    The purpose of the article is to present the results of analysis regarding the processes of developing and standardizing the norm of punctuation in Poland and in Italy since the beginning of the 20th century to recent times. Aiming to describe the character of the two norms and to explain the differences between the Polish and the Italian rules, the study emphasizes the role of institutions in the codification process. Furthermore, it examines the typology of normative sources in both countries and comments the status of punctuation among other branches of linguistics.

    The motu proprio Mitis Iudex issued by Pope Francis, which has introduced a reform of the nullity of marriage causes, contains a new regulation as regards the appeal. It is not clear, however, if this new regulation should be applied to all sentences or only to those sentences that declare the nullity of marriage. The author scrutinizes the arguments in favor of the different positions and the implied consequences for the concrete execution of the ecclesiastical judgment. His conclusion is that a specific regime should be applied for each of the two sentences. It is then shown what is the preliminary check that the judicial college has to accomplish in order to verify that the appeal is not pursued with the mere intent of procrastination, by referring to the decisions adopted by the Roman Rota.
    Il motu proprio Mitis Iudex di Papa Francesco, che ha introdotto una riforma delle cause di nullità di matrimonio, contiene una nuova regolamentazione riguardante l’appello. Non è però chiaro se questa nuova normativa debba applicarsi a tutte le sentenze o soltanto a quelle che dichiarano la nullità. L’autore esamina le ragioni addotte a sostegno delle diverse posizioni e le conseguenze che ne derivano nel concreto svolgimento dei giudizi ecclesiastici, giungendo alla conclusione che debba essere adottato un regime diversificato per i due tipi di sentenze. Viene poi illustrato il contenuto dell’accertamento preliminare che deve compiere il collegio giudicante al fine di verificare che l’appello non sia manifestamente dilatorio, facendo riferimento alle decisioni adottate dal Tribunale della Rota Romana.

    La macchina legislativa parlamentare ‘rigurgita’ leggi coniate sulla base di un chiaro input governativo, e successivamente la macchina esecutiva implementa tali leggi, senza tenere conto dei principi e degli standard legislativi adottati nel mondo democratico. Nessun soggetto, dell’attuale partito al potere, prende in considerazione il fatto che la legge così formata e implementata diventa una farsa legale, in quanto – come dicevano già gli antichi Romani – da un atto illecito non può nascere un diritto (Ex iniuria ius non oritur). In questo modo si sta addirittura creando un modello di ‘legislazione indecente’ .
    The parliamentary legislative apparatus “spits out” the laws made to order by politicians, and, then, the executive apparatus uses the laws produced in accordance with this political order without taking into account any established principles and universally accepted legislative standards in the democratic world. No one from the ruling group wants to acknowledge that such a law made to be applied on a ‘political order is merely an appearance of law’.

    The paper first brings an overview of spoken interaction in FL and flipped learning principles. This overview is followed by a thorough didactic report on how these two processes can be merged, how teaching materials can be prepared, and how the teaching and learning process can be systematically developed in order to extensively support learners’ efforts to speak at level B1 in Italian as a FL. Both positive and less positive aspects of a one-semester project are discussed. Finally, some conclusive glotodidactic implications stemming from the experience are proposed.

    Artykuł omawia ideę komunikacji pomiędzy Bogiem a człowiekiem w kontekście Kościoła, odwołując się do różnych modeli komunikacji, a w sposób szczególny do modelu rozumienia i interpretacji Gianni Losito, socjologa włoskiego. Najpierw autor stara się wyjaśnić, dlaczego temat ten jest ważny dla współczesnej teologii i eklezjologii. W kolejnej części artykułu następuje próba opisania i definicji dwóch kluczowych pojęć dla tematu, a mianowicie, co rozumiemy przez słowo „komunikacja” oraz „publiczność”, co w terminologii teologicznej możemy rozumieć jako wspólnota. Jak można zauważyć, pojęcia te nie są jednoznaczne i nie da się podać jednej, zwięzłej definicji ze względu na wielość form i zakresów wyżej wymienionych terminów. W ostatniej części następuje krótka charakterystyka różnych modeli komunikacji międzyludzkiej oraz szersze opisanie jednego z nich jako, według autora, najbardziej przydatnego i odpowiadającego relacjom pomiędzy Bogiem a człowiekiem oraz pomiędzy poszczególnymi osobami ludzkimi. Model Gianni Losito opisuje bardzo wyraźnie dwie fazy procesu komunikacji, jakim jest proces rozumienia danego komunikatu i proces jego interpretacji, co powoduje, że każda osoba może wydobyć z danego komunikatu to, co dla niej najważniejsze lub bardziej przemawiające ze względu na jej sytuację życiową czy kondycję ludzką.
    The article discusses the idea of communication between God and man in the context of the Church, referring to various communication models, and in a special way to the model of understanding and interpretation of Gianni Losito, an Italian sociologist. First, the author tries to explain why this topic is important for contemporary theology and ecclesiology. In the next part of the article there is an attempt to describe and define two key concepts for the subject, namely what we mean by communication and audience (pubblico), which in theological terminology can be understood as a community. As you can see, these concepts are not unambiguous and one concise definition cannot be given due to the multiplicity of forms and ranges of the above-mentioned terms. In the last part there is a short description of different models of interpersonal communication and a wider description of one of them as, according to the author, the most useful and corresponding to the relationship between God and man and between individual human beings. The model of Gianni Losito describes very clearly two phases of the communication process, which is the process of understanding a given message and the process of its interpretation, which means that each person can extract from the given message what is most important or more appealing for him because of his life situation or condition human.

