Opis:
Destined to disappear? Use of congiuntivo 150 years after unification of Italy. Study based on „La Repubblica” corpus Since Italian became the language of everyday communication, its grammar has evolved. One of the often cited new tendencies is decreasing use of congiuntivo. The aim of this study is to verify whether we can observe such tendency in language of newspapers exemplified by the newspaper “La Repubblica”. The study is based on “La Repubblica” corpus which collects texts published in this newspaper during 15 years (approximately 380 million tokens). The analysis shows that the position of congiuntivo in Italian verbal system is not threatened. However there are some differences between diverse contexts and single expressions which can be followed by congiuntivo. This may indicate that the principles of use of congiuntivo are slowly changing.

The article is based on the review of works by three authors : La Rochefoucauld, La Bruyère, and Mme de Pringy. Following brief consideration of the status of the author and moralist, the author tries to demonstrate their works to be collections of thoughts and reflections moral in nature and, as in the case of every collection, never constitute a complete work. Like curios in a cabinet of curiosities, reflections and portraits in the works of moralists are continuously changing in line with intentions of the collector, who adds or rejects fragments, or changes their sequence.

The analysis begins with a reminder of attributes of this type of stylization, and then comparision of Greenberg’s film with Chris Marker’s La Jetée. No distinct criticism or polemic leads to theory, that the aim of La puppé is to reveal illusive nature of film language.

Artykuł podejmuje ważny temat relacji katechetyki z pedagogiką. Wychodząc z założenia, że konieczność pedagogiki w katechezie jest rzeczą oczywistą, próbuje się ukazać nie tyle samą potrzebę pedagogiki w katechezie, ile dużo bardziej jej miejsce i rolę w refleksji naukowej nad katechezą. W tym celu zostały omówione następujące kwestie: rozwój relacji pedagogiki do katechezy w historii katechetyki, natura wychowawcza katechezy stanowiąca fundament jej dialogu z pedagogiką, ostrożność w otwartości katechezy na pedagogikę, dialog interscyplinarny katechetyki i pedagogiki, poszukiwania kierunków tego dialogu. Na koniec zostają sformułowane wyzwania pod adresem dalszej refleksji, wśród których podkreśla się konieczność określenia zasad dla wykorzystania pedagogiki w katechezie. Całość kończy się stwierdzeniem, że poszukiwania relacji katechetyki z pedagogiką muszą być naznaczone duchem wiary, gdyż wiara jest duszą katechezy inspirującą cały wysiłek pedagogiczny w nauczaniu religii.
The article develops an important theme about the relationship between catechetics and pedagogy. Assuming that there is a need for pedagogy in catechesis, the Author tries to show not only the need for pedagogy in catechesis, but much more its place and role in the scientific reflection on catechesis. For this purpose, the following issues were discussed: the development of relations between pedagogy and catechetics in the history of theology, educational nature of catechetics that constitutes the foundation of its dialogue with pedagogy, a warning about openness catechetics on pedagogy, interdisciplinary dialogue between catechetics and pedagogy and searching for the ways of that dialogue. At the end there are some identified challenges at further reflection, among which it is underline the need of using pedagogy in catechetics. The whole concludes that the search for catechetics relationship with pedagogy must be marked by a spirit of faith, because faith is the soul of catechesis, inspiring all educational effort in the teaching of religion.
Articolo assume il tema della relazione fra catechesi e la pedagogia. Non è tanto un tentativo di mostrare la stessa necessità di pedagogia nella catechesi come piuttosto il suo posto e il ruolo nella riflessione scientifica sulla catechesi. A tal fine, tratta le seguenti tematiche: sviluppo delle relazioni tra pedagogia per la catechesi nella storia della catechetica, natura educativa della catechesi che costituisce il fondamento del suo dialogo con la pedagogia, cautela di catechesi in apertura alla pedagogia, dialogo interdisciplinare fra catechetica e pedagogia e ricercarne il senso. Alla fine formula sfide a un’ulteriore riflessione. Il tutto si conclude con un’affermazione che la ricerca di relazioni fra la catechesi e la pedagogia deve essere contrassegnato da spirito di fede, perché la fede è l’anima della catechesi, che ispira ogni sforzo educativo nell’insegnamento della religione.
Der Artikel unternimmt das wichtige Thema der Relation zwischen der Katechetik und der Pädagogik. Wenn man von der Voraussetzung ausgeht, dass die Pädagogik in der Katechetik eine offenbare Angelegenheit ist, versucht man nicht nur auf den Gebrauch der Pädagogik, sondern auch auf ihre Stellung und ihre Rolle im wissenschaftlichen Nachdenken über die Katechetik hinzudeuten. Um das zu erreichen wurden folgende Fragen besprochen: die Entwicklung der Relation zwischen der Katechese und der Pädagogik in der Katechetikgeschichte; die erziehende Natur von der Katechese, die eine Grundlage für ihre Dialog mit der Pädagogik bildet, die Vorsichtigkeit in der Offenheit der Katechese der Pädagogik gegenüber; interdisziplinäres Dialog zwischen der Katechetik und der Pädagogik und die Suche nach der Richtungen diese Dialog. Zum Schluss wurden die Forderungen formuliert, die zur weiteren Reflexion bewegen. Unter denen betont man die Notwendigkeit, die Regeln für die Verwendung der Pädagogik in der Katechese zu definieren. Das Ganze endet mit der Feststellung, dass die Suche nach der Relation zwischen der Pädagogik und der Katechetik mit dem Geist des Glaubens gekennzeichnet werden muss. Der Glaube ist denn die Seele von der Katechese, die den ganzen pädagogischen Aufwand bei dem Religionsunterricht anregt.

