    O. Almgren in his 1897 published study on nordeuropean forms of brooches characterized known specimens from the region and classified them in seven groups. His group VI matches brooches with inverted foot as well as their derivative forms with full catch-plate. They are main forms of the late Roman and early Migrations periods Shape and form of those brooches breaks with the early Roman Period’s stilistical traditions, showind differences in construction, because catch-plate is being made by bending the foot downwards, its and is then wrapped around the bow. This key for the studies on late antiquity group of brooches is one of the less published forms of the Barbaricum. O. Almgren himself have had treated them unfairy, whereas later studies didn’t gave precise arrangements. However the homogenity of this goup of artefacts; especially type 158 characteristic for the Przeworsk Culture, have been emphasized. Therefore new classificaton of brooches of the Almgren’s VI Group with taking into consideration all of the deriverative forms and variations was an absolute necessity. It was also essential due to the significance for the chronology of early and late Roman Period. The min assumption of the paper was to work out the one piece brooches of the type 158. The method used for the division is based upon the system proposed by O. Almgren. It is still up to date, however some detailed assumptins are necessery. It is due to the fact that some of O. Almgren’s forms have been described unaccuratelly, therefore determination of arefacts according to his division in chefly uneasy. It is also imprtant to ephasize the fact that since the firt publication of Almgren’s study, the have been noted enormous growth in number of known specimens, some of them are therefore not preciselly represented in typology of the swedish scholar. Main characteristics of brooches taken under consieration by division of sub-types and variants are construction of the specific specimen, shape of the bow as well as its decoration. Such characteristics as form of ornamentation and stilistic criterion i.e. proportions of the appropriate parts of the brooch were also considered. In the process a clusters of broches with some variants within have been archieved. Main part of the paper is the classification of O. Almgren’s type 158 brooches. The study is based upon 799 specimens. The final effect of this analise is the stilistic division of variants with main goal in tighening the chronology of characterized clustes of artefacts.

    Der Artikel beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema Patriotismus in polnischen Einwandererfamilien im Kontext soziokultureller Verhältnisse in Deutschland. Ziel der Studie war es, den in Familien kultivierten Patriotismus kennenzulernen und die Frage zu beantworten: Handelt es sich um einen Wert, der die Wahrung der nationalen Identität ermöglicht? In dem Artikel verwendete man die Ergebnisse einer soziologischen Studie (Umfrage), die bei der polnischen Mission in Deutschland durchgeführt wurde. Das zusammengetragene bibliografische Material wurde für die kritische Analyse der Studie verwendet. Basierend auf den Forschungsergebnissen stellt man fest, dass der polnische Patriotismus, der von der deutschen Sozialkultur und Religion unter Berücksichtigung der herkömmlichen Umstände verifiziert wurde, bewahrt seine Authentizität und schützt vor nationalistischen Einstellungen. Daher bleibt der Zusammenschluss von Glauben und Polentum tief im polnischen Patriotismus verwurzelt, das authentische und universelle Erbe, das in polnischen Familien an nachfolgende Generationen weitergegeben wurde, vertretend. Aufgrund der durchgeführten Untersuchungen lässt sich bestätigen, dass Patriotismus in polnischen Familien in Deutschland gepflegt wird. Patriotismus sollte vor allem in der Familie eingeimpft werden, deswegen sollten Eltern die religiösen (Glaubenserziehung) und nationalen Traditionen (polnische Bräuche und Kultur) verbinden.
    The article discusses the subject of patriotism within Polish immigrant families in the context of socio-cultural conditions in Germany. The aim of the research was to learn about the patriotism cultivated within families and to answer the question: does it is a value and enables retaining national identity? The article uses the results of a sociological survey conducted in the Polish Mission in Germany. The collected bibliographic material was used for their critical analysis. Based on the results of the research, it be concluded that Polish patriotism, which has been verified by German social-cultural along with religious and relating to customs circumstances, preserves its genuineness and protects against nationalistic attitudes. Hence, combination of faith and Polishness remains deeply ingrained in Polish patriotism, representing authentic and universal heritage passed within the Polish families onto the next generations. Based on research done it could be confirmed that patriotism is cultivated within Polish families in German. Patriotism should be primary instilled within family, thus parents shall combine both religious (education in faith) and national (culture and Polish customs) traditions.

