The dynamically developing global IT infrastructure and the increasing importance of modern information technologies represent a huge challenge in the process of socialization and education of children and young people. Undoubtedly, it is extremely important to prepare current and future generations for a skillful use of modern technologies. Therefore, it is essential to implement new technologies in the teaching process at all levels of education as well as during preventive and therapeutic activities. This study analyzes the functioning of three institutions that use modern information technology within educational, preventive and therapeutic interventions. These institutions have been selected to be environmentally diverse, show the international context and demonstrate a different potential for ICT use. The main objective of the research was to identify innovative ways of using modern technologies in supporting educational and compensatory activities undertaken by selected institutions.

Modern technologies are an inseparable structure of modern human life. Nowadays, it is impossible to imagine existence without a phone, smartphone or computer. They are ubiquitous in work, play, social life and school education. Children are starting to use modern technologies more and more actively. This publication attempts to present the importance of modern technologies in remote work with students. Referring to the literature on the subject and relying on their own observations and experiences in working with students at a younger school age, an attempt was made to make the reader aware that modern methods and technological measures have a significant impact on the development and behavior of students from an early age of education. The significant role of the teacher in the entire didactic process was also indicated. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning were also highlighted.

Dokonano oceny zakresu korzystania przez rolników z Internetu, specjalistycznych programów komputerowych oraz technologii GPS. Większość badanych gospodarstw rolnych zlokalizowanych na terenie województwa zachodniopomorskiego wyposażonych jest w komputer (66,9%), a blisko co trzecie (28,3%) ma dostęp do Internet. Z systemu GPS korzysta 41,3% rolników. Rolnicy w niewielkim stopniu wykorzystują technologie informacyjne w praktyce rolniczej. Nie korzystają z programów komputerowych wspomagających podejmowanie decyzji przy produkcji rolniczej, wykorzystują Internet na ogół wyłącznie do śledzenia informacji rynkowych, a system GPS do pomiaru powierzchni pól.
The research allowed to assess the scope, in which farmers use the Internet, specialist computer applications, and GPS technology. Most of examined farms located within Zachodniopomorskie (West Pomeranian) Voivodship possess a computer (66.9%), and nearly one in three (28.3%) has access to the Internet. 41.3% of farmers use the GPS system. Farmers use information technologies in their farming practice to a small extent. They do not use computer applications supporting farm production decision-making process, and in general they use the Internet only to follow market information, and the GPS system to measure the area of their own fields.

Opis:
The development of information technologies offers new possibilities of use of information collected in public registers, such as land registers and cadastres, which play a significant role in establishing the infrastructure for spatial information. Efficient use of spatial information systems with the purpose of a sustainable land management shall be based on en suring the interconnection of different information resources, data exchange, as well as a broad access to data. The role of land registration systems in the context of technological advancement was the subject of the Common Vision Conference 2016. Migration to a Smart World, held on 5–7 June 2016 in Amsterdam. The conference was organized by Europe’s five leading mapping, cadastre and land registry associations, cooperating within a “Common Vision” agreement: EuroGeographics, Permanent Committee on Cadastre, European Land Registries Association, European Land Information Service and Council of European Geodetic Surveyors. The discussion during the conference focused on topics regarding the idea of smart cities, marine cadastre, interoperability of spatial data, as well as the impact of land registers and cadastres on creating the infrastructure for spatial information and developing e-government, at both national and European levels. The paper aims to present an overview of issues covered by the conference and also to highlight some important problems arising from implementing advanced technology solutions in the field of land registration.

