Opis:: Historical operational usage data give a ground for fatigue damage estimation. Quality of sensors and recorders two or more decades ago were lower then modern one. Lack of resolution in nz-level measurement and recording leads to some errors in fatigue damage calculations. In this paper author propose a method to improve the accuracy of fatigue damage calculations for archived data. The method takes advantage of typical distribution of accumulated cycles for aircrafts. Small correction in representative nz value taken in calculations can reduce the error in fatigue damage assessment.

Opis:: One of the basic tasks of the accident reconstruction is to define values of parameters of participants of the accident before its actual occurrence. The assessment of correct behaviours is made and the court decides whether the accident participants are guilty or innocent. Therefore, the credibility of specific values is essential. The use of socalled accident recorders - EDR/ADR type of devices, as an alternative compared to classical methods for accidents reconstruction - has become more common over the past years. The paper includes basic notions related to his type of devices, describes potential sources of uncertainty of the car motion reconstruction results obtained on the basis of their records. The examples presented confirm their usefulness, however, they also indicate possible significant errors in the motion parameters assessment if simplified devices are used (where vehicle body lean movements in motion are not analysed).
Jednym z podstawowych zadań rekonstrukcji wypadku jest określenie wartości parametrów ruchu uczestników zdarzenia przed jego wystąpieniem. Na ich podstawie dokonuje się oceny prawidłowości zachowań, a sąd podejmuje decyzję o winie uczestników zdarzenia, bądź jej braku. Istotna jest więc wiarygodność określonych wartości. W ostatnich latach coraz powszechniejsze jest wykorzystywanie tzw. rejestratorów wypadkowych - urządzeń typu EDR/ADR, jako alternatywy w stosunku do klasycznych metod rekonstrukcji wypadków. Referat zawiera podstawowe pojęcia dotyczące tego rodząju urządzeń, opisuje potencjalne źródła niepewności wyników rekonstrukcji ruchu samochodu uzyskanych na podstawie ich zapisów. Przedstawione przykłady potwierdzają ich przydatność, jednak wskazują również na możliwe znaczące błędy w ocenie parametrów ruchu, jeśli wykorzystywane są uproszczone urządzenia (w których nie są analizowane ruchy przechyłu bryły nadwozia w trakcie ruchu).

Opis:: Specific features of air weapons, dynamic examinations as an important component of the investigation process, examples of data recorders for parameters of the combat mean under test, telecommunication system for on-line data transmission with the assumption that the system should be composed of components and subassemblies that are commercially available from the market, system for RF transmission of flight parameters in the real time mode are presented in the paper. The system is made up of a transmitter and rpm sensors embedded into the head of the S-7 uncontrolled missile. Signals from the telecommunication module are received and decoded by means of a transducer with the sensitivity of about 2PV and stored in the memory of the TDS 3020 digital oscilloscope from Tektronix as well as in a four-channel digital recorder. The data acquisition system is triggered at the moment when the transmitter installed on the missile head was switched on. The missile was launched several seconds later. The paper includes among others workflow for examination of combat means, composition of measuring instruments for flight tests, data recorders for flight parameters installed on avionic bombs, signal waveforms recorded from rotation sensors and rotation speed variations for the S-7 missile during the flight
