Wkrótce po wyborach papież Franciszek został wybrany przez tygodnik Time „Człowiekiem Roku 2013”. W przeciwieństwie do swojego poprzednika, Benedykta XVI, Franciszek aktywnie uczestniczy w dialogu z mediami. W głoszeniu Ewangelii wykorzystuje nowoczesne środki komunikacji, takie jak np. Twitter. W artykule podjęto próbę opisania w jaki sposób papież Franciszek stosuje nowoczesne media w procesie ewangelizacji. 
Shortly after the election as Pope Francis has been named by weekly magazine Time for Per-son of the Year 2013. In contrast to his predecessor, Benedict XVI Francis takes on the cooperation with the media actively participate. In dialogue with the world and with faithful it uses modern means of communication, such as Twitter. This article describes how to use the social media in Church by the track of Pope comparing various online portals: the online world is interactive, the most recent and the most popular, so therefore is an interesting source of views about Francis. It perfectly demonstrates how Francis uses the digital development for evangelization.

Sposób obecności Kościoła i dobrej nowiny w świecie masmediów, Internetu i serwisach społecznościowych jest jedną z najbardziej aktualnych kwestii stojących przed głosicielami Chrystusa czasów współczesnych. Treść papieskich orędzi na temat mediów stanowi punkt wyjścia dla niniejszego artykułu. W dalszej części ukazane są szanse i zagrożenia związane z obecnością chrześcijańskich autorów i ich przekazu Ewangelii w przestrzeni wirtualnej. Bezsporną pozostaje sama konieczność uczestnictwa ludzi Kościoła w mediach i Internecie, gdyż miejsca te stanowią współczesne areopagi, w których tak jak w czasach apostolskich, głos wyznawców Chrystusa musi być słyszalny. W podsumowaniu artykułu autor, jako uczestnik serwisów społecznościowych, dzieli się własnymi doświadczeniami kilkuletniej aktywności w internetowej komunikacji Dobrej Nowiny.
The way the church and the good news should be present in the domain of the mass media, the Internet and online social networking services is one of the most important challenges for the followers of Christ in our days. This article is based on the content of papal addresses on the subject of mediums. Even though the presence of the bearers of the gospel message on the net brings with opportunities certain dangers, it is without doubt that it is a necessity of the contemporary times to take part in the buzzing world of the mass media and the virtual community. These spaces could be well paralleled with the ancient areopagus where just like in the apostolic times the voice of the followers of Christ must be heard. In the article the authors shares some of his own experience in spreading the Good News in using the social networking services.

The creation of Catholic Action in Poland was prepared very carefully for several years. Rev. August Hlond the Primate of Poland invited other church organizations with the statutes and organizational relationship with spiritual authority to join in the ranks of Catholic Action. Catholic Action Statute was approved by the Pope Pius XI with the letter dated 27 November 1930, stating its compliance with the directives of the Holy See. The celebration of Christ the King was established the day of the Catholic Action. In October 1932, the Supreme Institute for Catholic Action called on the diocesan institutes with an appeal to discern the future leaders of this association among the Catholic intelligentsia. Catholic Action has set itself the goal of re-introducing Jesus Christ to the family, school and society. The family as a whole has become the main influence of the Catholic Action movement. The goal of the newly restored Catholic Action (after 1989 transformation) is compatible with the goal of the entire Church: co-operation of Church hierarchy and lay people in helping people. In other words: the deepening and broadening of faith (including Christian morality), so that Christ could return to the conscience, family, national traditions, the relationship between social groups and to international relations.

Propozycja duchowości nowej ewangelizacji papieża Franciszka polega na podniesieniu poziomu życia duchowego i ogólnoludzkiego przy jednoczesnym niezaniedbywaniu codziennych obowiązków. Ewangelizacja wskazuje chrześcijanom prawdziwy dynamizm osobistej realizacji – realizuję się jako chrześcijanin poprzez to, że głoszę Chrystusa. Odnowione przepowiadanie skierowane jest także do wierzących, ale oziębłych w wierze i niepraktykujących. Chrystus głoszony przynosi słuchaczom radość i nowość (por. Iz 40,31).
The proposal of the spirituality of the new evangelisation of  Pope Francis is to strengthen the spiritual and life and life in general, together with taking care of daily responsibilities. Evangelisation shows to Christians a real dynamism of personal fulfillment. I fulfill myself as a Christian by the fact that I proclaim Christ. A renewed proclamation is also addressed to believers, but lukewarm in their faith and non-practicing. Christ proclaimed brings happines and novelty to the  listeners (Iz 40,31).

