorka zauważa, że określone wypełnienia tego modelu stabilizują się na mocy kulturowych przyzwyczajeń. Po trzecie wreszcie, autorka omawia wyrażenie, które nadal znajduje się na drodze do leksykalizacji: jak na otwierające miejsce dla rzeczowników odczasownikowych nazywających akty wyrażania woli. W tym wypadku możliwość przewidzenia wypełnienia miejsca walencyjnego jest połowiczna jak może zostać wymienione na jakby, a pozycja całości w zdaniu nie jest ustabilizowana.

W artykule przedstawiona została analiza pozwalająca na wyodrębnienie krajów związkowych Niemiec, w których funkcjonowanie katastru nieruchomości jest najbardziej zbliżone do funkcjonowania systemu katastralnego w Polsce. W tym celu przedstawiono wyniki z oceny systemu katastralnego na terenie wszystkich 16 krajów związkowych Niemiec i Polski oraz porównanie funkcjonowania systemu w poszczególnych krajach związkowych do funkcjonowania katastru w Polsce. Ocena i porównanie wykonane zostały w siedmiu wcześniej zdefiniowanych kategoriach, na podstawie nadanych im następnie wag punktowych. Jako wynik badań wyodrębnione zostały dwie metagrupy cech, z których jedna obejmowała kategorie, w których trudno wprowadzić szybkie zmiany (dane ogólne, organizacja katastru, zawartość katastru), a druga - kategorie, w których łatwiej wprowadzić zmiany (jakość danych, przepływ informacji, stopień informatyzacji, użyteczność katastru). Na tej podstawie wyodrębniono tak zwane "Najlepsze wzorce dla Polski w zakresie katastru", czyli kraje związkowe, w których kataster nieruchomości uzyskał stosunkowo najwyższe oceny oraz jednocześnie ma najwięcej cech wspólnych z funkcjonowaniem katastru w Polsce. Takimi krajami związkowymi okazały się: Nadrenia Północna-Westfalia (NRW), Dolna Saksonia (NI) oraz Bawaria (BY).
The article contains an analysis which allows selecting German federal states with the cadastre system functioning most similarly to the cadastre system in Poland. To achieve this goal the author presents the results of an evaluation of the status of the cadastre system in all sixteen federal states as well as Poland and a comparison of the functioning of the system in individual federal states and Poland. The evaluation and comparison have been conducted in seven predefined categories, on the basis of point weights. As the result of the research two metagroups of attributes have been defined: one comprising the categories in which it is hard to introduce quick changes (general data, organization of the cadastre system, contents of cadastre) and the other the categories in which it is easier to introduce changes (data quality, information flows, informatization level, cadastre usability). On this basis the so called "Best cadastre examples for Poland" have been identified, meaning federal states with relatively high evaluations of the cadastre systems and similar characteristic to the cadastre system in Poland. The identified states are North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and Free State of Bavaria.

It is often believed that marriage and cohabitation do not lie in the area of interest of economics. However, a trial of economic analysis of romantic relationships is possible and leads to interesting conclusions. Researchers from Western Europe, such as Cohen (2003), Richardson (2000), and Stratton (2002), suggest that not only the choice of romantic partner but also the form of our relationship is crucial. The issue of a relationship’s legalisation has a big impact on the quality and persistence of union as well as on the level of earnings of the couple. Husbands get a, so called, ‘marriage premium’ – they earn more than informal partners. In Polish literature the topic of marriage and cohabitation is analysed very rarely. The aim of the thesis is to discuss differences between the earnings of spouses and cohabitating partners and to present the results of research conducted, which suggest that marriage is related to a higher level of earnings. As the analyses presented show, cohabitation has become a serious issue for present society. We should decide whether the growing popularity of informal relationships should be stopped. It seems that cohabitation is ethically doubtful due to its negative impact on couples as well as on the whole of society

In recent years, comparative literature has affected a lively response to the dynamic transformations of its socio-cultural environment: it has declared the death of the old discipline and the beginning of a new one, and has increasingly set foot into the realm of the modern digital laboratory. It has, however, too seldom made use of a historical analysis of its own origins, which could have an impact on how future tasks and opportunities in comparative studies are perceived. This paper looks back to the rhetorical legacy of the category of comparison — one of the traditions that led to the institutionalization of comparative studies in the nineteenth century, and which could be useful in an attempt to rewrite the discipline’s history, particularly if grounded in translation studies.

Celem artykułu jest przeprowadzenie analizy porównawczej dwóch szkieletów programistycznych na przykładzie jednego z najpopularniejszych obecnie React v17 oraz Svelte, który zdobywaznaczną popularność. Do przeprowadzenia badań zaimplementowano dwie autorskie aplikacje o takich samych funkcjonalnościach w obu analizowanych szkieletach programistycznych. Analiza dotyczy przede wszystkim czasów renderowania widoków, ale porównywane są także struktury aplikacji oraz ich rozmiar. W wyniku badań stwierdzono, że aplikacja Svelte jest znacznie bardziej wydajnaw porównaniu do aplikacji React.
The aim of the article is to perform a comparative analysis of two programming frameworks on the example of one of the most popular currently React v17 and Svelte, which is gaining considerable popularity. Two applications with the same functionalities in both analyzed frameworks were implemented to conduct the research. The analysis mainly concerns the rendering times of views, but the application structures and their size are also compared. As a result of the research, it was found that the Svelte application is much more efficient compared to the React application.

The article presents the results of comparative analysis of various tools for creating applications for the Android operating system. Performance analysis was based on applications created using individual frameworks, in particular Xamarin and native software development tools. Several research criteria have been defined, based on which results of performance comparison have been derived and formulated conclusions.

