    Opis:
    The present article deals with Easy-to-read Polish, a language variety which has been created for target groups with difficulties in reading and understanding written standard text. It is systematically simplified in both syntax and vocabulary. In order to describe Easy-to-read Polish, this article consults findings made in the last few years in examinations of Easy-to-read German. The analysis is based on texts in Easy-to-read Polish which were published by the organization “Inclusion Europe” on their homepage. With the help of these texts, characteristic features of the Easy-to-read language on various linguistic levels such as the system of symbols, morphology, syntax, vocabulary, semantics, and text are being worked out and illustrated by examples. It turns out that findings on Easy-to-read German are definitely helpful and inspiring for the elaboration of this language variety in Polish. Yet, in many cases more detailed language specific research is required

    In dem nachstehenden Text ist die praktische Umsetzung der Idee von dem inklusiven Leben vorgestellt worden. Die in München von Gemeinsam leben lernen e.V betriebenen Wohngemeinschaften sind eines von vielen Beispielen für das inklusive Zusammenwohnen der Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung, die in ganz Deutschland realisiert werden.
    In this article author presents a practical implementation of the idea of inclusive living-communities. The association "Gemeinsam leben lernen eV" runs inclusive living-communities in Munich, in which disabled persons live together with people with disabilities. They are just one of the examples of such solutions used in all Germany.

    Challenges to co-operation with parents in Centers for Early Education in GermanyThe mandate of public services in early education and care is discussed in view of social inequalities in Germany. The paper focusses on the so called ‚educational partnership between professionals and parents’and analyses its challenges and potentials under the given legal and social structures. Special emphasis is set on chosen life situations of children and families such as migration and poverty. Current approaches to parent-teacher partnership are discussed against the setting of historic development in parent cooperation. The paper closes with a critical acclaim of the challenges innate to the concept of parent-professional partnership.

    Posynodalna adhortacja apostolska papieża Franciszka Amoris laetitia znalazła w Słowenii bardzo zróżnicowane przyjęcie. Po początkowej powściągliwości ze strony hierarchii kościelnej, od końca 2016 r. coraz wyraźniejsza staje się pozytywna recepcja tego dokumentu. Zdecydowana większość wierzących i ludzi zaangażowanych w działalność pastoralną dostrzega w Amoris laetitia odpowiedni impuls dla odnowy duszpasterstwa rodzin w Słowenii. W artykule zostały przedstawione niektóre racje przeciwstawnych reakcji – od zachwytu aż do sprzeciwu – w ramach recepcji papieskiego dokumentu i rozwinięte niektóre impulsy zawarte w Amoris laetitia dla duszpasterstwa w Słowenii.
    Reactions to the Post-Synodal Apostolic Exhortation Amoris laetitia by Pope Francis have also been fiercely divided in Slovenia as elsewhere. Initially, the official Church showed reluctance towards it. However, there has been more and more signs of a positive reception since towards the end of 2016. A great majority of the believers and pastoral co-workers understood this exhortation as an appropriate incentive for the renewal of the pastoral care of the family in Slovenia. The article discusses some of the reasons for the opposing reactions to the document and tries to further develop some parts of the document to be used in the pastoral care of the family in Slovenia.

    Der Beitrag analysiert und vergleicht zwei metapragmatische Diskurse im Hinblick auf soziale Ein- und Ausschließung: den Diskurs zu Mehrsprachigkeit und den zur sog. „Leichten Sprache”. Auf der Basis diskurslinguistischer Methoden werden sprachliche Gegensatzkonstruktionen im Hinblick auf die beiden thematisierten sprachlichen Phänomene sowie mit diesen Phänomenen verknüpfte soziale Gruppen untersucht. Während der Diskurs über Mehrsprachigkeit eine Tendenz zur Abgrenzung sozialer Gruppen zeigt, neigt der Diskurs über „Leichte Sprache” zu Konstruktionen der sozialen Einschließung.
    The paper investigates and compares two metapragmatic discourses with regard to the inclusion or exclusion of social groups: the discourses on multilingualism and on Easy-to-read German. By discourse linguistic means it analyses linguistic constructions of opposition regarding the two linguistic phenomena and the social groups that are being connected to them. While the discourse on multilingualism shows a tendency towards the distinction of social groups, the discourse on Easy-to-read shows a tendency to constructions of social inclusion.

    Amoris laetitia does not expressly permit or demand in terms of a new binding regulation that remarried divorced persons be admitted to the sacraments. Instead, what is required is a new way of dealing with “irregular situations”, and the document mentions principles which are supposed to serve as guidelines for dealing with individual cases. On the one hand, the article seeks to show that in light of a long running doctrinal development which is now being continued in Amoris laetitia, the admission of remarried divorced persons will be inevitable for the Church. On the other hand, it provides an analysis of the pastoral and moral theological principles which ought to guide and legitimate the “distinction” in individual cases (attention and support; assessment of the situation; maximum inclusion; mitigating circumstances; distinction between the norm and its application). It is argued that from a systematic perspective gradualness can be considered as the key principle from which the other principles can best be understood and integrated.
    Amoris laetitia pozwala względnie popiera dopuszczenie osób rozwiedzionych żyjących w powtórnych związkach do sakramentów nie w sposób wyraźny w sensie nowej wiążącej regulacji. Dokument ten raczej domaga się nowego stylu obchodzenia się z „sytuacjami nieregularnymi” i określa pryncypia, które powinny kierować podejściem do osób rozwiedzionych żyjących w powtórnych związkach w poszczególnych przypadkach. Artykuł z jednej strony próbuje ukazać, że na tle już długiego rozwoju nauczania Kościoła, którego kontynuacją jest Amoris laetitia, dopuszczenie osób rozwiedzionych żyjących w powtórnych związkach do sakramentów jest dla Kościoła nieuniknione. Z drugiej strony tekst analizuje pryncypia duszpasterskie i teologicznomoralne, które mają kierować „rozeznaniem” w poszczególnych przypadkach i je legitymizować (wsparcie i towarzyszenie; rozeznanie sytuacji; maksymalne włączenie; okoliczności łagodzące; rozróżnienie między normą i jej zastosowaniem). Autor argumentuje przy tym, że w wymiarze systematycznym stopniowość może być widziana jako centralne pryncypium, z perspektywy którego pozostałe zasady należy najlepiej rozumieć i integrować.