Autorka podejmuje próbę oceny działań Kościoła katolickiego w mediach społecznościowych. W tym celu przeprowadza ankietę w grupie diakonów, jako wyświęconych dla zadań posługi w Kościele. Autorka bada rodzaje aktywności oraz częstotliwość korzystania z social media, a także popularność wybranych kanałów. Zadaje istotne pytanie, jak sami ankietowani oceniają rolę nowoczesnych mediów w swojej posłudze, a także bada znajomość innych kościelnych inicjatyw. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej ankiety nakreśla wnioski nt. wykorzystania mediów społecznościowych w posłudze ewangelizacyjnej oraz formułuje postulaty (np. zwiększenie kompetencji).
The Author attempts to evaluate the actions of the Catholic Church in social media. For this purpose, a survey was made in a group of deacons, as a people ordained for tasks of service in the Church. The Author examines the types of activities and the frequency of use of social media, as well as the popularity of the selected channels. Asks an important question, as they surveyed assess the role of modern media in their ministry, and explores the knowledge of otherecclesial initiatives. Based on the survey outlines conclusions of using social media in the service of evangelization are drawn. The Author formulates demands as well (eg. increasing the competences).

Sobór Watykański II jest niewątpliwie jednym z ważniejszych, a nawet przełomowych punktów historii Kościoła. W konsekwencji wydaje się więc, że także w odniesieniu do pojęcia tak kluczowego dla współczesnej teologii, jakim jest nowa ewangelizacja, ostatni sobór odegrał istotną rolę. W niniejszej publikacji autor analizuje soborowe teksty rozważając je wokół pojęcia communio, które przez wielu teologów określane jest najważniejszym i kluczowym dla rozumienia terminem Soboru. Ze szczegółowej analizy poszczególnych wymiarów communio (trynitarne, pneumatologiczne, wiernych, eschatologiczne, ekumeniczne, ewangelizacyjne, misyjne) wyłania się nowa wizja eklezjologii ściśle związana z innym soborowym pojęciem aggiornamento. Odnowiona wizja eklezjologiczna naznacza nową epokę w życiu Kościoła, którą Jan Paweł II nazwał „nową wiosną życia chrześcijańskiego”. Autor wskazuje, że soborowa idea eklezjologii komunii stoi u podstaw późniejszego pojęcia nowej ewangelizacji. 
The Second Vatican Council is undoubtedly one of the most important and even crucial points in the history of Catholic Church. Consequently, it seems that also in relation to the concept so vital for the contemporary Theology, namely «the new evangelization», the recent council played an important role. This paper analyses the conciliar texts from the perspective of the concept of «communio», which is defined by many theologians as the most essential and pivotal term for understanding the Council. From a detailed analysis of the particular dimensions of «com- munio» (Trinitarian, Pneumatological, laical, eschatological, ecumenical, evan- gelisation, missionary) emerges a new vision of ecclesiology, closely related to another conciliar notion of «aggiornamento». This renewed ecclesiological understanding marks a new era in the life of the Church, which John Paul II called the «new spring of Christian life». The article points out that the Vatican II notion of the ecclesiology of communion underlies the later concept of new evangelisation.

The article presents the thoughts of St. Gregory of Nazianzus on the attitudes of priests in their pastoral work. The bases of this study are selected speeches and works of poetry by St. Gregory. The Bishop of Nazianzus indicates first and foremost the importance of the spiritual formation of each priest. Without reducing the importance of an intellectual formation, he puts the concern for the development of the inner life in the primary place. The deeply spiritual priest, having a thorough theological knowledge, can take up the mission of proclaiming God’s word responsibly. The fruitfulness of this ministry also depends on the discernment of the spiritual, moral and intellectual state of the faithful, whom he is serving. St. Gregory also points out the dangers that threaten every priest. These are above all: pride, which leads to the desire to rule and not to serve, as well as materialism and the use of one’s office to further one’s own private interests.

