    The study sheds light on the problem of communication in the Church and proposes a model of dialogical communication based on data analysis. It must be in harmony with the content of speculative theology, but at the same time it must meet the linguistic needs of the present time. Pope Francis, with the Synod, is channeling many changes in the right direction. Empirical analyses of media coverage of representations of the Catholic Church, provide further support for this theme. On the one hand, we have the press in Slovenia, which is saturated with news about the Church, and on the other hand, we have Radio and Television, which are undernourished. Often, the Church is presented along with celebrities, celebrations, politics and charity work. If we take into consideration the dialogical model of communication, these issues can be entry points for better and more qualitative communication.

    Stagioni (2006) is the last work by the Italian writer Mario Rigoni Stern and it is like an autobiography that delves into the most important phases of his life and explains his relationship with history and, above all, with nature, the focal point of his literary production. In this contribution, starting from an overview of some theoretical fundamentals of ecocriticism, such as Pastoral and Wilderness, and considering the relationship between ecocriticism and literary studies, we intend to analyze Rigoni Stern’s environmen- talist approach, placing Stagioni in the more complex ecological discourse that the writer built in his long literary career.

    Sotto il dominio di „Pandemia” l’umanità intera si è trovata in prova di rari precedenti. La necessità di primo soccorso è provvedere la diminuzione della diffusione del nemico coronavirus Covid-19. Sono oltre 28 milioni di contagi nel mondo e 920 mila di vittime. Ciò per la società civile e la pastorale sanitaria della Chiesa costituisce una sfida. I mezzi di psicoterapia, la resilienza, l’empatia e la condivisione sono potenziali strumenti benefici di primo soccorso in relazione pastorale di Consulenza (Counselling). Il senso della sofferenza come prova, la espiazione, il senso di colpa, la sofferenza vicaria e la redenzione della sofferenza sono illuminati dalla lettera apostolica „Salvifici Doloris” di Giovanni Paolo II. Il fenomeno del 'dolorismo' – nato in Francia nel XX secolo – che esalta la sofferenza e accetta la rassegnazione passiva è in opposizione con la visione cristiana. La luce della parola di Dio si apre alla speranza e al futuro del dinamismo della cura pastorale e della vicinanza in relazione umana.
    Humanity has found itself at an extremely difficult time of trial due to the pandemic. First aid is designed to reduce the spread of the hostile Covid-19 coronavirus. There are already around 28 million new infections and 920,000 deaths worldwide. Both the secularcommunity and the Church community have been put to the test and face new challenges. Psychotherapeutic methods, resilience, empathy and mutual communication of states of mind are some of the possible first aid tools in the framework of Pastoral Counseling. The Apostolic Letter „Salvifici Doloris” by John Paul II sheds light on the meaning of suffering understood as a trial, atonement, remorse, substitute suffering or redemptive suffering.The phenomenon of suffering, born in France in the 20th century, which glorifies suffering and accepts passive submission to it, contradicts the Christian vision of suffering. Hope enlightened by the Word of God opens to the dynamism of future pastoral activities and the emphasis on closeness in interpersonal relations.

    Artykuł przedstawia – umiejscawiając w określonym kontekście historycznym – konkretną osobę, która doświadczyła we własnym życiu misterium paschalnego Chrystusa. Zostały nakreślone zewnętrzne okoliczności rysu biograficznego sł. b. ks. Franciszka Blachnickiego oraz dynamika życia wewnętrznego w ujęciu paschalnym, biorącym swój początek w chrzcie. Ciągła walka z egoizmem jako nieustanne przejście (pascha) od własnego “ja” – esse naturale do człowieka nowego – esse supernaturale; przechodzenie od wad i ułomności do cnoty, od tego co zniewala do wolności przyniosły widoczne owoce w duszpasterstwie. Istotnie są one możliwe jedynie wtedy, gdy duszpasterz świadomie dzieli swój los z losem Chrystusa paschalnego. On jest umęczony krzyżem i ukoronowany chwałą zmartwychwstania.
    The article presents a real person who experienced the paschal mystery of Christ. The person is placed in a specific historical context. Moreover, the article shows the external circumstances of the Servant of God Fr. Franciszek Blachnicki’s life and the dynamics of his internal life from the paschal perspective that is rooted in baptism. A constant struggle with egoism as a continuous passage (Passover) from the own “I” – esse naturale to a new man – esse supernaturale; passing from shortcomings and weaknesses to virtue, from everything that enslaves to everything that gives freedom – all these brought visible fruit in the pastoral work. Indeed, all these may be possible only when the priest deliberately shares his fate with the fate of Paschal Christ. He is tormented by the Cross and crowned with the glory of the resurrection.