Celem artykułu jest przeprowadzenie analizy porównawczej dwóch szkieletów programistycznych Angular w wersji 10 oraz Vue w wersji 3.0. Podstawą porównania jest wydajność zbadana za pomocą dwóch podobnych co do funkcjonalności aplikacji. Badaniu poddano widok ze zmienną liczbą wyświetlanych elementów, a czas mierzono od momentu wskazania liczby komponentów do zakończenia renderowania. Porównano także ilość przestrzeni dyskowej jaką zajmują finalne aplikacje oraz modułów aplikacji względem sposobu realizacji ich funkcjonalności. Wyniki badań pozwoliły sformułować wnioski, że Vue jest bardziej wydajny od Angulara a dodatkowo aplikacja Vue zajmuje mniej przestrzeni dyskowej.
The aim of this article is to perform a comparative analysis of the Angular v10 and Vue v3.0 frameworks. The basis of the comparison is the performance tested with two applications that are similar in terms of functionality. The view with a variable number of displayed elements was examined, and the time was measured from the moment the number of components was indicated to the end of rendering. The amount of disk space occupied by the final applications and application segments was also compared in relation to the method of implementing their functionality. The results of the research allowed to formulate the conclusions that Vue is more efficient than Angular and additionally the Vue application takes up less disk space.

Opis:
Generator częstotliwości wzorcowej jest niezbędnym elementem składowym wielu współczesnych przyrządów pomiarowych i innych urządzeń. Jego podstawowym parametrem jest częstotliwość generowanego sygnału wzorcowego oraz błąd względem wartości znamionowej, który wyznacza sie metoda fazowa poprzez porównanie ze wzorcem wyższego rzędu. W referacie przedstawiono zasadę metody fazowej porównywania częstotliwości wzorcowych, odpowiedni układ pomiarowy oraz aplikacje zrealizowana w środowisku LabVIEW przetwarzająca dane pomiarowe. Zaprezentowano rezultaty badan symulacyjnych oraz wyniki pomiarów w układzie rzeczywistym.
A precision frequency standard comparison method, measurement system and data processing based on LabVIEW environment are presented. Because the frequency of a standard oscillator changes due to aging, in order to remove the aging offset and return the oscillator to its nominal operating frequency calibration procedure should be used. The linear phase comparison method is widely used in the frequency standard comparison of high precision. Because this method has very high measurement resolution, it can distinguish and process a very small phase difference variation. However, the application of this method are only limited by the fact that the both frequencies of comparison signals must be the same. In this case, uncertainty of time measurement and duration of time measurement, will influence the comparison precision of the frequency standard. For higher resolution and convenient use, a method based on linear phase comparison was used. To determine the time differences between the reference signal and the signal of compared oscillator, typical digital time interval meter can be used, e.g. HP 53131A Universal Counter. The software of the system was developed in the LabVIEW programming environment. In order to reduce noise, smooth measurement data and find the mathematical relationship between signals were used different curve fitting methods implemented in LabVIEW, such as the Least Square (LS), Least Absolute Residual (LAR), or Bisquare (BS) fitting method. The main advantage of the proposed solution is that it can be easily implemented with general purpose measurements instruments. The algorithm was tested using data recorded from real frequency sources.

The collapse of the USRR marks the beginning of a new period in the history of the Poles who used to live in this state. In the aftermath of the political processes, the Poles, who were dispersed in the various areas of the Soviet Union, started to function in its sovereign successor states. Both their capacity to act and results achieved were dependent on how numerous their milieus have been, what the given national majority’s attitude to the Poles was, if the Poles’ choices were opportune as well as what the legal conditions in which the national minorities could function were in those states. The present article attempts to analyse the Poles’ situation in Lithuania and Ukraine between 1988 and 2014.

Za cel przyjęto wstępne porównanie techniki współrzędnościowej z tomografią komputerową. Obydwie obecnie stosowane techniki wykorzystują zaawansowane oprogramowanie, ale działają wg zupełnie różnych zasad. W pracy opisano schematy strukturalne działania obu urządzeń , wektory oddziaływań pól pomiarowych i ich cechy charakterystyczne co do układów współrzędnych. Te cechy zostały odniesione do oceny odwzorowania kształtu powierzchni z regularnymi wgłębieniami. Przeprowadzono badania wstępne oraz zamieszczono przykładowe rezultaty pomiarów w postaci graficznej. Dla głównych kryteriów metrologicznych sporządzono porównanie cech w formie tabelarycznej i sformułowano wnioski z zaakcentowaniem zastosowań medycznych. W przypadku zastosowania TK ocena liczbowa odstępstw od kształtu nominalnego odbywa się zasadniczo na drodze porównawczej i jest wyraźnie mnie precyzyjna od oceny metodą współrzędnościową ale dla zastosowań medycznych wystarczająca.
This study is connected with two much prevalent measurement and testing techniques of a universal character, namely those that can be applied to various fields such as engineering and medicine. The aim is the initial comparison of coordinate techniques with computer tomography. These two techniques use advanced software, but operate on entirely different principles. The paper describes structural diagrams of two devices: Coordinate Measuring Machines and Computer Tomography, vectors of measurement fields impacts and their characteristics as a coordinate system. These features were related to the assessment of surface mapping of a spherical shape. Preliminary studies were conducted, and examples of measuring results in graphic form were provided. For the main metrological criteria the comparison of the characteristics in tabular form was made and the conclusions with emphasis on medical applications were formulated. In the case of Computer Tomography, the numerical evaluation of deviations from the nominal shape is primarily performed through the compari-son and is clearly less precise than the evaluation with coordinate method but is sufficient for medical applications.