Views on essence of information society and describing him parameters economical social they aren’t uniform however the general agreement is prevailing that comprehended information technologies are posing contemporary society’s inherent element extensively. Creating conditions to development economical-social requires country areas to create the suitable back-end in the discipline of applications of information technologies and computer networks. And therefore the need is occurring also of organizing the application for countryman’s, with individual farmers’ special consideration, of whom countryman’s preparation would be the chief objective to the active usage of the possibility information society is carrying which with itself. Big diversity is being watched in Poland in the field of the equipment of households to making it possible devices of the access to Internet. The area of the usage of modern technologies is being widened gradually in big towns, but also in country areas, in agribusiness, agricultural production and agricultural households. They assume today that the access is one of measures of information society’s development to Internet. In 2007 of year Internet became the so popular medium like the television in Poland and he is developed still dynamically. Despite disproportion is existing in the area of the country. No they often, result failing the ability to use the network they always have the only economic character. The alignment of chances of this part of society which is living in the country is becoming one of the most important challenges of the present day in this connection.
Mając na uwadze rozwój społeczno-ekonomiczny obszarów wiejskich należy rozwijać działania w dziedzinie przyspieszenia procesu informacyjnej aktywizacji społeczności wiejskich. W Polsce obserwuje się duże zróżnicowanie w zakresie wyposażenia gospodarstw domowych w urządzenia umożliwiające dostępu do Internetu. Stopniowo rozszerza się obszar wykorzystania nowoczesnych technologii nie tylko w dużych miastach, ale także na obszarach wiejskich, w agrobiznesie, produkcji rolniczej i gospodarstwach rolniczych. Należy zatem podjąć budowę wiejskich centrów teleinformatycznych, których działalność informacyjne przyczyni się do pobudzenia przedsiębiorczości i rozwoju cywilizacyjnego środowisk lokalnych.

Celem przeprowadzonych badań było określenie poziomu wykorzystania i przydatności internetu na studiach inżynierskich. Badania ankietowe przeprowadzono w latach 2009-2012 na grupie studentów z dwóch uczelni. Każdorazowo ankietowano od 287 do 397 osób. W 2009 roku ponad 89% badanych miało internet a w roku 2012 już 96%. Najczęściej internet w procesie studiowania wykorzystywany był do pozyskiwania informacji organizacyjnych a także tych związanych z realizacją projektów, analiz i prac dyplomowych.
The aim of the study was to estimate the level of usability of internet by students from engineering courses. The investigation were provided in the years 2010-2012 on the groups of students basic on the questionnaires. Analysis showed that share of students which use internet grew up to about 90%. There are some limitation of internet using like low level of computer knowledge, lack of internet access points or personal abilities.

W artykule poddano analizie mechanizm przełożenia innowacyjnych wdrożeń informatycznych na wzrost wirtualizacji działalności gospodarczej i uruchamianie potencjału generowania wartości w przedsiębiorstwach.
This article adopts a thesis that virtualisation of a business means bringing information technologies into the business and creating communication networks needed to develop internal and interorganisational networks and customer relationships, and to build business architecture in the cyberspace. The author analysed the effects of innovative IT implementations on the enhancement of business virtualisation and triggering the potential of creation of business value.

W artykule omówione zostały narzędzia do usprawniania procesów produkcyjnych. Celem artykułu było porównanie ich z nowoczesnym narzędziem Industry 4.0 używanym w celu usprawnienia procesu produkcji. W epoce dynamicznie rozwijających się systemów informatycznych, do monitorowania produkcji, pozyskiwanie dużych ilości informacji podczas ich pracy umożliwia wdrażanie zaawansowanych strategii w zakresie utrzymania ruchu i serwisowania maszyn. Pojęcie Industry 4.0 pozostaje obecnie w centrum dyskusji inżynierów oraz wywiera duży wpływ na producentów innowacyjnych maszyn jak również ich użytkowników końcowych. Połączenie procesów produkcyjnych z technologiami informatycznymi, które same w sobie rozwijają się w bardzo szybkim tempie powoduje, że automatyzacja linii produkcyjnych staje się bardziej elastyczna, scala procesy logistyczne i optymalizuje łańcuch wartości. Industry 4.0 oznacza integrację inteligentnych maszyn, systemów oraz wprowadzanie zmian w procesach produkcyjnych mających, aby zwiększyć wydajność wytwarzania oraz wprowadzić możliwości elastycznych zmian asortymentu.
The article discusses tools for improving production processes. The aim of the article was to compare them with a modern Industry 4.0 tool used to improve the production process. In the era of dynamically developing information systems, for monitoring production, acquiring large amounts of information during their work, it enables the implementation of advanced strategies in the area of maintenance and servicing of machines. The concept of Industry 4.0 remains at the center of the discussion of engineers and has a major impact on manufacturers of innovative machines as well as their end users. The combination of production processes with information technologies, which in themselves develop at a very fast rate, makes the automation of production lines more flexible, merges logistic processes and optimizes the value chain. Industry 4.0 means the integration of intelligent machines, systems and the introduction of changes in production processes aimed at increasing production efficiency and introducing the possibility of flexible product changes.