    This brief analysis is inspired by the words of Pope Francis in his speech addressed to the officials of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota on 22nd January 2016: "a fortiori, pastoral urgency involving all Church structures is leading us toward a shared intention to provide adequate preparation for marriage in a kind of new catechumanate. "  In light of the recent reform of the process for the declaration of nullity of marriage, we have studied in deep both the need for a link between the pastoral and judicial praxis - for the purpose of "proper preparation" of engaged couples for marriage - and the new needs that the reality of family demands.  So we have seen that from the court cases that the most frequent ones leading to the declaration of matrimonial nullity could be avoided and even forewarned by an effective preparation of engaged couples, with a true journey of rediscovery of the faith.  It is also clear from our research as the need for an ongoing tutoring for married couples in the first few years of marriage, is not only in conformity with the norms of the CIC, but for some time emerged in the documents of the Pastoral Family of the Holy See.
    Questo breve studio trae spunto dalle parole di Papa Francesco nell’Allocuzione alla Rota Romana del 22 gennaio 2016 : “..l’urgenza pastorale, che coinvolge tutte le strutture della Chiesa, spinge a convergere verso un comune intento ordinato alla preparazione adeguata al matrimonio.” Alla luce della recente riforma del processo per la dichiarazione di nullità matrimoniale abbiamo approfondito sia la necessità di un collegamento tra la prassi pastorale e quella giudiziaria, ai fini di una “adeguata preparazione” dei fidanzati al matrimonio, sia le nuove esigenze che la realtà della famiglia richiede. Così abbiamo visto come dalla giurisprudenza dei Tribunali emerge che le cause più frequenti che portano alla dichiarazione di nullità matrimoniale potrebbero essere evitati e anche prevenuti da un efficace preparazione dei fidanzati, con un vero percorso di riscoperta della fede.   Emerge inoltre dalla nostra ricerca come l’esigenza di un accompagnamento delle coppie nei primi anni di matrimonio, sia non solo conforme alle norme del CIC, ma già da tempo emersa nei documenti della Pastorale famigliare della Santa Sede.

W niniejszym artykule podjęto analizę aktualnych wyzwań dotyczących tego problemu. Odwołano się jednak także do wielowiekowej tradycji Kościoła. Podjęta została także próba wypracowania zasad dialogu pomiędzy doktryną a działalnością pastoralną Kościoła.
    Images and words, Pope Francis describes the essence of the Christian life, call to explore new initiatives and models of life in the faith. The call to pastoral renewal, which is currently being formulated by Pope Francis refers to the relationship between doctrine and pastoral practice, between theory and activity of the Church. This article is an analysis of the current challenges related to this issue. But also refers to a centuries-old tradition of the Church. In the last part of the article an attempt was made to develop the principles of dialogue between doctrine and pastoral activity of the Church.

    Dla bł. Pawła VI temat formacji kapłańskiej był od zawsze ważny, dlatego, stojąc na czele Kościoła, zarówno mediolańskiego, jak i powszechnego, każdego roku w okresie Wielkiego Postu kierował do kapłanów ojcowskie słowo. W jego nauczaniu wyróżnić można takie tematy, jak: tożsamość kapłańska, uświęcenie, służba i jedność. Tożsamość wynika z żywej relacji kapłana-powołanego z Chrystusem-powołującym i realizuje się w konkretnych realiach świata, który stawia chrześcijan, a zwłaszcza kapłanów, wobec niełatwych wyborów i zadań. Uświęcenie polega na głoszeniu Słowa Bożego oraz sprawowaniu sakramentów, w których działa sam Bóg. Jednak pierwszym adresatem tych świętych czynności musi być sam kapłan. Służba kapłana wobec człowieka, Kościoła i świata, musi być pokorna i wypływać z miłości na wzór Chrystusa w Wieczerniku, powinna ona być realizowana w duchu Ewangelii i ukierunkowana na poszukiwanie większej chwały Bożej, nigdy własnej. Niezbędną pomocą w czynieniu postępów w sferze tożsamości, uświęcania i służby jest jedność. Jedność kapłańska, mająca swe źródło w Ostatniej Wieczerzy i w modlitwie Chrystusa, gwarantuje wierność wybranej drodze życia, skuteczność posługi duszpasterskiej oraz stabilność rozwoju Kościoła.
    Priestly formation was always an important issue for Paul VI, therefore, being the head of both Milan and Universal Church, he annually addressed his paternal words to the priests during the Lenten time. His teaching revolves around such topics as: priestly identity, sanctification, service and unity. Priestly identity stems from a living relationship between a priest, the appointed one, and Christ who appoints him and it is pursued in the concrete world’s realities which impose on Christians, especially priests, difficult choices and tasks. Sanctification consists in proclamation of God’s Word and celebration of sacraments, in which God himself acts. However, the first recipient of the sacred rites must be the priest himself. What is more, the priest’s service to man, the Church and the world, must be humble and have its source in love, in imitation of Christ in Cenacle, it should, moreover, be realized in the spirit of the Gospel and be directed at seeking the greater glory of God, never that of one’s own. Priestly unity provides essential assistance in improving the sphere of identity, sanctification and service. Deriving from the Last Supper and from Christ’s prayer, it guarantees fidelity to the chosen way of life, efficacy of pastoral ministry and stable development of the Church.