At the beginning of the thirteenth century, the attempts to the Christianization of Prussia were resumed. The greatest and lasting results brought the Cistercian mission, led by the missionary bishop, Christian. The arrival of the Teutonic and DominicanOrders to Prussia changed the political, social and religious situation in this area dramatically. The Teutonic Order in the thirteenth century was dealing with creating their statehood and with the military conquest of the land. In converting the pagans, they were very glad to count on the assistance of the Dominican Order. The Dominican merits in the evangelism were so large that the Holy See was entrusting the priests from this Order with the most important ecclesiastical offices. By the end of the thirteenth century the Dominican Order gained in Prussia and also abroad the universal acclaim and respect, which raised objections and concerns of the Teutonic Order.

Because of the communicational-communional nature of the human person and of the Church, always existing in relation to God, people and the world, the faith and life of the Church are essentially related to culture. This relationship is always very dynamic and there must be constant strive to give it the right shape. This is the purpose of the theological reflection on culture itself and on the mutual relations between faith and culture, which appreciates and promotes contemporary models and strategies of action known as evangelization of culture and the inculturation of the faith.

Brother Luis Jerónimo de Oré’s Symbolo Catholico Indiano was the most important and authorized sixteenth century treatise for the evangelization of the native Andean peoples. In its pages we find a vivid image of Andean reality immediately after the Conquest and a fervent exposition of the Catholic faith inspired in the recent Councils of Trent and Lima. The treatise also presents the missioning methods that served the Franciscans and other priests of the Viceroyalty for the evangelization of the indigenous peoples. Above all, in this text we find an admirable exposition of the theological doctrine and catechetical practice in the anthropological perspective that forms its starting point, which is the Andean man or woman who had never heard a message of salvation and dignity for the human person. Brother Luis Jerónimo de Oré Rojas OFM was born in Huamanga in 1554 (now the geographi- cal Department of Ayacucho in Perú). He was a zealous missionary who travelled throughout the colonizers’ territory, from the extreme north of Florida to the extreme south of Chile. As an intelli- gent linguist he was the author of important rituals and catechisms in Quechua and Aymara. He was one of the first bishops born on the American soil, and the first to be incorporated into the Native Indian Council and the Vatican hierarchy; as a bishop he stood out for his protection of aboriginal groups and his energetic defense of the cultural integrity of Native Indian nations.

Autor stawia tezę, że w ewangelizacyjnej misji Kościoła nie ma sprzeczności pomiędzy misjami a dialogiem. Pismo Święte – najważniejsza księga misjonarza i vademecum misyjne – stanowi księgę dialogu. W soborowym aggiornamento dialog okazał się ważnym faktorem, „kluczem” do otwierania ludzkich umysłów i woli na wartości reprezentowane przez innych. W ujęciu autora misje i dialog to pojęcia „bliskoznaczne”, gdyż wyrażają jedną misję Kościoła: głoszenie ludziom zbawienia w Jezusie Chrystusie (zob. RM 1-2,4,11). W doktrynie ukazującej istotę, sens i przesłanie misji wyróżnia się aspekty: trynitarny, chrystologiczny, pneumatologiczny oraz eklezjologiczny. Każdy z nich wyraża i realizuje misję we właściwym sobie klimacie dialogu. Autor akcentuje rolę dialogu w procesie preewangelizacji – przygotowania do głoszenia Ewangelii. Misjonarze oraz promotorzy dialogu nie mogą ukrywać motywów swojego zaangażowania w przestrzeni pozachrześcijańskiej. Kamuflowanie argumentów generuje dualistyczną interpretację tych dwu sprzężonych ze sobą działań – misji i dialogu.
The author puts forward a premise that there is no contradiction between ”mission” and ”dialogue” in the evangelisation activities of the Church. The Holy Bible, the most important book of the missionary, his vademecum, is the book of dialogue. Dialogue was a key factor for the aggiornamento of the Second Vatican Council, opening up minds and hearts to see valuable things in various worldviews. Mission and dialogue are almost synonymous, since both terms express the one and same mission of the Church: the proclamation of salvation through Jesus Christ to all people (see RM 1-2,4,11). The essential meaning and purpose of the doctrine of mission communicates itself in four ways: trinitarian, Christological, pneumatological and ecclesiological. Each of these ways expresses and fulfils mission in its own, proper climate of dialogue. The author stresses the role of dialogue in ”pre-evangelisation”, that is, preparation for the proclamation of the Gospel. Missionaries and advocates of dialogue cannot conceal their motivations in their involvement in the non-Christian sphere. Camouflaged ”mission intentions” generate the dualistic interpretation of those two intertwined activities: mission and dialogue.
