    This article deals with the European reorganization processes in higher education and in particular the so-called Bologna reform. In the case of German educational science, the Bologna Reform signifies a complete transition from the former study programs that end with a Diploma or Magister exam to the new system of Bachelor and Master degrees. Based on a full survey of current major study programs offered in the area of educational science this article focuses on how the Bologna reform affects the landscape of study programs in educational science. That leads to the question of the consequences for the organization of Educational Science with regard to the academic courses offered and thus for the position of the discipline in the German university system.
    Der Beitrag befasst sich mit den europäischen Hochschulrefomprozessen und fokussiert dabei auf den sogenannten Bolognaprozess im Zuge dessen an den deutschen Universitäten eine flächendeckende Umwandlung der ehemaligen Diplom- und Magisterstudiengänge in Bachelor- und Masterstudiengänge stattgefunden hat. Auf der Basis einer Bestandsaufnahme der im Wintersemester 2014/2015 in erziehungswissenschaftlicher Verantwortung angebotenen Hauptfachstudiengänge steht dabei die Frage im Zentrum, wie sich die Studienlandschaft im Bereich der universitären Erziehungswissenschaft in Deutschland im Zuge der Bologna-Reform verändert hat. Daran schließt sich die Diskussion an, welche Konsequenzen die Einführung des Bachelorund Mastersystems für die institutionelle Organisation der Disziplin Erziehungswissenschaft in Form ihrer Studiengänge und damit auch für ihre Stellung im deutschen Hochschulsystem nach sich ziehen könnte.

    Aż do synodów biskupów poświęconych małżeństwu i rodzinie w 2014 i 2015 r. relacja teologii, dogmatyki, prawa kanonicznego i teologii pastoralnej w kwestii osób rozwiedzionych żyjących w powtórnych związkach była podobna do „węzła gordyjskiego”. Wydawało się, że jego rozwiązanie nie jest możliwe na drodze argumentacji i logiki, a jedynie przez „przecięcie mieczem“. Niniejszy artykuł ukazuje, jak papież Franciszek rozpoczyna rozwiązywać „węzeł gordyjski” dyscyplin teologicznych nie przy pomocy miecza, ale przez odwiązywanie poszczególnych nici. Jego taktowne, ale wskazujące kierunek interwencje w sferze prawa kanonicznego i wskazówki o potrzebie rozwoju i refleksji w obszarze niektórych elementów nauczania dogmatycznego są pierwszymi krokami w tym procesie. Franciszek sięga przy tym po przygotowawcze prace swoich poprzedników i kontynuuje je w sensie Soboru Watykańskiego II, przez co także ujęcia teologii moralnej udaje się mu wyrazić spójnie i bez sprzeczności wobec innych dyscyplin teologicznych. W adhortacji apostolskiej Amoris laetitia papież wyraźne domaga się od teologii moralnej tego, co zostało rozwinięte już od Soboru Watykańskiego II. Posynodalnej adhortacji apostolskiej nie można jednakże interpretować jako potwierdzenia linii niemięckojęzycznej teologii moralnej po Soborze Watykańskim II. Różnice uwidaczniają się przede wszystkim w antropologii i zamiarze, aby teologia moralna silniej została ukierunkowana na praktykę życia i w ten sposób była w służbie duszpasterstwa.
    The relations between moral theology, dogmatics, canon law and pastoral theology concerning the question of divorced people living in second partnerships were discussed during the bishop’s synods on marriage and family in 2014 and 2015 and compared to being akin to “a Gordian knot”. It appeared after argumentation and the application of logic that untying of it is not possible and that the only way of cutting free is with a sword. The present article shows how Pope Francis has started to untie the Gordian knot of the theological disciplines but not with a sword but rather through the undoing of particular threads. His tactful way of making interventions and giving orientation in the canon law and tips about the need for growth and reflection in the field of some elements of dogmatic teaching are the first steps in this process. Francis reaches forward with this due to the works already conducted by his predecessors and continues it in the sense of the Second Vatican Council. This way can be successfully express coherent depictions of moral theology and without contradictions between this discipline and the other theological disciplines. In the post-synodal exhortation Amoris laetitia Pope Francis demands clearly that moral theology follows the line which was developed after the Second Vatican Council. The apostolic exhortation cannot be interpreted as a confirmation of the line of German moral theology after the Second Vatican Council. The differences appear first of all in the anthropology and in the intention that moral theology should be more strongly focused on life’s practice and in this way be more closely connected to the service of pastoral work.