Poznanie ich okazuje się użyteczne dla zrozumienia samego sakramentu, a zwłaszcza sposobu, w jaki na przestrzeni czasu wspólnota kościelna celebrowała ten sakrament na poziomie pasterzy jak i wiernych. Ponowne odczytanie praktyki liturgicznej, którą ukazuje Liber Sacerdotalis Castellaniego stanowi ciekawy i przydatny wkład w zrozumienie, jak przebiegała celebracja sakramentu pokuty w czasach bezpośrednio poprzedzających Sobór Trydencki, oraz pozwala zweryfikować treść i formę celebracji, która pojawiła się następnie w rytuałach posoborowych. Artykuł ukazuje kontekst sakramentu pokuty w świetle Mszału, wydanego po raz pierwszy w 1474, oraz na tle wielkich rytuałów, charakterystycznych dla całego wieku XVI. Czerpanie z tekstu oryginalnego pozwala uchwycić wiele szczegółów, które znajdujemy w 26 rozdziałach całego tekstu. Przejrzeć strony Sacerdotale, to jak zanurzyć się w praktyce kościelnej, dla której troska o poprawność kanoniczną spowiedzi ukazuje się w sposób ewidentny.
    A study concerning the history of the sacrament of penance and its pastoral practice is always an interesting issue. This kind of knowledge can be useful to understand the very sacrament and, especially, the way of its celebration in the ecclesial community along the centuries both from the point of view of the pastors and the faithful. The rereading of the liturgical practice presented in Castellani’s Liber Sacerdotalis, constitutes an interesting and useful contribution to better understanding of how the celebration of penance was performed in the days immediately preceding the Council of Trent. It also helps to verify the content and form of the celebration which appeared in the rituals after the Council. The article shows the context of the penance in the light of Missale (first edition in 1474) and at the background of the great rituals typical of the entire sixteenth century. Access to the original text allows us to grasp numerous details that appear in the 26 chapters of the whole work. Browsing the pages of Sacerdotale is like immersing in the ecclesiastical practice that is permeated by the canonical care for the integrity of confession.

    Le présent article vise à analyser le Documento de Santarém, promulgué en mai 1972, à l’issue d’une assemblée des évêques de l’Amazonie brésilienne. Les prélats voulaient réviser en profondeur les pratiques pastorales à la lumière des décisions prises lors du Concile Vatican II (1962-1965) et de la 2e Conférence des Évêques d’Amérique Latine à Medellín (1968). Dans un contexte de transformations d’une envergure jusque là inconnue – surtout en raison de la Operação Amazônia, plan d’intégration et d’exploration de l’Amazonie en vue du progrès national prôné par la junte militaire (au pouvoir depuis 1964) – les évêques d’Amazonie choisirent les concepts-clé de l’incarnation et de la libération pour réinterpréter le rôle de l’Église catholique dans cette région périphérique du Brésil qui était la principale cible des projets stratégiques et socioéconomiques des militaires.
    Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza tzw. Documento de Santarém, promulgowanego w maju 1972 roku po historycznych obradach biskupów Amazonii brazylijskiej. Hierarchowie poddali głębokiej rewizji dotychczasowe praktyki duszpasterskie w świetle orzeczeń Vaticanum Secundum (1962-1965) i Drugiej Konferencji Biskupów Ameryki Łacińskiej (Medelin 1968). Analizując globalne i wielopłaszczyznowe przeobrażenia dokonujące się w kraju, zwłaszcza Operação Amazonia, tj. plan integralnej eksploracji Amazonii na rzecz postępu narodowego, promowanego przez juntę wojskową (u władzy od 1964 roku) – biskupi Amazonii wskazali na kluczową rolę teologicznych konceptów Inkarnacji i Wyzwolenia. Kierując się tymi kryteriami biskupi poddali reinterpretacji miejsce i rolę Kościoła katolickiego w tym odosobnionym regionie Brazylii, który – nagle – stal się centrum zainteresowania i celem rozlicznych strategii socjoekonomicznych i wojskowych.
    The aim of the present article is the analysis of the so-called Documento de Santarém, which was promulgated in May 1972, after the historical debates of the bishops of the Brazilian Amazon. The hierarchs subjected to a profound revision the existing pastoral practice, in the sight of the Vatican II’s adjudications (1962-1965) and the Second General Conference of Latin American Bishops (Medelin 1968). While analysing the global and multi-faceted transformation taking place in the country, especially the Operação Amazonia, that is – a plan of the integral exploration for the benefit of the national progress, promoted by the junta (in control since 1964) – the Amazon bishops pointed to the key role of the theological concepts of the Incarnation and Liberation. Being guided by these criteria, the bishops subjected to the reinterpretation the place and the role of the Catholic Church in this isolated region of Brazil, which – suddenly – became the centre of interest and the purpose of the numerous socio-economic and military strategies.

