Opis:
The paper presents the characteristics of adult learning environment and models of working with adult learners. Definitions of lifelong adult education, with an emphasis on social sciences are given. Functions that lifelong adult education can perform are presented and described. Forms and methods of lifelong education are characterized. Taking into account different criteria, the major differences in the models of adult education – technological, humanistic and critical are described. The importance of lifelong adult education is stressed, and some of the positive characteristics of teaching adults are highlighted.
W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę środowiska nauczania dorosłych i modeli pracy z dorosłymi uczniami. Podane zostały definicje kształcenia ustawicznego dorosłych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem nauk społecznych. Opisano i przedstawiono funkcje, które mogą zostać spełnione przez kształcenie ustawiczne dorosłych. Scharakteryzowane zostały formy i metody kształcenia ustawicznego. Biorąc pod uwagę różne kryteria, opisane zostały najważniejsze różnice w modelach edukacji dorosłych - technologicznym, humanistycznym i krytycznym. Zostało podkreślone znaczenie kształcenia ustawicznego dorosłych, a także zostały wyróżnione niektóre z pozytywnych cech nauczania dorosłych.

W obecnym systemie kształcenia kadr kierowniczych dla budownictwa w Polsce zbyt dużą wagę przywiązuje się teorii, a zbyt mało uwagi, poświęca się aspektom praktycznym związanym z pracą zespołową. Koniecznym staje się zatem nabycie umiejętności interpersonalnych w procesie kształcenia na uczelni.

This causes, that the graduate of technical university after building direction possesses wide knowledge, it which be able to not always use in team work during realization of processes. The text is dedicated to the subject of support in education involving one of the groups of students with special educational needs - foreign students. Compared to other groups of pupils from the SPE, it is a small population of students in Poland. It represents less than 0.4% of students with special educational needs. The problems of foreign pupils, both in relation to education and social integration in the country they came to, are specific even within the group of pupils from the SPE. However, as the research results on the issue indicate, among others due to the small population of foreign pupils in Poland, teachers regard the problem of social inclusion of immigrant pupils as hypothetical, unrealistic. According to the concept of inclusive education, it is assumed that support in development is to be dedicated to all students regardless of whether they constitute a group: easily identifiable as part of the current categorical approach to the diagnosis of needs, numerous or less numerous, with permanent and serious development disorder or less serious problems, requiring only temporary support and small adjustments. In each case, however, it is necessary to diagnose the needs not only of students and their families, but also teachers and educational staff to introduce systemic changes, so that the support is no longer stigmatizing for the student, and was associated with selfacceptance, self-awareness and the desire to maximize predisposition and developmental potential of a person.

The aim of the article was to point out and characterize different problems connected with cooperation between secondary schools and employers and benefits for local and national economy. The work discusses examples of cooperation among secondary schools, employers and higher education institutions. It also talks about introduction of practical entrepreneurship to schools in form of startups. The article discusses forms of academic entrepreneurship i.e. entrepreneurship incubator, spin off and spin out as continuation of secondary schools startups. It also characterizes startup in Great Britain.
Celem artykułu było wskazanie i scharakteryzowanie wybranych problemów związanych z współpracą pomiędzy szkołami ponadgimnazialnymi i pracodawcami oraz płynącymi korzyściami dla gospodarki lokalnej jak i krajowej. W pracy omówiono przykłady współpracy szkół ponadgimnazjalnych z pracodawcami i uczelniami wyższymi. Podjęto rozważenia nad wprowadzeniem do szkół przedsiębiorczości praktycznej w formie startupów. Omówiono również formy akademickiej przedsiębiorczości tj. inkubator przedsiębiorczości oraz spin off i spin out jako kontynuacja startupów szkół ponadgimnazjalnych. Ponadto scharakteryzowano startup w Wielkiej Brytanii.

The subject of the article is the presentation of the values of physical education in selected books published in Poland in the last thirty years. The values of physical education are very important element of sports pedagogy. They give a new quality to education and occupy a significant place in it. Different values are implemented by sporting activity. It nfluences the formation of proper moral attitudes and socially valuable behaviors, teaches the principles of fair play, conscientiousness, diligence, perseverance, courage, overcoming weaknesses, comradeship, cooperation skills, loyalty, and also helps in resocialization young people. It increases physical fitness and health. The research used the bibliographic, analytical, descriptive and axiological methods and the technique of content analysis guided by the content and interpretation potential of the axiological dominant of books. The interpretation of axiological contents has shown the values of physical education and sport in the education process and the development of the personality of children and adolescents contain in that books.
W artykule zaprezentowano wartości wychowania fizycznego w wybranych książkach wydanych w Polsce w ciągu ostatnich trzydziestu lat. Wartości wychowania fizycznego są bardzo ważnym elementem pedagogiki sportowej. Dają nową jakość edukacji i zajmują w niej istotne miejsce. Różne wartości są realizowane przez aktywność sportową. Wpływa ona na kształtowanie właściwych postaw moralnych i zachowań społecznie wartościowych, uczy zasady fair play, sumienności, pracowitości, wytrwałości, odwagi, pokonywania słabości, koleżeństwa, umiejętności współpracy, lojalności, a także pomaga w resocjalizacji młodzieży. Zwiększa fizyczną sprawność i zdrowie. W badaniach wykorzystano metodę bibliograficzną, analityczną, opisową i aksjologiczną oraz technikę analizy treści. Kierowano się treścią i interpretacyjnym potencjałem dominanty aksjologicznej książek. Interpretacja treści aksjologicznych pozwoliła na ukazanie wartości wychowania fizycznego w procesie edukacji oraz rozwoju osobowości dzieci i młodzieży zawartych w tych książkach.

