Celem artykułu jest wskazanie cech duszpasterskich prezbitera, które są potrzebne do skutecznej realizacji duszpasterstwa. Na początku autor omawia charakterystykę lidera w świetle teorii zarządzania. Następnie przedstawia znaczenie cech przywódcy w posłudze prezbitera. W dalszej części wskazuje na te cechy duszpasterskie prezbitera, które są potrzebne do stworzenia zespołu duszpasterskiego i zarządzania nim. W ostatniej części prezentuje cechy prezbitera niezbędne do budowania relacji między duszpasterzem a poszczególnymi członkami zespołu duszpasterskiego. W konkluzji wskazuje, że pomimo tego, że każdy odnoszący sukcesy lider zespołu duszpasterskiego powinien posiadać liczne cechy przywódcze, trudno jest stworzyć pełną listę obejmującą wszystkie.
The aim of the article is to indicate the characteristics of pastoral care priests which are required for the eff ective realization of pastoral care. At fi rst, the author discusses the characteristics of a leader in the light of the theory of management. Next, he presents the role of the characteristics of a leader in the ministry of priests. Further on, he enumerates the characteristics of pastoral care priests which are required for creating and managing the pastoral team. Finally, he indicates the characteristics necessary for building the relationship between the pastoral care priest and particular members of the pastoral team. In the conclusion he indicates that despite the fact that each successful leader of the pastoral team should possess numerous characteristics, it is diffi cult to create a complete list of all of them. - Źródło:
