Szczególnym miejscem rozeznawania duchowego jest kierownictwo duchowe, które należy rozumieć jako pomoc w stawaniu się dojrzałym w wierze, w otwieraniu się na działanie Ducha Świętego. Celem jest rozwój człowieka, czyli stawanie się podobnym do Jezusa Chrystusa. Kierownictwo duchowe może być również definiowane jako przekazywanie wiary przez osobę podejmującą się funkcji kierownika duchowego. Celem jest pozwolenie, aby w osobie kierowanej wzrastał Chrystus. W świetle Mt 28, 19 sprawowanie kierownictwa jest wpisane w strukturę hierarchiczną Kościoła. Przedmiotem rozeznawania w sakramencie pokuty winno być odkrywanie sposobu udzielania się Boga, a także Jego woli. Kierownik winien nieustannie zwracać uwagę na harmonijny wzrost modlitwy i pokory u penitenta, biorąc pod uwagę i rozumiejąc wszystkie zdolności osoby kierowanej, jej słabości oraz łaski udzielane przez Ducha Świętego.

Questo articolo tratta del presunto avvenimento che diede origine al Salmo 116 e suggerisce che una malattia seria dell’orante ne rappresenti la griglia interpretativa più adeguata. Questa ipotesi è sviluppata in tre tappe. In primo luogo, viene affrontata sia l’analisi del problematico versetto 3 sia altre espressioni. Questa analisi chiarisce che non ci sono ostacoli contro la suddetta ipotesi. Conclusa questa tappa si passa a considerare l’intero Salmo 116 per collocarne gli elementi problematici in un contesto più ampio e illuminare quei dettagli tralasciati in favore delle interpretazioni che privilegiavano quella della malattia. Infine, il vocabolario e i motivi letterari del Salmo vengono comparati ad altri testi anticotestamentari che trattano della malattia, per corroborare la validità delle proposte qui presentate.
This article deals with the event that gave rise to Psalm 116. The author proposes a serious illness of the prayer as its interpretative matrix. This assumption is developed in three stages. First, the problematic verse 3 is examined along with other expressions. This analysis leads to the conclusion that there are no decisive obstacles to such a hypothesis. Second, the whole of Psalm 116 is taken into account, in order to place problematic elements within the Psalm into a broader context; and so as to highlight previously overlooked details in favor of illness. Third, the vocabulary and the literary motifs of the Psalm are compared and contrasted with other texts dealing with illness, to justify the validity of the proposals.

The article discusses speeches given by Popes Benedict XVI and Francis which were addressed to the Apostolic Penitentiary in the years 2007-2016. In these addresses one can see indications of high importance for a contemporary confessor. Popes show the him as a person who takes care of the penitent and prays for him or her. His sacerdotal and spiritual life should be constantly strengthened by contact with Christ. The confessor is to be reachable and available for the people. His different duties, as indicated by Popes, also also include raising one’s a pqualifications, and obedience to the Magisterium of the Church. He reveals God’s mercy and should be merciful himself for this reason but not permissive towards sins of the penitent. Now more than in previous centuries the emphasis is put on personal qualities of the confessor such as communicative skills, restraint, empathy, which facilitate a confession for the penitent.

