    In this work are described and researched methods of protection of navigation system from unauthorized attempts to substitute trajectory of moving objects, guided by radio or satellite. The proposed methodology to detect such interference in the operation of the navigation system is based on the use of data for historical, located on the premises trajectory.

    Opis:
    This work introduces a method of building and using text models for the analysis and control of social objects. Social objects are groups of people united in informal organizations based on common interests and goals. The main tools to control social objects are information flows used by mass media. We examine different ways of using semantic parameters to analyze text models. This work contains research of implementation methods to monitor currently used social Internet networks and to provide feedback between the social objects and the control system.

    Opis:
    The paper describes the basic notions related to text models, describes the features of these models and their main differences from the known mathematical models. The definition of the semantic parameters used for the analysis of text models is introduced. The interpretation of numerical values of semantic parameters in a subject domain, which includes modeling objects, is considered. The paper describes the method of implementation of the processes of functioning of text models. It consists of changes that occur in the text model, when the transfer of new information to the model in the form of appropriate information flows. This information is placed in the text model in accordance with the rules of synthesis of the text of the information flow with the text of the model itself, which leads to the transition of the model to a new state. The functioning of the text model is to change its state under the influence of information flows. Illustration of ways to use text models to describe objects of different types is given.
    W artykule opisano podstawowe pojęcia związane z modelami tekstowymi, cechy tych modeli oraz ich główne różnice w stosunku do znanych modeli matematycznych. Wprowadzono definicję parametrów semantycznych używanych do analizy modeli tekstowych. Rozważana jest interpretacja wartości liczbowych parametrów semantycznych w dziedzinie przedmiotowej, w tym modelowania obiektów. W artykule zaprezentowano sposób realizacji procesów funkcjonowania modeli tekstowych. Polega ona na zmianach, jakie zachodzą w modelu tekstowym, gdy przenoszone są nowe informacje do modelu w postaci odpowiednich przepływów informacji. Informacja ta jest umieszczona w modelu tekstowym, zgodnie z zasadami syntezy tekstu przepływu informacji z tekstem modelu, co prowadzi do przejścia modelu do nowego stanu. Funkcjonowanie modelu tekstowego polega na zmianie jego stanu pod wpływem przepływów informacji. Podano ilustrację sposobów wykorzystania modeli tekstowych do opisu obiektów różnego typu.

    The world is now witnessing a tectonic shift in the way in which people react to social and economic impacts such as rise in fossil fuel prices, implication of new rules and regulations, and other situations which directly affect the emotions of a certain group of people. Violence is the most widely used way of expressing anger and discontent for a particular situation which might have occurred. Such actions can cause loss of millions of dollars and precious lives of people who come in way of such protests. These protests are mainly conducted through social media platforms such as twitter as it is not possible to personally communicate to tens of thousand people to accumulate at a certain place, therefore it is extremely important as well as necessary to keep an eye on the social media statuses and updates of people in the times of crisis and heavy tension. This paper aims to collect the tweets of people uploaded on twitter and then process them to find out the location, time and intensity of the mass violence so that the responsible authorities can handle the situation and prevent violence.

    Opis:
    Document clustering, which is also refered to as text clustering, is a technique of unsupervised document organisation. Text clustering is used to group documents into subsets that consist of texts that are similar to each orher. These subsets are called clusters. Document clustering algorithms are widely used in web searching engines to produce results relevant to a query. An example of practical use of those techniques are Yahoo! hierarchies of documents [1]. Another application of document clustering is browsing which is defined as searching session without well specific goal. The browsing techniques heavily relies on document clustering. In this article we examine the most important concepts related to document clustering. Besides the algorithms we present comprehensive discussion about representation of documents, calculation of similarity between documents and evaluation of clusters quality.

    This article describes the Hemming method of the neural model for automatic identification of Arabic texts on the computer. The main problem of recognizing manuscript mantles in Arabic is that of the elements that they have created. Usually, the text is divided into rows, and then separated by separate words. The development of the Arabic language signifies a great deal of controversy over Arabic language. Hemming is based on the neuronal model and the description of the software product.

    The article considers information technology for the realization of human communication using residual human capabilities, obtained by organizing text entry using mobile and auxiliary devices. The components of the proposed technology are described in detail: the method for entering text information to realize the possibility of introducing a limited number of controls and the method of predicting words that are most often encountered after words already entered in the sentence. A generalized representation of the process of entering text is described with the aid of an ambiguous virtual keyboard and the representation of control signals for the selection of control elements. The approaches to finding the optimal distribution of the set of alphabet characters for different numbers of control signals are given. The method of word prediction is generalized and improved, the statistical language model with "back-off" is used, and the approach to the formation of the training corpus of the spoken Ukrainian language is proposed.

    Opis:
    Model of Humboldt’s university was an attempt to make a compromise between theory and practice. What is c rucial about education at such university i s the scheme based on medieval principle of three levels: master, assistant and a student. Assumptions of a principle “unity of research and education” at the same time refer to the way of underlining the essential aim of education which is discovering the truth. This discovery may be done through scientific research as well as educating students both through theory and empiricism. It is therefore justified that a process of educating and research, and a content of publications will require a specific model where the truth of scientific theories will be verified by experiments. P ublication gives a proposal of a creative and practical implementation of diagrams into students’ achievements and teachers’ research into a process of lear n ing design.
    Model humboldtowskiego uniwersytetu był swoistą próbą kompromisu między teorią i praktyką. Charakterystyczna na takiej uczelni edukacja, oparta jest na schemacie przyjętym ze średniowiecznych cechów, a zatem obejmowała następujące poziomy: mistrz, asystent, uczeń. Założenia dotyczące zasady „jedności badań i kształcenia” związane są z kolei ze sposobem percypowania podstawowego celu nauki, jakim jest odkrywanie prawdy. Proces nauczania, przebieg badań i treści publikacji wymagać więc będą powstawania specyficznego dla takich uczelni, modelu opartego na sprawdzeniu prawdziwości teorii naukowych poprzez eksperyment. Artykuł jest propozycją twórczego i praktycznego zastosowania „diagramów” do opisu dorobku studentów i nauczycieli akademickich w badaniach procesu nauki projektowania.
