    Opis:
    The article deals with the problem of authority in the fundamental aspects of the philosophy of dialogue, which in the I-You relationship acquires a specific meaning. The dialogical plane emphasizes the tension between the subjects, showing the dynamics of the meeting as well as its specific movement and variability. The concept of Martin Buber and Józef Tischner was recalled, opening a new discourse on the fundamental role, meaning and sense of authority today. Buber says that the dialogue itself appears as relation of beings, while Tischner shows the meeting as an event in which the agathological horizon of good and evil is present, which in both concepts puts a new light on the problem of authority. Authority not only internally assumes turning “to” someone/ the Other, but also assumes being “for” someone/ the Other and towards someone/ the Other.

    Opis:
    The father figure in twentieth-century novels usually appears only as a part of the family. It is rare for a father to become the main protagonist of the book; he is frequently presented as an “addition” to the mother. Rightly or not, the father figure is, however, a symbol of authority and power in the family, hence writers have a tendency to present the parent-child relationships as difficult, bitter, and very, very complex. The situation is not much different in modern Italian literature, in which relationships with fathers during childhood are often a starting point for adult problems. In this article, I try to analyze this phenomenon on the basis of two novels written after 1950: Caro Michele by Natalia Ginzburg and Volevo i pantaloni by Lara Cardella.

    Successful slogans in Italian political discourse – This paper aims to describe the notion of ‘sloganisation’, with special regard to the fortune and circulation of certain slogans in Italian public discourse. An analysis of their forms, contexts of occurrence (political propaganda, advertising, football supporters) and means of diffusion (street talk, electoral manifestos, traditional and new media) shows an increasing desemantisation of this kind of message. Slogans are routinely used by political parties and are widely quoted, regardless of their ideological content, merely in order to create identification or to increase the polemical attitude of their leader.

    Autor podejmuje refleksję teologiczną na temat doświadczenia egzorcystów i osób opętanych przez diabła w odniesieniu do pokus i prób, jakie niesie ze sobą modlitwa egzorcystyczna i wyzwoleńcza. Jeśli chodzi o egzorcystę lub kogoś, kto posiada charyzmat wyzwolenia, pierwsza pokusa pochodzi z pychy, która skłania człowieka do utożsamiania się z zadaniem lub charyzmatem, który otrzymał. Dlatego ważne jest, aby określić, kim jest egzorcysta i kto może wykonywać egzorcyzmy. Czy rozbieżność ujawniająca się między ustanowieniem konkretnej posługi a charyzmatem uzasadnia bezpośrednie zlecenie od Boga? Osoba atakowana przez diabła przez dłuższy czas i doświadczająca intensywnych cierpień może zostać doprowadzona do samotności i rozpaczy oraz do utraty cnót teologalnych, zwłaszcza nadziei, którą diabeł zamierza ostatecznie odebrać człowiekowi. Pokusy są w rzeczywistości drogą do pokonania diabła, gdyż istota egzorcyzmów, oprócz formy bezpośredniego rozkazu, znajduje swoje wypełnienie w upodobnieniu do krzyża Chrystusa. Egzorcysta, upodabniając się do Chrystusa, staje się prawdziwym wyzwolicielem dusz razem z Jezusem, a opętany staje się prawdziwym ukrzyżowanym z Jezusem, obaj więc przyczyniają się do pokonania diabła i do chwały Bożej.
    The author intends to introduce a theological reflection on the experience of exorcists and possessed by the devil, regarding the temptations and trials that incur in the exorcistic and liberation prayer. As for the exorcist or someone who has a charism of liberation, the first temptation comes from the root of pride, which pushes to identify themselves with the assignment or charisma that has been received. It is therefore important to qualify who the exorcist is and who can perform exorcisms. Does the gap between the institution of the ministry and the charism justify a direct commission from God? With regard to the person attacked by the devil, the duration and intensity of the sufferings lead to loneliness and despair, with the loss of the theological virtues, especially of hope, which is the ultimate goal of the devil. Temptations are actually the way to defeat the devil, where the essence of exorcism, in addition to the form of direct command, finds its fulfillment in conformation to the cross of Christ. The exorcist configured to Christ is the true liberator of souls with Jesus and the possessed person is the true crucified with Jesus. Both contribute to the defeat of the devil and to the glory of God.