La Costituzione conciliare Gaudium et spes indica chiaramente dove si devono ricercare le risposte a tutte le domande sull’uomo: nella Parola incarnata, in Gesù Cristo, “nuovo Adamo” (n. 22). La stessa Costituzione rimanda in questo punto ai concili che approfondirono proprio il mistero di Cristo, tra cui il Concilio di Calcedonia (451), mettendo così in risalto il signi¬ficato antropologico della sua famosa definizione di fede. Sulla base quindi delle analisi in particolare di Alois Grillmeier e di Adrian Magdici, l’articolo affronta l’odierna difficoltà della filosofia nella definizione di persona e in risposta presenta la sua distinzione cristologica dal concetto di natura introdotta a Calcedonia (persona non è natura: ontologia a due livelli), per trarre da questa sua “negativa” concezione alcune conseguenze antropologiche importanti per la nostra odierna civiltà occidentale – chiamata “antropocentrica” proprio per aver assimilato la centralità della persona dal cristianesimo.
Konstytucja soborowa Gaudium et spes naucza wyraźnie, gdzie należy poszukiwać odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania o człowieka: w Słowie wcielonym, w Jezusie Chrystusie, „nowym Adamie” (nr 22). Ta sama Konstytucja odnosi się w tym punkcie do soborów, które właśnie zgłębiły tajemnicę Chrystusa, w tym i do Soboru Chalcedońskiego (451 r.), wskazując tym samym na antropologiczne znaczenie jego słynnej definicji wiary. Na podstawie analizy Aloisa Grillmeiera oraz Adriana Măgdici niniejszy artykuł omawia dzisiejsze trudności filozoficzne w definicji osoby, i w odpowiedzi na to przedstawia jej chrystologiczne odróżnienie od pojęcia natury, wprowadzone w Chalcedonie (osoba nie jest naturą: ontologia dwupozio¬mowa), aby wyciągać z jej „negatywnego” pojmowania niektóre antropologiczne wnioski ważne dla naszej dzisiejszej cywilizacji zachodniej. Ona to cieszy się mianem „antropocentrycznej”, właśnie dlatego że przyswoiła osobę i jej centralne znaczenie od chrześcijaństwa.
The Gaudium et spes constitution teaches where the answer to all the questions about man is to be sought: in the Incarnate Word, in Jesus Christ, “the new Adam” (No. 22). The Constitution relates here to the councils which explored the mystery of Christ, including the Council of Chalcedon (451), thus indicating anthropological meaning of its definition of faith. This article, based on analyses of Alois Grillmeier and Adrian Măgdici, discusses modern philosophical issues in the definition of person and, as a solution, proposes its Christological distinction from the concept of nature introduced by the Chalcedon (person is not nature: two-level ontology) to draw from its “negative” approach certain anthropological conclusions, important for our modern Western civilization called “anthropocentric” precisely because it incorporated person and its key status from Christianity.

The present article is aimed at observing the usefulness of the traditional paper textbook for Italian language teaching in two educational contexts: in in-person and remote teaching. Its main research question concerns possible differences and similarities in the use of the textbook in the traditional and virtual classroom. The focus is also put on the specifics of the textbook application, such as the selection of content, types of texts, and activities preferred by teachers. In the first part of the article, the theoretical basis is illustrated and the definition of language textbooks and the specifics of remote teaching during and after the Covid-19 pandemic are highlighted. In the second, analytical part, the data from the survey on the usefulness of the traditional textbook in in-person and remote teaching have been presented. The relevant questionnaire was distributed from March to July 2022 via Google Forms among Italian language teachers working in different European countries, where Italian is taught as a foreign language, and Italy, where Italian is taught as a second language. The survey was aimed at capturing similarities and differences regarding the use of textbooks in these two teaching contexts. The results showed that the textbook still represents an important teaching tool both in person and via the Internet, mostly in the context of teaching Italian as a foreign language—outside the Italian-speaking area.
Il presente articolo si propone di osservare l’utilità del tradizionale libro di testo dedicato all’insegnamento della lingua italiana in due contesti educativi: nell’insegnamento in presenza e a distanza. La domanda di ricerca più importante riguarda possibili differenze e somiglianze nell’uso del libro di testo nella classe tradizionale e in quella virtuale. L’attenzione è volta anche al carattere dell’applicazione del libro di testo, come la selezione dei contenuti, i tipi di testi e le attività preferite da parte degli insegnanti. Nella prima parte dell’articolo sono state illustrate alcune basi teoriche, con un particolare riguardo alla definizione dello stesso libro di testo e alle specificità dell’insegnamento a distanza durante e dopo la pandemia Covid-19. Nella seconda parte, analitica, sono stati presentati i dati di un’indagine sull’utilità del libro di testo tradizionale nell’insegnamento frontale e a distanza. Il relativo questionario è stato distribuito nel periodo tra marzo e luglio 2022 tramite il modulo Google tra gli insegnanti di lingua italiana che lavorano sia in diversi paesi europei, insegnando l’italiano come lingua straniera, che in Italia, dove l’italiano è insegnato come seconda lingua. L’indagine mirava a cogliere le analogie e le differenze relative all’uso dei libri di testo in questi due contesti didattici. I risultati hanno mostrato che il libro di testo rappresenta ancora un importante strumento didattico sia in presenza che via internet, soprattutto nel contesto dell’insegnamento dell’italiano come lingua straniera, ossia al di fuori dell’area italofona.

