Opis:
Satellite navigation systems are widely used in navigation for precise trajectory determination of transport equipment. In this article mathematical models and algorithms have been developed to solve the problems of precision and safety of satellite navigation. One of the problems is spoofing (substitution) – a situation in which a system (hardware, software, etc.) successfully masquerades as another by falsifying data system and performs illegal actions. What is considered in the paper is spoofing detection algorithm based on the analysis of a civil satellite signal generated by the two receivers but instead a fully functional Spoofer GNSS signal repeater was used. This work is intended to equip GNSS users and receiver manufacturers with authentication methods that are effective against unsophisticated spoofing attacks. The work also serves to refine the civilian spoofing threat assessment by demonstrating the challenges involved in mounting a spoofing attack.

Opis:
In this comprehensive study, the concept and structural diagram of the system for diagnostics of induction electric motors of vehicles with the development of algorithms for the operation of modular units for monitoring the state of the main structural elements are proposed. During the development of the diagnostic system, the peculiarities of the construction of diagnostic systems of rotating electric machines were investigated in the real conditions of their operation, and modern methods of current and vibration diagnostics were implemented. The work algorithms of each module are presented in the functional diagram of the general diagnostic system of and cover important defects of induction motors. The diagnostic system combines methods that use different diagnostic principles and criteria and are adapted for use in an embedded diagnostic system. The developed functional diagram of the diagnostic system can be used for practical implementation in physical form. The use of the proposed diagnostic system will make it possible to obtain continuous information about the state of both electrical and mechanical components of the induction motor when operating under load with a poor-quality power system in real operating conditions.

Tachograph belongs to On Board Recording Devices. Their development have been beginning since before The Second World War. The first on board recording devices is analog tachograph which obligatory to using to introduce in USA in 1939. This paper includes main rules of function of analog tachograph and digital tachographs system using in road transport in European Union. Paper presents also possibility of future requirements of digital tachograph and authorize workshops in Poland and Europe Union base on Commission Regulation (EC) No 1360/2002 of 13 June 2002 replacing the Annex 1B. A certain group of vehicles is excluded from this obligation (these exclusions are stated in the Regulation (EC) No 3821/85 of 20 December 1985, Article 4). Such exclusion can be considered as a certain departure of the Annex 1B provision no 243, which states. That the manufacturer of a vehicle or the workshop are obliged to activate the installed recording equipment before a vehicle leaves a place where installation has taken place. For that reason some procedures for different vehicle groups have been developed as follows: if a vehicle is under obligation of installing the recording equipment and it is equipped with such equipment then the activation and calibration of this equipment must be performed, if a vehicle is under obligation of installing the recording equipment and it is not equipped with such equipment then the installation, activation and calibration of this equipment must be performed, if a vehicle is not under obligation of installing the recording equipment and it is equipped with such equipment then the activation and calibration of this equipment must be performed, next this equipment can be switched in a mode OUT OF SCOPE, if a vehicle is not under obligation of installing the recording equipment and it is not equipped with such equipment then the installation of such equipment is not necessary.

The presented results of research and their analysis allow to define a relationship between some indices of the availability of means of transport and the farmer's level of education. There is a small increase in the availability of means of transport ranging from 2.00 to 2.43 pieces with the average of 2.23 pieces. While in calculation per 100 ha of cultivated land, there is a nearly two-fold decrease (from 11.98 to 6.16) between the group with primary and higher education. The number of farms with loading and unloading devices increases together with a growing level of education - 29.41% for primary education and 42.85% for secondary education. Both in the quantitative structure and in the total load capacity, load box trailers are the most common equipment, on average 70.54% of the number and 82.38% of the load capacity and means of transport. Their share increases together with an increase in the level of education in both cases. On average, the largest number, i.e. 42,65% falls within the range from 3-5 tons of load capacity. Not much less, i.e. 39.49% falls within the lowest range, i.e. up to 3 tons and their share decreases considerably in this group together with an increase in the level of their education.
Przedstawione wyniki badań ich analiza pozwalają stwierdzić, iż niektóre wskaźniki wyposażenia w środki transportowe wykazują pewien związek z poziomem wykształcenia rolnika. Wyposażenie w środki transportowe przy średniej 2,23 sztuki wykazuje w miarę wzrostu poziomu wykształcenia niewielki wzrost od 2,00 do 2,43 sztuki. Natomiast w przeliczeniu na 100 ha UR pomiędzy grupą o wykształceniu podstawowym a wyższym występuje prawie dwukrotny spadek (od 11,98 do 6,16). Ilość gospodarstw posiadających urządzenia za- i wyładunkowe rożnie w miarę wzrostu poziomu wykształcenia podstawowe 29,41% i wyższe 42,85%. Zarówno w strukturze ilościowej jak i ładowności całkowitej środkiem o najwyższym udziale są przyczepy skrzyniowe średnio 70,54% ilości i 82,38% ładowności środków. W obydwu przypadkach w miarę wzrostu poziomu wykształcenia następuje wzrost ich udziału. średnio najwięcej środków, bo 42,65% mieści się w przedziale 3-5 ton ładowności. Niewiele mniej, bo 39,49% znajduje się w przedziale najmniejszym, tj. do 3 ton i w tej grupie w miarę wzrostu poziomu wykształcenia ich udział znacznie maleje.

