Opis:
In the encounter with the other, each person somehow perceives his or her inviolable dignity, the safeguarding and promotion of which is an indispensable condition for the realization of more fraternal and inclusive societies. In this direction it is necessary to search the foundation of this dignity, as affirmed by Pope Francis' Encyclical "Fratelli tutti.” Such a search cannot prescind from the concept of person, taken up in the theological reflection of the first centuries to say the newness of the God of Jesus, and only later used to tell who is the human being, whose creation in the image and likeness of God grounds his inalienable dignity. The denial of man's capacity for self-transcendence and the existence of an absolute foundation - imagined as totalitarian and repressing diversity – expose to the danger of manipulation of what is human and disintegration of the social tissue. Therefore, there emerges the need to revisit the concept of absoluteness in the light of the God of Jesus, who is a relationship of love, unity in the diversity of the three persons.

Opis:
The thought, the testimony of the life and philosophy of Mother Teresa wants to emphasize the primacy of love, respect for the dignity of the person and the defense of human rights inviolable and non-negotiable, first and foremost the right to life, which is that from the moment of conception and is sacred and inviolable. Mother Teresa gave importance to spiritual charity and the charity body, without which man is deprived of the future and of life itself. The ideal of the life of Mother Teresa is an ideal of simplicity and generosity, especially for the poor, the suffering and vulnerable children, in whom she sees the face of Christ incarnate. Mother Teresa has marked the twentieth century with the testimony of his life certainly exemplary educational point of view, ethical and legal, and has at the same time affirmed the need for a new humanism relational and transcendent, essential basis for building a just and coexistence peaceful.

Opis:
The Passion Narrative constitutes the “heart” of all the Gospels. The attention of Christians who feed their faith on the Word of God usually concentrates on the physical suffering of Jesus. But the purpose of the Gospels seems to be different: cf. the lack of description of significant, long-lasting and cruel scenes, such as the “flagellation” and the “crucifixion” of Christ in Mc 15:15 and 15:24 (these episodes are “depicted” by one simple word: fragellw, saj and staurou/sin). That is why the pericope Mc 15:16-20a should be considered not (only) as the “Coronation of Thorns,” as it commonly is, but as a “Derision of Christ’s Royal Dignity”, as the context of the singular “act of thorns” suggests. In fact, aside from dressing Jesus in purple and beating his head with the reed, which indeed could cause physical suffering of the Savior (here we think of Jesus flogged and crowned by thorns), other elements of scorning (a mocking “saluting” of Jesus, spitting on him and the scoffing prostration of soldiers) had not touched Jesus’ body at all! As a consequence, these acts were surely not the source of his physical pain. Also, the crown itself did not necessarily have to cause Christ such huge suffering as is usually imagined. The pericope Mc 15:16-20a portrays the “Derision of Christ’s Royal Dignity” and, speaking of Jesus as the King, inscribes itself in the theme of “The Reign of God” in the Gospel of Mark.

Opis:
Celem opracowania zatytułowanego „Obywatelstwo cyfrowe a wartości osoby ludzkiej” jest zbadanie, w jaki sposób można zaprojektować otwarte i świadome obywatelstwo cyfrowe, odpowiednie do ochrony podstawowych wartości i praw osoby ludzkiej, przez następujące sześć punktów: 1) znaczenie obywatelstwa cyfrowego; 2) zasady społeczeństwa cyfrowego w prognozach Unii Europejskiej; budowa poczucia przynależności poprzez sieć; 3) prawa cyfrowe dla obywateli czy dla ludzi?; 4) potrzeba oddzielenia zasad chrześcijańskich od wartości chrześcijańskich: życia, ochrony osoby ludzkiej, świadectwa prawdy jako wartości „chrześcijańskich” i obywatelskich; 5) negatywne aspekty społeczeństwa cyfrowego; 6) społeczeństwo cyfrowe a prawa człowieka w Kościele i religiach.
The goal of this essay, entitled “The digital citizenship and the values of the human person”, is to investigate how it is possible to design an open and aware digital citizenship suitable for protecting the fundamental values and rights of the human person through the following six points: 1) the meaning of digital citizenship; 2) the principles of the digital society in the forecasts of the European Union; the construction of a sense of belonging through the network; 3) digital rights for citizens or for people?; 4) need to separate Christian principles from Christian values: life, the protection of the human person, witness to the truth as “Christian” and civil values; 5) the negative aspects of the digital society; 6) digital society and human rights in the Church and in religions.