Starting with such a provocative title, the essay aims to answer the question of whether jurisprudence can be considered as a source of law in the canonical judicial system. In order to achieve the objectives of the present work, it is proposed not to observe a traditional path followed by those who interpret the provision of canon 19 of the current Code of Canon Law, but rather to consider jurisprudential creativity which represents, in its various manifestations, an unavoidable feature of legal experience. This premise helps to reconsider the source concept of law and systematizes the role of jurisprudential doctrine in the hierarchy of sources in the canonical legal system.

In the encounter with the other, each person somehow perceives his or her inviolable dignity, the safeguarding and promotion of which is an indispensable condition for the realization of more fraternal and inclusive societies. In this direction it is necessary to search the foundation of this dignity, as affirmed by Pope Francis' Encyclical "Fratelli tutti.” Such a search cannot prescind from the concept of person, taken up in the theological reflection of the first centuries to say the newness of the God of Jesus, and only later used to tell who is the human being, whose creation in the image and likeness of God grounds his inalienable dignity. The denial of man's capacity for self-transcendence and the existence of an absolute foundation - imagined as totalitarian and repressing diversity – expose to the danger of manipulation of what is human and disintegration of the social tissue. Therefore, there emerges the need to revisit the concept of absoluteness in the light of the God of Jesus, who is a relationship of love, unity in the diversity of the three persons.

The purpose of the present study is to demonstrate how each man could rise from a suffering circumstance, discovering in it an opportunity for inner conquest. This is the strong human potential as Homo Patiens. In this way it is possible to assert the opposite thesis concerning a deterministic view of human being. The main solution the paper offers in any given set of pain experience is Christian faith as the only way to discover the hidden meaning of suffering. The essay develops a Christian analysis about human pain and it takes in consideration, most of all, the reflections of Edith Stein and the Holy Pope st. John Paul II in view of deepening the saving philosophy proposed by the Mystery of the Cross.

L’obiettivo di questo saggio, intitolato “La cittadinanza digitale e i valori della persona umana”, è investigare come sia possibile progettare una cittadinanza digitale aperta e consapevole adatta a proteggere i valori fondamentali e i diritti della persona umana attraverso i seguenti sei punti: 1) il significato della cittadinanza digitale; 2) i principi della società digitale nelle previsioni dell’Unione Europea: la costruzione di un senso di appartenenza attraverso la rete; 3) i diritti digitali per i cittadini o per le persone?; 4) necessità di separare i principi cristiani dai valori cristiani: vita, la protezione della persona umana, testimonianza della verità come valori “cristiani” e civili; 5) gli aspetti negativi della società digitale; 6) la società digitale e i diritti umani nella chiesa e nelle religioni.
Celem opracowania zatytułowanego „Obywatelstwo cyfrowe a wartości osoby ludzkiej” jest zbadanie, w jaki sposób można zaprojektować otwarte i świadome obywatelstwo cyfrowe, odpowiednie do ochrony podstawowych wartości i praw osoby ludzkiej, przez następujące sześć punktów: 1) znaczenie obywatelstwa cyfrowego; 2) zasady społeczeństwa cyfrowego w prognozach Unii Europejskiej; budowa poczucia przynależności poprzez sieć; 3) prawa cyfrowe dla obywateli czy dla ludzi?; 4) potrzeba oddzielenia zasad chrześcijańskich od wartości chrześcijańskich: życia, ochrony osoby ludzkiej, świadectwa prawdy jako wartości „chrześcijańskich” i obywatelskich; 5) negatywne aspekty społeczeństwa cyfrowego; 6) społeczeństwo cyfrowe a prawa człowieka w Kościele i religiach.
The goal of this essay, entitled “The digital citizenship and the values of the human person”, is to investigate how it is possible to design an open and aware digital citizenship suitable for protecting the fundamental values and rights of the human person through the following six points: 1) the meaning of digital citizenship; 2) the principles of the digital society in the forecasts of the European Union; the construction of a sense of belonging through the network; 3) digital rights for citizens or for people?; 4) need to separate Christian principles from Christian values: life, the protection of the human person, witness to the truth as “Christian” and civil values; 5) the negative aspects of the digital society; 6) digital society and human rights in the Church and in religions.