Cryptography is a field of science necessary to solve problems with encryption of classified messages. The security of electronic information is an integral part of the digital tachography system. From year to year, there is a noticeable increase in electronic data logging systems in many aspects of life. The control measures created for the purpose of performing roadside checks are not sufficient to detect all violations in the recording equipment. Many violations that have occurred during the use of the vehicle are stored in the device’s memory. The article describes the basic mathematical rules illuminating cryptography. The hazards to which the motion sensor installed in the vehicle may be exposed are described. Breaking safety in transport systems may lead to incorrect results of inspections carried out while the vehicle is stopped by authorized services. The article also provides information on the authorities responsible for issuing cards for digital tachographs. Nowadays, documents are increasingly issued with the use of a digital signature. The digital signature of its origin is based on the principles of cryptography. The security key seems to be complicated for the average user. The article discusses the topic of tachograph construction, in particular the schematic responsible for information encryption.

Fast development of electronics in recent years causes that the number of various kind electronic systems is still growing. This causes also that requirements concerning tests of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of whole vehicles as well as their electric/electronic subassemblies become more significant. In this paper, the most important requirements of international regulations in the range of EMC, i. e., ECE UN Regulation No. l0 and EU Directive 2004/104/EC, have been outlined. Moreover, results of investigations of electric field strength inside of three chosen vehicles have been presented. The tests have been performed, according to Directive 2004/104/EC, in an absorber-lined shielded chamber in thefrequency band 20MHz to 2000MHz and at the electric field strength in the reference point equal to 30V/m. The most important results of these investigations have been presented in the form of graphs of electric field strength distribution in various points of tested vehicles. Individual electric/electronic devices o f a vehicle are exposed to electromagnetic field with a very wide range of values of electric field strength - depending upon a device position in a vehicle, vehicle type and antenna polarization. Values of electric field strength inside of a vehicle may essentially exceed the values recommended by standards for immunity tests of electric/electronic subassemblies.

Digital tachographs as devices recording the work of a lorry and driver’s work are a constant factor in the work of a professional driver. It is therefore important to preserve the security of recording and storing electronic information. In this matter, cryptography also becomes an inseparable field of science. The control services set up to conduct roadside inspections do not detect all violations in the recording devices by encrypting information in information systems. One of the frequent vehicle operating parameters that can be falsified are the speed of the vehicle and its rotational speed, as well as the time and efficiency of the driver’s work. These parameters affect the amount of fuel consumption. The reduction of fuel consumption translates directly to the reduction of harmful substances emitted by the car to the environment. Variable compression engines are becoming the future of motoring in the case of internal combustion engines. It is noticeable that there are more frequent deliberate of regulations; and more violations rules concerning the proper functioning of recording devices by recording driver activity. Current methods of preventing violations are insufficient. The article points out the violations related to the actual rotational speed of the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine in relation to the vehicle speed profile, which is directly related to the fuel consumption and the emission of harmful substances. The article describes the ways to reduce fuel consumption, of which the correct driving technique is important in addition to the previously marked parameters. The factors that increase the awareness of professional drivers in the aspect of proper driving techniques are described.

With a growing number of coronavirus patients worldwide, military and civilian transport aircraft are increasingly being used for civilian medical evacuation duties (MEDEVAC) on time-critical flights. This article deals with the possibility of converting an aircraft fleet in the Czech Republic to MEDEVAC. The indication for the analysis of the possibility of transforming transport aircraft was the past and current pandemic situation in the Czech Republic. The main research question is how to implement the modification of a selected airline of the Czech Republic to MEDEVAC. An analysis of the technical data of selected aircraft from Airbus and Boeing was used to investigate this problem. Further, an analysis of the medical equipment required for the MEDEVAC aircraft category was also performed using equipment manufactured in the Czech Republic. The results obtained by the analysis and spatial arrangement of the aircraft deck for the transport of patients with medical equipment confirmed the possibility of such a transformation within the Czech Republic. We consider it important to elaborate on a project that would solve, in detail, all the steps of the conversion of a transport aircraft to MEDEVAC.

