    Opis:
    Technical support and management over sales process in enterprise oriented on customer particular technical demands, require new approach in current economic environment. In the face of strong competition and tendency for costs reductions of offered technical solutions, especially with low materials value - the key task is reducing cost of technical support and sales service. It is possible by reduction of time spent by specialist working out typical, simple but time consuming the most popular queries from the customers. To this end, in existing enterprise proper project was undertaken aimed at developing a computer system integrating modules of technical knowledge data base of offered solutions as well sales and customer relationship management. The subject of the paper is the company information structure-oriented integrated system of conscious resource management. Prototype version of system was developed and is running, up to full operational stage of the system, information about exact worked solution are prohibited for publishing. Worked solution is unique on the market in the range of fixing systems what a reason to limit outgoing detailed information is. Achieved prototypes generates impressive output, with reduction of 70 [%] of time necessary to designs the same solutions with traditional tools. Quantity of mistakes on product list is almost gone, and quality of designed solutions also is significantly improved with very precise and detailed drawings. Initial results allow confirming that commence of this project it was right decision.

    This article is a proposition to use modern CAD (Computer Aided Design) solutions to design industrial infrastructure, and show many benefits of their practical use, avoiding numerously mistakes while the investment process, at the same time increasing the quality of created products during reducing the costs associated with their production. The paper proposes a method of stocktaking of the current state and methods of spatial layout analysis of planned investment using smart databases to configure the individual manufacture slots. The method of material flow analysis in the virtual model of the production line was presented, tools for the analysis of the production line were indicated, especially focused on collision identification, work schedule creation and parametric analysis of designed installations.

    The aim of the paper is to analyse a terminological mechanism applied in choosing English words and phrases which are the basis for professional communication between airport aircraft mechanics of various nationalities. Correctly applied terminology facilitates successful communication and can contribute to reducing incidents arising from errors made during aircraft pre-flight preparation. Aircraft mechanics communicate not only by means of specialised terms and acronyms, but also by AECMA/ASD1 standardised Simplified Technical English for technical documentation purposes. Due to frequent text comprehension problems, common specific words have been selected according to the rule “one word – one meaning.” Furthermore, English grammar has been simplified for successful international communication between aircraft mechanics. Thus, a specific communication tool has been created and is currently in global use, which indirectly contributes to flight safety. The author presents common trends applied in the process of terms selection in the working environment. She also emphasises the necessity of using clear and concise terminology in aviation communication. The author’s observations can support aircraft mechanics’ language training, and terminological as well as translation work. The article familiarises the reader with some key concepts of aircraft maintenance terminology.

    Opis:
    The paper analyzes the possibilities of further and fuller use of geometric models of empirical systems, including agriculture, created at the level of AutoCAD. The analysis focuses primarily on opportunities for better mapping of existing links between graphic elements, unreadable or impossible to present at the level of digital technical documentation in the form of a graph structures offered by Neo4j. Information technologies, recognized and presented as necessary to achieve that objective were subsequently used to design and produce an application as a plug-in for AutoCAD. This application allows generating and management of created connections between geometric objects and their visualization both in the AutoCAD and available client software integrated with Neo4j platform.
    Przeanalizowano możliwości dalszego, pełniejszego wykorzystania modeli geometrycznych systemów empirycznych, w tym dotyczących rolnictwa, tworzonych na poziomie AutoCAD-a. Analiza dotyczyła w głównej mierze możliwości pełniejszego odwzorowania istniejących powiązań pomiędzy elementami graficznymi, nieczytelnymi bądź niemożliwymi do przedstawienia na poziomie cyfrowej dokumentacji technicznej w formie struktur grafowych oferowanych przez Neo4j. Rozpoznano i przedstawiono niezbędne do realizacji tego celu technologie informatyczne, które następnie wykorzystano do zaprojektowania i wytworzenia aplikacji w formie plug-in dla AutoCAD. Aplikacja ta pozwala na generowanie, a następnie na zarządzanie utworzonymi powiązaniami pomiędzy obiektami geometrycznymi oraz ich wizualizację zarówno po stronie AutoCAD-a, jak i dostępnego programu klienckiego zintegrowanego z platformą Neo4j.