W artykule przedstawiono ocenę zmian w wykorzystaniu komunikacji internetowej oraz związanych z tym faktem zagrożeń. Przeprowadzone w latach 2009/2010 i 2013/2014 badania wykazały, że respondenci wykorzystują internet oraz dostępne w nim usługi w życiu codziennym i wykorzystanie w tym okresie wzrosło. Stwierdzono, że można bardzo łatwo ulec uzależnieniu od sieci. Respondenci najczęściej wykorzystują internet jako narzędzie do przekazywania informacji oraz komunikacji. Badani rzadko zauważają negatywny wpływ sieci na zdrowie oraz osobowość.
The study presents the evaluation of changes in the use of Internet communication and the associated risks. The research in the years 2009/2010 and 2013/2014 has shown that the respondents use the Internet together with the available services in everyday life and level of usage is higher. It has been found that one can easily become addicted to the Internet. The respondents most often use the Internet as a tool for passing on information and communication. In addition, the respondents rarely notice the negative effects that the Internet can have on human health and personality.

Cyberbullying is one of numerous negative phenomena that young people can encounter in the virtual reality, and they make the group that is most threatened with it. Since it is an extremely important issue, NIK has started an audit at the Ministry of National Education (MEN), the Ministry of Digitalisation, five regional Police headquarters and ten local/municipal Police units, as well as in ten schools – these being the entities that play the key role in supporting parents who need to solve such problems. The objective of the audit is to assess whether the activities undertaken by the competent institutions in the area of counteracting and preventing of cyberbullying among children and youngsters are appropriate and effective.

Artykuł zawiera definicje elementów informatyki kwantowej w odniesieniu do klasycznych technologii obliczeniowych. Wyjaśnia zasady transformacji algorytmów obliczeniowych do dziedziny obliczeń kwantowych z wykorzystaniem optymalizacji i rachunku macierzowego. Przedstawia przykładowe zastosowania klasycznych algorytmów i ukazuje możliwości ich realizacji w dziedzinie informatyki kwantowej. Autor wskazuje na możliwość zastosowania algorytmów kwantowych w nowych technologiach obliczeniowych w zakresie kryptografii kwantowej i złożonych obliczeniowo analiz danych.
The paper includes definitions of elements of quantum IT referred to classical technologies of computation. It explains the principles of transformation of calculating algorithms to the domain of quantum computations using the optimisation and matrix calculus. Exemplary applications of classical algorithms are presented with possibilities of their realisation in domain of quantum IT. Autor presents some possibilities for using quantum algorithms in new computation technologies concerning quantum cryptography and data analyses with complex computations.

This article presents an original computer-aided system supporting the designing of innovative solutions with the use of an improved brainstorming methodology. Architecture of the modules included in the developed computer application, its main functions, as well as the principles of conducting a session using the implemented modified method of brainstorming are discussed. The advantages of the developed solution and the technical requirements necessary for the installation and operation of the proposed solution are presented.

Młode pokolenie wychowane z mediami i przez media, sprawnie poruszające się w cyberprzestrzeni wykorzystuje wszystkie możliwości jaki daje rozwój nauki i techniki. Osoby starsze muszą pokonać lęk przed techniką poprzez udomowienie nowoczesnych technologii, tak aby zaspokajały ich potrzeby społeczne, ekonomiczne i kulturalne.
Information technologies equip people with a wide access to information and knowledge, broaden the horizons and create new prospects. Nowadays we are forced to live in the information society which has been formed. Young generation brought up with and by the media moves freely in the cyberspace and makes the most of science and technology development. Elderly people have to overcome the fear of technology through domestication of modern technologies so that they could satisfy their social, economical and cultural needs.