This paper presents results of research on transportation equipment of farms in the context of farm owner’s age. Equipment in transportation vehicles per 100 ha of farming area and total load capacity per farm decreases considerably along with an increase in farm owner’s age. On the other hand, equipment of farms in loading and unloading machines increases along with an increase in farmer’s age. On average, 37.95% of farms are equipped in loading and unloading machines with 26.92% for the youngest age group and 59.09% for the oldest age group. Box-type trailers have the largest share in the number of transportation means per farm and there is no correlation between this value and farmer’s age. Within the examined group, the largest share of means is medium load capacity vehicles (3-5 tonnes), 42.43% on average with an increasing tendency along with an increase in farmer’s age. The next group of means includes small load capacity vehicles (up to 3 tonnes) and their share shows a tendency identical with this one for medium load capacity vehicles. Within trailers, share of the newest vehicles (less than 10 years) decreases considerably along with an increase in farmer’s age.
Przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących wyposażenia gospodarstw w środki transportowe w kontekście wieku właściciela gospodarstwa. Wyposażenie w środki transportowe w sztukach na 100 ha UR oraz ładowności całkowitej na gospodarstwo w miarę wzrostu wieku właściciela wyraźnie maleje. Z kolei wyposażenie gospodarstw w urządzenia za- i wyładunkowe rośnie w miarę wzrostu wieku rolnika. Średnio 37,95% gospodarstw posiada urządzenia za- i wyładunkowe, w grupie rolników najmłodszych - 26,92%, natomiast najstarszych - 59,09%. Największy udział w ilości środków na gospodarstwo mają przyczepy skrzyniowe i nie ma związku z wiekiem rolnika. Najwyższy udział w badanej grupie mają środki o średniej ładowności (3-5 ton), średnio 42,43% i ich udział w miarę wzrostu wieku rolnika rośnie. Kolejną grupą środków są środki o małej ładowności (do 3 ton) i ich udział wykazuje tendencję identyczną, jak w grupie środków o średniej ładowności. W grupie ciągników udział ciągników najmłodszych (poniżej 10 lat) wyraźnie maleje w miarę wzrostu wieku rolnika.

The article aims to preliminary analyze and identify the working conditions of an operator wearing disposable personal protective equipment and features and usability of the suit. The characteristics of the thermal image for an operator wearing a personal protection suit will be used as part of the IT system for comfort assessment. The system will allow the assessment of the operator's comfort based on thermograms. It will also detect dangerous situations resulting from the operator's work in such an outfit or overalls. The hazardous conditions for operators are related to the symptoms of thermal discomfort leading to overheating the body and, consequently, fainting. These situations may cause accidents and reduce the quality of the activities performed. The current legal status was considered when referring to selected social aspects in the management and quality of work of an operator wearing a COVID-19 protective suit. References are made to documents on legislative acts in Poland and Europe to limit the risk from biological agents. This part of the article refers to a vital study by Majchrzycka and Okrasa (2019, the Central Institute for Labor Protection - National Research Institute) presenting the rules for the safe use of non-biocidal respiratory protective equipment. This included obligations of the employer. The employer is obliged to take preventive measures against exposition of employees to harmful biological agents, including airtight measures and personal protective equipment. The article emphasizes selected medical aspects of working in personal protective clothing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Referring to the study (Sobolewski, 2014), according to the authors, the presented case reflects the working conditions of an operator wearing a disposable protective suit. Microclimate parameters and changing metabolism define the hot thermal environment in the entioned standard. The article presents the results of thermovision inspection of the operator of technical means of transport working in a suit protecting against COVID-19 infection, constituting one-off personal protection. The individual elements included in the protective set of disposable personal protection have been described. The following research stage is preparing thermograms, which show the operator in a protective case before, during, and after work. Thermograms have been classified and commented on.