    Nadużyciem seksualnym jest każde działanie niewerbalne, werbalne albo fizyczne, którym narusza się odność i przekracza granice innej osoby, niezależnie od wiekui płci, w celu osiągnięcia przyjemności seksualnej lub dokonania aktu przemocy. O nadużyciu duchowym mówi się wówczas, kiedy w kontekście religijnym zostaje pogwałcona godność osoby, która przestaje cieszyć się swoją pełną autonomią. Dzieje się to w sposóbmanipulatywny i bez zgody jednostki, której się uwłacza i poniża ją pod pretekstem duchowości w szerokim sensie tego słowa. Przemoc seksualna i duchowa są dwoma różnymi rodzajami nadużyć, które mogą wystąpić niezależnie od siebie, ale w obu przypadkach chodzi o problem sprawowania władzy i autorytetu. Nadużycie duchowe w przestrzeni religijnej jest często wstępem do nadużyć seksualnych, co wcześniej rzadziej było przedmiotem badań. Niniejszy artykuł, na podstawie opisu historycznego rozwoju przepisów prawnychw traktowaniu dynamiki i natury obu typów nadużyć, przedstawia propozycje niektórych rozwiązań. Autor dochodzi do konkluzji, że nadużycia są problemem strukturalnym Kościoła, który osobom dopuszczającym się takich czynów stwarza sprzyjającą przestrzeń dla selekcji ofiar oraz możliwości ukrycia tego, co zostało dokonane.
    Sexual abuse is any non-verbal, verbal or physical act that is carried out with the intention to satisfy sexual desires or to inflict violence and that violates the dignity and boundary of the other person of whichever age or sex. Spiritual abuse is perpetrated whenever the boundary of dignity of the human person is breached in a religious context such that human autonomy and dignity are violated; it happens through manipulation andwithout consent of the individual, whereby the individual is demeaned or denigrated under the guise of spirituality in the broadest sense. Sexual and spiritual violence are two different types of abuse that can happen independently of each other; both have to do with a wanton display of power and authority. Spiritual abuse often precedes sexual abuse in a religious setting; nevertheless, the former is less well researched than the latter. The article deals with the nature and dynamics of both types of abuse on the basis of a historical perspective on the development of appropriate legal norms and concludes that such abuses are a structural problem in the Church, which offers the perpetrators a favourable environment for the choice of victims and the possibility of hiding. The analysis also offers some solutions to the problem.
    L’abuso sessuale è ogni azione non verbale, verbale o fisica con cui si viola la dignità e si oltrepassano i confini di un’altra persona di qualsiasi età o sesso allo scopo di raggiungere il piacere sessuale o di compiere violenza. Parliamo di abuso spirituale quando in un contesto religioso viene violata la dignità della persona, per cui essa non gode più della sua piena autonomia. Ciò accade in modo manipolativo e senza il consenso del singolo, per cui sotto il pretesto della spiritualità nel senso più ampio della parola lo si umilia o annulla.La violenza sessuale e quella spirituale sono due diversi tipi di abuso che possono avvenire in modo indipendente l’una dall’altra, ma in entrambi i casi si tratta della questione dell’esercizio del potere e dell’autorità. L’abuso spirituale in ambiente religioso è spesso il preludio dell’abuso sessuale ed è meno studiato del primo. Sulla base di una descrizione storica dello sviluppo delle prescrizioni giuridiche nel trattamento della dinamica e della natura di entrambi i tipi di abusi, l’articolo propone alcune soluzioni, giungendo alla conclusione che gli abusi sono anche un problema strutturale della Chiesa, che offre agli autori degli abusi un ambiente favorevole a selezionare le vittime e la possibilità di nascondere quanto commesso.