Autor rozważając wspomagającą rolę środków społecznego przekazu w katechezie podkreśla, iż Kościół nie może nie korzystać ze współczesnych zdobyczy techniki. Człowiek wierzący ma obowiązek dzielenia się wiarą, a mass-media umożliwiają to składanie świadectwa na różnych płaszczyznach. Oprócz informacji, lub też tekstów źródłowych, właśnie w cyberprzestrzeni może dojść do pierwszego spotkania z wiarą i jej świadectwem. Jednocześnie osobowe spotkanie, nawrócenie, przylgniecie do Chrystusa, osobowa relacja wymaga już jednak wspólnoty rzeczywistej i osobowej. Artykuł wskazuje, iż Kościół - obecny żywo w świecie, biorący aktywny udział w przemianach społecznych i kulturowych, winien także wykorzystywać potężne narzędzie, jakim są środki społecznego przekazu, aby poprowadzić ludzi do wiary i zbawienia.
It should be stated that the church, which guides people to holiness and to salvation, is obliged to use the newest means of communication. Believers have duty to share their faith with others. Here a question arises: “What do I think about my relationship with God?”, or “What do others think about their faith? How do their experience it?” The reality created by the modern mass media (the Internet, television, newspapers, radio) may be perceived as a space of exchanging of various ideas. Cyberspace is a place where a human being, not only can find some information, but also can encounter with faith and the testimony of it. However, personal encounter, conversion, adherence to Christ, personal relationship require a real community of believers. This article is a sign of hope that the Church would be able to use mass media as the instrument of leading people to faith and to salvation.
L’autore in considerazione del ruolo di supporto dei mezzi di comunicazione nella catechesi sottolinea che la Chiesa non può che utilizzare moderne conquiste tecnologiche. Il credente ha l’obbligo di testimoniare la propria fede e mass media permetterglielo in vari livelli. Oltre a testi informativi o d’origine, è cyberspazio stesso dove può venire al primo incontro con la fede e la sua testimonianza. Allo stesso tempo, l’incontro personale, la conversione, l’adesione a Cristo, rapporto personale richiedono già comunità reale e personale. L’articolo sottolinea che la Chiesa – presente nel mondo, attivamente partecipante nelle trasformazioni sociali e culturali –, dovrebbe anche usufruire di strumenti potenti quali sono i mezzi di comunicazione sociale per condurre le persone alla fede e alla salvezza.

W pracy badano wnikanie światłouczulacza fotolonu do komórek He-La. Przeprowadzono badania spektroskopowe fotolonu w obecności i bez formaldehydu, stosowanego do utrwalania komórek. Badania mikroskopowe przeprowadzono za pomocą mikroskopu konfokalnego. Komórki inkubowano ze światłouczulaczem przez 4 i 12 godzin. Natężenie fluorescencji fotolonu w komórkach zależy od stężenia roztworu i czasu inkubacji. W wyniku przeprowadzonych pomiarów mikroskopowych wykazano, że czas inkubacji niezbędny do zaobserwowania związku wewnątrz komórek wynosi co najmniej 4 godziny, a minimalne stężenie światłouczulacza 1 mg/ml (1,67 × 10-6 M).
The entrapment of the photosensitizer Photolon into the He-La cells, was studied. The fluorescence of photosensitizer was examined without and in the presence of formaldehyde. The study was performed by means of confocal microscopy of cells incubated for 4 hours and 12 hours. It was stated that 4 hours is the shortest time of incubation allowing the observation of Photolon in the He-La cells and the minimal concentration of photosensitizer is 1mg/ml (1,67 × 10-6 M).

The article gives a description of running coordination and support action CoopAIR-LA, which promotes cooperation between the countries of the European Union and Latin America in the field of aeronautics and air transport in the research projects of EU 7th Framework Program. The action, coordinated by Spanish Institute of Aeronautical Techniques - INTA is focused principally on Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico. Polish Institute of Aviation represents Poland among national organizations participating in Consortium.

W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę podstawowych właściwości fizyko-chemicznych oraz biologicznych a-laktoalbuminy (a-LA). Omówiono wartość odżywczą tego białka, rolę w syntezie laktozy, właściwości antynowotworowe i antybakteryjne, potencjalną aktywność peptydów pochodzących z jego struktur, jego korzystny wpływ w ochronie przed stresem i chorobami gastrycznymi oraz alergenność. Opisane właściwości biologiczne, w szczególności te prozdrowotne, dają wiele perspektyw wykorzystania a-LA w produkcji żywności funkcjonalnej oraz farmaceutyków.
In this article basic physico-chemical and biological a-lactalbumin (a-LA) properties were characterized. Nutritional value of this protein, importance in lactose synthesis, antitumorous and antibacterial properties, potential activity of peptides from its structure and positive infl uence at stress, gastric illness and allergies were described. Talked over properties, especially prohealthy, are consigning possibilities of a-LA use at functional food and pharmaceutics production.