    The article analyzes the efficiency of land plot use in the event of its division based on engineering factors. The concept of a land plot and the process of its devision was determined. It was established that the division of land is made at the owner′s desire to separate one or more individual land plots. Thus, the land plot is considered to be divided into parts if each of the parts determined after devision may become a separate plot with further effective use of each of them. The possible options for the division of land were analyzed. It has been found that division (unification) of the land plot is made by developing of the technical documentation on land management concerning the division and unification of the land plot. It is possible to carry out this procedure only when the right to land is legalized. On the basis of experimental studies it was found that newly formed land plots became less compact in configuration after the division which affects the efficiency of their use. Therefore, it is necessary to develop common methods of land devision that will provide its effective use without creating inconvenience to the owners of land plots.

    The Proceedings of the First International Congress of Architects and Technicians of Historic Monuments, which took place in Athens, from 21 to 30 October 1931, were published in the volume entitled La Conservation des Monuments d’art et d’histoire // The Conservation of artistic and historical Monuments; a volume that represents a fundamental document to improve knowledge on the different aspects of conservation and restoration in Europe in the period between the two World Wars (1918-1940). Thus, it seems appropriate to reexamine the main contributions, which in that occasion were given by prominent European Scholars, also in order to glean useful indications for carrying out conservation, which, today more than ever, is needed to protect architectural and environmental heritage. Firstly, it should be recalled that the ‘Congress of Athens’ constitutes an important pro-Europe initiative; it was, indeed, promoted by the International Museum Office of the ‘International Institute of Intellectual Co-operation, a body belonging to the ‘League of Nations International’, to whose Assembly the congressional conclusions were in fact submitted. Another aspect to highlight concerns how the congress works were articulated; it demonstrates the acquired awareness of how it is possible to carry out monument conservation operating based on ‘General doctrines and principles’ (I section) through the juridical and administrative protection, considered as ‘logical deductions from doctrines and principles’ (II section), on one hand, and ‘technical tools’ (IV, V, VI section), on the other, with restoration undertaking to enhance monuments (III section).
    Obrady Pierwszego Międzynarodowego Kongresu Architektów i Techników Zabytków, który odbył się w Atenach w dniach 21-30 października 1931 roku, zostały opublikowane w tomie zatytułowanym La Conservation des Monuments d'art et d'histoire // Konserwacja Zabytków Artystycznych i Historycznych; tomie, który stanowi fundamentalny dokument poszerzający wiedzę na temat różnych aspektów konserwacji i restauracji w Europie w okresie między dwiema wojnami światowymi (1918-1940). W związku z tym wydaje się stosowne ponowne przeanalizowanie głównych wystąpień wybitnych europejskich uczonych, również w celu uzyskania użytecznych wskazówek dla prowadzenia konserwacji, która dziś, bardziej niż kiedykolwiek, jest potrzebna dla ochrony dziedzictwa architektonicznego i środowiskowego. Po pierwsze, należy przypomnieć, że Kongres Ateński stanowi ważną inicjatywę proeuropejską; był on w istocie promowany przez Międzynarodowe Biuro Muzealne "Międzynarodowego Instytutu Współpracy Intelektualnej", organu należącego do "Międzynarodowej Ligi Narodów", której Zgromadzeniu przedłożono wnioski kongresowe. Inny aspekt, na który należy zwrócić uwagę, dotyczy sposobu sformułowania prac kongresowych; świadczy on o nabytej świadomości tego, jak możliwe jest prowadzenie konserwacji zabytków w oparciu o "Ogólne doktryny i zasady" (I część), poprzez ochronę prawną i administracyjną, uważaną za "Logiczną dedukcję z doktryn i zasad" (II część), z jednej strony, oraz "Narzędzia techniczne" (IV, V, VI część), z drugiej strony, z przedsięwzięciami konserwatorskimi mającymi na celu poprawę stanu zabytków (III część).