The presented research is a microethnographic report from a visual ethnography undertaken in May 2016, in 6 Japanese schools and 1 adult support center with disabilities located on island Kyushu in Fukuoka Prefecture. The study deals with a issues of the educational material culture and refers to the study of space and school artifacts designed in schools for students with special educational needs – understood as intellectual disabilities and for adults with such potential as well. The research was grounded in E. Schein’s organizational culture, furthermore on the concept of private space and public space described by T. Tamura and my author’s concept developed at the reinterreted role of the handicapped human in stationary institution published by W. Wolfensberger’s (1969).

The article is concerned with the issue of resistance, with particular focus on the philosophical, sociological, psychological and educational adumbration. The interdisciplinary notion of the resistance phoneme constitutes a contribution to its introduction to the special education area, to the world of persons with disabilities. Moreover, attention was drawn to the learning environment as a place triggering the students’ resistance to the school system and authority. The undertaken considerations have been located in the critical theory, defining the stance on authoritarianism, injustice, emancipation or liberation, and especially on stigmatization, marginalization and exclusion.

Currently, the idea of inclusive education is perceived as a model of education, far exceeding the idea of inclusion of students with disabilities into mainstream education. It is a vision of a school aimed at considering the needs of all students, i.e. those who exhibit no severe developmental disabilities, with special educational needs, including gifted individuals. Additionally, the scholars of inclusive education agree, that the process is neither easy nor simple. One of the determining factors indicated, is the attitude of teachers towards the very idea. Therefore, a research idea arose, aiming at examining the opinion of teachers regarding the subject of inclusive education, as a potentially dominant form of education. Recognising at least some of its determinants seemed essential. The following article focuses on two of the aforementioned: types of institutions, where the teachers are employed, and the teachers’ professional experience. The research encompasses integrated preschools. It seems that the experience of teachers of such institutions proves particularly significant for recognising the chances and dangers of inclusive education, within the context of Polish integration experience. The two professional groups distinguished, with substantial and minor professional experience, allow to examine the perspective of inclusive action.

Parents who have children with intellectual disability have many difficulties in getting help for their children. First step is collecting documents, second is delivering to Poradnia Psychologiczno – Pedagogiczna, third waiting for the decision, fourth giving it to school and finally getting help. In the modern world, truth has become an anachronistic value. At the same time, hopes associated with its restitution by the networked crowd have proved futile. The growing dominance of audiovisual media inevitably leads to the formation of a new man, driven more by affection than rationality. Phenomena such as secondary illiteracy, language depletion and the rise of populism are signs of this process. The development of media literacy suggested by theoreticians of education may be an insufficient remedy for the indicated civilization problem. The solution may be returning to basic competences shaped, in particular, by philosophical education, which may become the proper medium for restoring critical reason in society.

Opis:
Individualisation in the process of physical education is a contemporary challenge. The forms of conducting classes used so far, based on collective, most often homogeneous effort without taking into account the diverse abilities of students, do not stand the test of time. This may cause problems, mainly in terms of behaviour, as the student’s rights at school have been strengthened and his/her dissatisfaction with the programme has an impact on the course of the didactic process. It is necessary to think in advance about possible manifestations of such reluctance or lack of acceptance of the proposed offer so that the authority of the school does not suffer and the pupils are satisfied that the offer meets their expectations. This will be possible when the curriculum of physical education takes into account, more than before, the needs of the individual.
Indywidualizacja w procesie wychowania fizycznego jest współczesnym wyzwaniem. Nie wytrzymują próby czasu dotychczas stosowane formy prowadzenia zajęć, oparte na zbiorowym, najczęściej jednorodnym wysiłku, bez uwzględniania zróżnicowanych możliwości uczniów. To może być powodem problemów, głównie wychowawczych, gdyż prawo ucznia w szkole uległo wzmocnieniu i jego niezadowolenie z programu może utrudniać przebieg procesu dydaktycznego. Należy uprzedzać ewentualne przejawy takiej niechęci lub braku akceptacji dla proponowanej oferty, by autorytet szkoły na tym nie cierpiał, a uczniowie mieli satysfakcję, że spełnia ona ich oczekiwania. Będzie to możliwe wtedy, kiedy program nauczania z wychowania fizycznego uwzględni, bardziej niż dotychczas,potrzeby jednostki.