    The article discusses selected male and female Italian writers whose works were published in Polish between 1887 and 1939. The history of translations of distinguished authors (Collodi, De Amicis, Salgari) and selected female Italian writers is analysed. The article presents also “short” life histories of Polish translators who worked in the years 1923-1939. It was through their effort and dedication that Polish children of the inter-war period were introduced to Italian literature for young readers.

    Since the beginning of the pontificate of Pope Francis we have heard in his preaching the calling to reform the structures of the church. Bergoglio presented his pastoral-evangelical idea of the functioning of the Church in the exhortation Evangelii Gaudium. Naturally the reform made by the Bishop of Rome also applies to the canon law. Directed by voices of hierarchy gathered at the Synod of Bishops 2014 and the spiritual good of the faithful, who are waiting for an explanation of their canonical situation, 15 August 2015 Pope Francis promulgated the Motu proprio Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus, to accelerate and simplify the process of annulment of the marriage. Pope wanted the heart of the faithful were not too long enslaved by darkness of doubt because of delays in the judgment. In the center of his reform Pope put the diocesan Bishop, who together with the Bishop of Rome becomes the guarantor of the unity of the Catholic faith and discipline. According to the principles of the reform, the bishop not only organizes and is responsible for the court structure in the local church, but he also has to personally fulfill the task of the first judge of the faithful, for whom he was established a shepherd. The new laws allow the bishop to establish a single judge and introduces the institution of processus brevior, which is provided for particular obvious situations. The only judge in this process is the bishop. It seems that the reform process of marriage, made in the spirit of historical continuity, will bring much spiritual fruit and contribute to the perception of the person the diocesan bishop not only as pastor bonus, but at the same time as iustus iudex.
    Od początku pontyfikatu papieża Franciszka słyszymy w jego przepowiadaniu nawoływanie do reformy struktur kościelnych. Swoją pastoralno-ewangeliczną koncepcję funkcjonowania Kościoła Bergoglio przedstawił w adhortacji Evangelii Gaudium. Naturalnie, reforma dokonywana przez Biskupa Rzymu dotyczy również prawa kanonicznego. Kierowany głosami hierarchów gromadzonych na Synodzie Biskupów w 2014 roku oraz dobrem duchowym wiernych, którzy oczekują na wyjaśnienie swojej sytuacji kanonicznej, papież Franciszek 8 września 2015 roku promulgował Motu proprio Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus tak, by przyspieszyć i uprościć proces stwierdzenia nieważności małżeństwa. Wolą Papieża było ty, by serca wiernych nie były zbyt długo zniewolone przez mroki wątpliwości z powodu opóźnień w wydaniu wyroku. W centrum swojej reformy Ojciec Święty postawił postać biskupa diecezjalnego, który wraz z Biskupem Rzymu staje się gwarantem katolickiej jedności w wierze i dyscyplinie. Według założeń reformy, biskup nie tylko organizuje i odpowiada za strukturę sądowniczą w swoim Kościele lokalnym, ale ma również wypełniać osobiście zadanie pierwszego sędziego wiernych, dla których został ustanowiony pasterzem. Nowe ustawodawstwo daje biskupowi możliwość ustanowienia sędziego jednoosobowego oraz wprowadza instytucję processus brevior, który przewidziany jest w sytuacjach szczególnie oczywistych. Jedynym sędzią w tym procesie jest sam biskup. Wydaję, że reforma procesu małżeńskiego, dokonana w duchu ciągłości historycznej, przyniesie wiele owoców duchowych i przyczyni się do postrzegania osoby biskupa diecezjalnego nie tylko jako pastor bonus, ale jednocześnie jako iustus iudex.

    In this publication we presented and analyzed the difficulties faced by businesses in differentiating processes and constituent procedures from persons concerned. It presented as a tool for evaluating sample categories that makeup the occurrence of inconsistencies in the manufacturing process of the Italian company.
    W publikacji zaprezentowano i przeanalizowano trudności, z jakimi borykają się przedsiębiorcy w odróżnianiu procesów i składających się na nie procedur od osób, których one dotyczą. Przedstawiono także narzędzie służące wartościowaniu przykładowych kategorii przyczyn, jakie składają się na występowanie niezgodności w procesie produkcyjnym wybranego przedsiębiorstwa włoskiego.
