    The language situation in Belarus is atypical in many respects and difficult to grasp theoretically: for its analysis, it is particularly important to consider the internal perspective, i.e. attitudes towards the language. The aim of the study is to develop an interdisciplinary set of analytical instruments for the discursive determination and detailed description of (language) attitudes by integrating a socio-psychological attitude model and a discourse-linguistic topos-based multi-level analysis. This tool can be used to record the contradictory construct of the national language in collective thinking in Belarus and to gain knowledge on how to design language planning activities in the country. The identified discursive argumentation architecture can serve as a reference base when setting up argumentation typologies in relation to non-dominant national languages. The research model created is intended to allow each social discipline to engage in a differentiated examination of attitudes towards all discursively present socially relevant objects in a generalized manner.

    Opis:
    The article describes a corpus research with its theoretical background. The basis of our research is a press corpus with 27 million tokens, where the epistemic terms are annotated. The grammatical and lexical epistemic expression are consistently kept apart on the basis of the relevant literature. The next step is to investigate with a fully automatic method which expressions often occur together in a text. Semantic subclasses of epistemic expressions are defined on the basis of these quantitatively proven solidarities. Finally, concrete examples illustrate how the epistemic expressions structure the text.
    Im Beitrag wird eine Korpusuntersuchung mit ihrem theoretischen Hintergrund beschrieben. In einem 27 Millionen Tokens starken Pressekorpus werden die epistemischen Ausdrücke annotiert. Die grammatikalisierten und lexikalischen epistemischen Ausdrucksmittel werden aufgrund der einschlägigen Literatur konsequent auseinandergehalten. Im nächsten Schritt wird mit einer vollautomatischen Methode untersucht, welche Ausdrücke häufig gemeinsam in einem Text auftreten. Aufgrund dieser quantitativ nachgewiesenen Solidaritäten werden semantische Subklassen epistemischer Ausdrücke definiert. Anschließend wird anhand konkreter Textbeispiele gezeigt, wie die epistemischen Ausdrücke den Text strukturieren.

    The subject of the analysis comprises traces of individual and collective action of Volga Germans which can be found in the press discourse dating back to 1920s and 1930s. The purpose of the discourse analysis is to capture and extract the said practices from the text structure and to interpret them in terms of social and cultural relations in the Soviet Union. The central theme of the analysis includes state-sanctioned collective anti-religious actions linked with individual actions.
    Przestrzeń indywidualnych i kolektywnych działań oraz ich powiązanie w dyskursie prasowym Niemców Powołża lat 20. i 30. XX wieku Przedmiotem analizy są ślady indywidualnych i kolektywnych działań Niemców Powołża, które można odnaleźć w dyskursie prasowym lat 20. i 30. XX wieku. Celem analizy dyskursywnej jest ich uchwycenie i wydobycie ze struktury tekstów oraz interpretacja na tle panujących stosunków społeczno-politycznych i kulturalnych w Związku Radzieckim. Tematem rozważań są sankcjonowane przez państwo antyreligijne działania kolektywne, powiązane z działaniami o charakterze indywidualnym.