    The article is devoted to „family problematic” in the ecclesial and social perspective. Its main objective is an attempt to work out a scientific concept of seeking proposals for practical solutions to current problems connected with the family and the life of its members. The unquestionable value of the family in the Church is conditioned by the internal transformations of the family itself, while its role in society is largely dependent on the external situation. The article is devoted to „family problematic” in the ecclesial and social perspective. Its main objective is an attempt to work out a scientific concept of seeking proposals for practical solutions to current problems connected with the family and the life of its members. The unquestionable value of the family in the Church is conditioned by the internal transformations of the family itself, while its role in society is largely dependent on the external situation. This article is primarily concerned with appreciating the social dimension of family issues in the perspective of applied theology. Its main object of study is man as an individual, unique unit, who, however, can develop properly and realize his personal, existential and Christian vocation in social relations, including primarily the family, but also in the church community. To learn about family issues in applied theology, an exploratory research scheme can be used, which involves using the results of critical analysis of revealed truth to interpret the results of secular science research in order to solve specific problems of contemporary families.
    Artykuł poświęcony jest „problematyce rodzinnej” w ujęciu eklezjalnym i społecznym. Głównym jego celem jest próba wypracowania koncepcji naukowego poszukiwania propozycji praktycznych rozwiązań aktualnych problemów związanych z rodziną i życiem jej członków. Niekwestionowana wartość rodziny w Kościele jest warunkowana wewnętrznymi przemianami samej rodziny, a jej rola w społeczeństwie w dużej mierze jest zależna od sytuacji zewnętrznej. W tym artykule chodzi przede wszystkim o dowartościowanie społecznego wymiaru problematyki rodzinnej w perspektywie teologii stosowanej. Jej głównym przedmiotem badań jest człowiek jako indywidualna, niepowtarzalna jednostka, która jednak może się prawidłowo rozwijać i realizować swoje powołanie osobowe, egzystencjalne, ale i chrześcijańskie w relacjach społecznych, w tym przede wszystkim w rodzinie, ale też we wspólnocie kościelnej. Do poznania zagadnień rodzinnych w teologii stosowanej można wykorzystać schemat eksploracyjnych badań, który polega na wykorzystaniu wyników krytycznej analizy prawdy objawionej do interpretacji wyników badań nauk świeckich w celu rozwiązywania konkretnych problemów współczesnych rodzin.

    Presented article draws attention to the person of German theologian Karl Rahner, considerated being a „theologist of Mystery”. All Rahner’s theology has an exceptional, mistical character, but in the same way it contains the mystique which could be practised by anybody. The keystone of mystagogy proposed by German jesuit is an autenticall, original meeting between human being and God, named an transcendental experience, in which the human person enters into communication with God as a absolute Mystery. This meeting foreruns an reflexioned attitude to the experience of God, which results – on the intellectual level – with arguments ofexistence of God. Rahner talks about mystagogy, or mystique of ever-day reality. God is present in quotidian life of human beings as an infinity proposition, unstated love, absolute future. Real encounter with God couldn’t be limited to the practice of sacraments. It is also possible out of ecclesiastical structures – in life’s pain, in experience of hope, responsibility, love and death. First part of this article contains a short advisement about the Rahner’s definition of mistagogy. Second part of the text describes two necessary conditions of understanding Karl Rahner’s concept of mistagogy. In the third part of this work the reader can find the description of all mystagogical processby Rahner.

    The term keyword, created in 1954 by Pierre Guiraud, is also used in con¬temporary linguistics to describe words that, because of their frequency of occurrence, are characteristic of a particular text, the genre of a text or the writer‘s style. The indication of keywords defined in this way in Pro¬testant funeral sermons, which are one of the most representative genres of German moralizing literature of the 16th and 17th centuries, is difficult and often does not provide an answer to the question of what is referred to in a given text. Based on the analysis of a sermon written by Johannes Bugenhagen on the death of Martin Luther (1546), the paper attempts to develop criteria for the selection of keywords in this genre of texts.

    The writings of ancient Christian Writers are still an unappreciated group of sources in the study of the economy of Late Antiquity. They provide a vast amount of information, especially for attentive readers. Within the last fifteen years, neither a monograph nor even a papers concerning some aspects of the Roman economy in the light of the late antique Patristic literature were written (at least not in those widely known and available journals). And the sources have not yet been exploited completely as far as the study of the economy of Late Antiquity is concerned. Also, in many instances, some of the issues should be analysed once more. One needs to take into consideration the progress which was made in the study of the history of the Later Roman Empire in the last years.

    The topic of this paper is so-called Partitive Genitive (PG) as a verbal compliment, which is one oft the most characteristic syntactic constructions of the Polish language and of the others Slavic languages. PG is typical of spoken language and compatibel only with restricted class of perfective verbs. Different frames and a short characteristic of the subject in the Polish linguistic literature were presented. Reflections in the main part of the article are limited to a selected morphological, syntactic and semantic phenomenon of PG with perfective and imperfective verbs. The possible equivalents of Polish PG in German were also presented.

    Autor artykułu analizuje w swojej refleksji pastoralno-teologicznej niektóre wypowiedzi papieża Franciszka na temat stałego diakonatu w Kościele. Ukazuje posługę ewangelizacyjną i duszpasterską stałych diakonów w kontekście zmieniającej się rzeczywistości pod wpływem laicyzacji i sekularyzacji. Papież docenia ich służbę na rzecz Kościoła i współczesnego człowieka. Przestrzega przed podejmowaniem działalności wykraczającej poza granice ich posługi, zwłaszcza wchodzenia w uprawnienia prezbiterów w krajach, gdzie brakuje powołań. Zwraca również uwagę na posługę miłosierdzia, w której diakoni powinni pełnić rolę wiodącą.
    In his pastoral and theological reflection the author analyses some of Pope Francis’s statements regarding the permanent diaconate in the Church. He presents evangelisation and pastoral service of permanent deacons in the context of changing reality under the influence of laicisation and secularisation. Pope Francis appreciates their service for the Church and for the people around them. Though he warns against expanding the activities of the deacon beyond his expertise. By this he particularly means the domain of the presbyter in countries with a lack of vocations to priesthood. The Pope emphasises diaconia in which permanent deacons should play an important role.

    The large number of refugees in Ukraine is changing the charitable commitment in Poland and Germany. Institutional Caritas is responding with special programmes to support volunteers who work with refugees. These measures stand for a new volunteerism, for a changed civil society in both countries, but also for a church development out of social responsibility.
