    Opis:
    The article presents issues related to the design of the steel-reinforced concrete structures using one of the available in Poland computer-aided design programs based on a system for Building Information Modelling (BIM) developed by Autodesk, The idea of BIM system applied in calculation and design process was briefly characterised. The practical application of software such as Autodesk's BIM-based system to design the building of mixed steel-reinforced concrete construction is presented.

    Opis:
    The advantages and disadvantages of the BIM design system for creating indoor installations are presented using the example of ventilation installation. In this work, one of the most effective systems has been designed for a school complex in Lviv region, Ukraine. The ventilation system was designed with the help of BIM technology in the Autodesk Revit software. After creating the 3D model of the ventilation system, aerodynamic calculations were performed and ventilation equipment selected.

    Opis:
    This article studies hazards arising from the improper use of dewatering methods to prevent underground parts of a building. The analyses were carried out on the example of a residential building with an underground garage. Groundwater began to appear in the underground garage, after the building was used for several years. Some protections were deployed to limit the ingress of water into the building, which proved to be ineffective. Improper use of the wells to lower the groundwater level around the building led to visible scratches on the external walls and foundation slab. The article applied building information modelling (BIM) to provide information about the analysed building and to analyse further the possible hazards arising from the drainage methods used.

    Opis:
    The European Union in the Industry 5.0 proposal encourages technological transformation. ICT Information and Communications Technology, which for the AEC industry are BIM and Digital Twin is appreciated, but also innovative and variable over time. Therefore publications like this, which verify the validity of information are important. Global BIM policy analysis can be valuable for stakeholders of the investment process, policymakers, researchers. The authors performed a scientific analysis on an extensive database of articles (over 20,000) as well as national regulations (in non-English languages). BIM mandatory in public investments depicted on the map, also charts showing other indicators. In Eastern Europe has been observed a small scale (22%) of planned BIM requirements. Czech Republic plans BIM mandate on public investments for project above the EU threshold. The Polish road map proposes MacroBIM for risky or complicated, public investments with budget exceeding EUR 10 million since 2025 and for all since 2025. Comparing with other indicators the Czech Republic and Poland have high GDP per capita and percentage of the industrial sector (including construction) in GDP value added. Poland is classified also as a developed market within the global equity indices. This may have an impact on digital transformation, which is a demanding project due to investment costs. Bulgaria did not include a BIM mandate in its digital transformations plan. Due to the Industry 5,0 and the positive results from case studies of countries that have already applied BIM mandatory introducing BIM requirements in public procurements should be motivated and supported.
