    Parents who have children with intellectual disability have many difficulties in getting help for their children. First step is collecting documents, second is delivering to Poradnia Psychologiczno – Pedagogiczna, third waiting for the decision, fourth giving it to school and finally getting help. I try to help them and other people. I show, how is important cooperation between parents-teachers-specialist. If it is well we haven’t any problems and everything is easy and short.

    The article is concerned with the issue of resistance, with particular focus on the philosophical, sociological, psychological and educational adumbration. The interdisciplinary notion of the resistance phoneme constitutes a contribution to its introduction to the special education area, to the world of persons with disabilities. Moreover, attention was drawn to the learning environment as a place triggering the students’ resistance to the school system and authority. The undertaken considerations have been located in the critical theory, defining the stance on authoritarianism, injustice, emancipation or liberation, and especially on stigmatization, marginalization and exclusion.

    The article relates to artistic creation of intellectually disabled people as an example of possible means of their emancipation. In this paper I claim that artistic creation of intellectually disabled people may constitute a tool of self-expression, and as a result be a way to realize the emancipatory paradigm in special education. I have illustrated my hypothesis with some poetry written by two women affected by Down syndrome whose creation is a conscious act of formulating an autonomous artistic message.

    In my article I would like to show the complicated way from the decision about special education to individual educational and therapeutic plan. I am going to show how government statements are sometimes hard and complicated for parents, teachers and other specialists, who are looking after the children with special educational needs. I try to show everyday life in my job – teacher, specialist of pedagogical therapy. I hope my article will help and change our reality.

    The law in the situation of a child with disability acquires particular importance, especially in the matter of choosing the form of its education. Whether they will choose a special school or an integration class for their child, or maybe they will think about inclusive education – it is conditioned by many factors, and each of them can be the most important for a particular parent. The subject of the presented research message was made the opinions and experiences of parents in the area of choosing form of education for a child with disability. The settles of their earlier decisions and the level of accuracy of choice were determined thanks to the assessment of a given form of education by the parents.

    The presented research is a microethnographic report from a visual ethnography undertaken in May 2016, in 6 Japanese schools and 1 adult support center with disabilities located on island Kyushu in Fukuoka Prefecture. The study deals with a issues of the educational material culture and refers to the study of space and school artifacts designed in schools for students with special educational needs – understood as intellectual disabilities and for adults with such potential as well. The research was grounded in E. Schein’s organizational culture, furthermore on the concept of private space and public space described by T. Tamura and my author’s concept developed at the reinterreted role of the handicapped human in stationary institution published by W. Wolfensberger’s (1969).

    Opis:
    The article is devoted to individual teaching as a form of education for pupils whose health condition prevents or significantly impedes school attendance. It is awarded by public psychological and pedagogical counselors at every educational stage from pre-school to post-gymnasium. Due to the time of research and collected data, the theoretical part of the book can be found not only in the laws and regulations of 2017, but also in the regulations which are no longer binding. The purpose of the dissertation is to answer the questions: What is individual teaching? On what basis can this form of education be obtained? What are the possible consequences of individual teaching? In the research part, the author analyzes data obtained fromthe resources of deliberately selected psychological and pedagogical clinics in Małopolskie Voivodship. The analysis was compiled with data from the Statistical Office in Krakow concerning the school year 2014/2015 and discussed.

    The proposed text is an illustration of research conducted in the first half of 2016 years of empirical verification planning future educational and vocational secondary school and upper secondary youth in Gniezno. When analyzing the situation of the local labor market and its prospects for the group of respondents was done between other high school students, because they are in a few years will include the labor market and indirectly (now) affect its shape. The awareness of their plans but allows us to predict, and thus the possibility of remedying causing difficulties in the labor market. In proposed project groups of respondents they were done as teenagers of secondary schools, directors of secondary schools and the largest local employers. Article focuses on students with special educational needs and on  issues concerning the condition of vocational education and educational and professional choices of young people, taken over their strategies in relation to the current needs of the local labor market