Currently, it is impossible to imagine the repair and drilling of any well without the use of modern mobile equipment. With technological progress, not only new development technologies in the branch of field exploitation appear, but also new equipment with which oil and gas wells are repaired and reconstructed. Today, oil production is mainly carried out by the operation of wells without a pumping derrick, which makes it possible to sharply reduce the cost of metal and funds. Operations of downhole equipment lifting and tripping in a well are carried out using self-propelled mobile units representing tracked or wheeled transport vehicles on which a derrick (mast) with a winch, transmission and hoisting system is mounted. Lifting units are equipped with a mechanism for raising the mast to the working position and lowering it to the transport position. Installations with a lifting capacity of up to 32 tons inclusive are designed for lifting operations during routine underground repair of wells, whereas over 32 tons minimal lift capacity are required during major repairs and well development. The mobile unit is subjected to oscillatory movements both during transportation along unpaved, semi - destroyed, muddy and snow-covered roads to the well (for development, repair), and during well drilling. The frequency of the oscillating movement depends on the state of the uneven road. The unevenness of the road is expressed by spectral functions. In this case, both the chassis and the body of the mobile unit, as well as the technological equipment located on it, are subjected to oscillatory movements. As a result, technological equipment, as well as devices and equipment located on it, lose their accuracy, which leads to accidents both during drilling and during operation. Therefore, in order to minimize the influence of oscillatory movements on the operability of technological equipment, a technique was developed for technological equipment positioning on the chassis of a mobile unit at an optimal scheme according to the proposed method.
Obecnie nie można sobie wyobrazić naprawy i wiercenia otworów bez nowoczesnego sprzętu. Wraz z postępem technologicznym następuje nie tylko rozwój nowych technologii w zakresie eksploatacji złóż, ale także nowych urządzeń, za pomocą których dokonuje się napraw i rekonstrukcji odwiertów ropnych i gazowych. Obecnie wydobycie ropy naftowej odbywa się głównie poprzez eksploatację otworów bez wieży wydobywczo-obróbczej, co pozwala na znaczne obniżenie kosztów zakupu stali i innych nakładów finansowych. Operacje podnoszenia i zapuszczania wyposażenia wgłębnego w otworze wykonywane są za pomocą samobieżnych jednostek mobilnych, obejmujących gąsienicowe lub kołowe pojazdy transportowe, na których zamontowana jest wieża wiertnicza (maszt) z wciągarką, przekładnią i urządzeniem dźwigowym. Jednostki podnoszące wyposażone są w mechanizm podnoszenia masztu do pozycji roboczej i opuszczania go do pozycji transportowej. Instalacje o udźwigu do 32 ton włącznie przeznaczone są do operacji podnoszenia podczas bieżących napraw odwiertów, a powyżej 32 ton – do poważnych napraw i prac w odwiertach. Jednostka mobilna jest poddawana ruchom oscylacyjnym zarówno podczas transportu po nieutwardzonych, częściowo zniszczonych, błotnistych i zaśnieżonych drogach prowadzących do odwiertu (w celu wykonania prac, napraw), jak i podczas wiercenia otworu. Częstotliwość ruchu oscylacyjnego zależy od wysokości profilu nierówności drogi. Nierówności drogi wyrażają funkcje spektralne. W takim przypadku zarówno podwozie, jak i korpus jednostki mobilnej, a także usytuowane na niej wyposażenie technologiczne poddawane są ruchom oscylacyjnym. Powoduje to, że sprzęt technologiczny, jak również znajdujące się na nim urządzenia i wyposażenie tracą swoją precyzyjność, co prowadzi do wypadków zarówno podczas wiercenia, jak i podczas prac operacyjnych w odwiertach. Dlatego w celu zminimalizowania wpływu ruchów oscylacyjnych na sprawność urządzeń technologicznych opracowano technikę usytuowania urządzeń technologicznych na podwoziu jednostki mobilnej w optymalnym schemacie, zgodnie z proponowaną metodą.

Opis:
The problem of production flow in steel casting foundry is analysed in this paper. Because of increased demand and market competition, a reorganisation of the foundry process is required, including the elimination of manual labour and the implementation of automation and robotisation of certain processes. The problem is how to determine the real difference in work efficiency between human workers and robots. We show an analysis of the production efficiency of steel casting foundry operated by either human operators or industrial robots. This is a problem from the field of Operations Research for which the Discrete Event Simulation (DES) method is used. Three models are developed, including the foundry before and after automation when taking into consideration parameters of the availability of machines, operators and robots. We apply the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) indicator to present how the availability, performance and quality parameters influence the foundry’s productivity. In addition, stability of the simulation model was analysed. This approach allows for a better representation of real production processes and the obtained results can be used for further economic analysis.