    Opis:
    The conflict of interpretations on Pope Paul VI’s encyclical Humanae vitae in his relationship with the pastoral constitution Gaudium et spes of the Vatican Council II was rekindled with the triggering of the idea that Amoris laetitia represents a “paradigm shift” for the pastoral. The essay explores the contents of the theological debate around four themes: anthropology (which personalism?), the theology of marriage (what love?), morality (what conscience?), ecclesial practice (which pastoral care?).It results that there is the truth of the incarnation against a neo-gnostic drift in the interpretation of Humanae vitae, which unhinges love from the body, the person from nature, marriage from procreation and which ends up abandoning the doctrine of Church for the conveniences of an ambiguous primacy of pastoral care.
    Konflikt interpretacji encykliki Humanae vitae papieża Pawła VI w jej związku z Konstytucją duszpasterską Gaudium et spes II Soboru Watykańskiego został otwarty na nowo wraz z narodzinami idei, jakoby Amoris laetitia przedstawiała „zmianę paradygmatu” dla duszpasterstwa. Artykuł przedstawia analizę na temat treści debaty teologicznej wokół czterech tematów: antropologii (jaki personalizm?), teologii małżeństwa (jaka miłość?), moralności (jakie sumienie?), praktyki eklezjalnej (jakie duszpasterstwo?).Wynika z tego, że w interpretacji Humanae vitae wchodzi w grę ostatecznie prawda o Wcieleniu przeciwko dryfowi neognostyckiemu, który oddziela miłość od ciała, osobę od natury, małżeństwo od prokreacji i który kończy się porzuceniem doktryny Kościoła na rzecz przekonań o dwuznacznym prymacie duszpasterstwa.
    Il conflitto delle interpretazioni sull’enciclica Humanae vitae di Papa Paolo VI nel suo rapporto con la costituzione pastorale Gaudium et spes del Concilio Vaticano II, si è riacceso con l’innesco dell’idea che Amoris laetitia rappresenti un “cambio di paradigma” per la pastorale. Il saggio esplora i contenuti del dibattito teologico intorno a quattro tematiche: l’antropologia (quale personalismo?), la teologia del matrimonio (quale amore?), la morale (quale coscienza?), la prassi ecclesiale (quale pastorale?). Ne risulta che nell’interpretazione di Humanae vitae è in gioco ultimamente la verità dell’incarnazione contro una deriva neo-gnostica, che scardina l’amore dalla carne, la persona dalla natura, il matrimonio dalla procreazione e che fi nisce per abbandonare la dottrina della Chiesa alle convenienze di un ambiguo primato della pastorale.

    Opis:
    The present work is a conference in the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Murcia (Spain) and want to consider the importance of the juridical science named ius publicum ecclesiasticum and the connections between the Church and the Civil Governments. The focus of the study, in my intention, is to underline the important ‘juridical culture’ of this special part of the Canon law.
    Le presenti riflessioni intendono focalizzare lo sviluppo delle relazioni fra la Chiesa e gli ordinamenti giuridici statuali dall’angolo di osservazione di una branca del diritto canonico dalla forte valenza culturale: lo ius publicum ecclesiasticum. Partendo dal Concilio di Trento, importante momento prodromico alla genesi della disciplina giuridica giuspubblicistica, si potrà valutare l’impatto provocato da alcuni documenti del Concilio Ecumenico Vaticano II per la “ristrutturazione” del diritto pubblico ecclesiastico, segno tangibile della capacità della Chiesa, nelle diverse epoche, di comprendere i mutamenti della società e i bisogni delle persone.
