Opis:
The practical implementation of hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) and in particular the definition of the critical control points (CCPs) in the food industry is usually a complex structured task. This is particularly the case of food enterprise, where quality/safety manager ability, knowledge of the production processes and ‘‘sensitiveness’’ is usually the discriminate for the proper identification and prioritization of risks. The same applies for the definition of causes which may lead to food safety hazards. This paper addresses the issues of how quality/safety managers can objectively and automatically implement the HACCP principles of hazard analysis in the application of HACCP, which is the identification of risk priorities and of the related CCPs. The proposed methodology combines decision tree analysis approach for the analytical decomposition of the relevant steps in the manufacturing process of ice cream.

The article presents the results of research conducted on the basis of data from audits. Comparison of the results of this research, with information related to trends and volatility in the certification, allowed the presentation appearing depending between them. It was also touched on the information about new edition of ISO 9001: 2015, how many an what kind of changes it may cause in the quantities of new and maintained certificates among enterprises. In summary of that article, has been presented the possible influence of factors determining changes but not only the quantity but also the business structure undergoing certification companies.
W artykule przedstawione zostały wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w oparciu o dane poaudytowe. Zestawienie wyników tych badań z informacjami związanymi z trendami oraz zmiennością na rynku certyfikacji, pozwoliło na przedstawienie pojawiających się między nimi zależności. Poruszony został także temat wprowadzanego nowego wydania normy ISO 9001:2015, z punktu widzenia zmian w ilościach nowych oraz utrzymywanych certyfikatów wśród przedsiębiorstw. W podsumowaniu opracowania zostały także możliwe wpływy czynników warunkujących zmiany w nie tylko ilości nadawanych certyfikatów ale także strukturze przedsiębiorstw poddających się certyfikacji.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the causes and benefits of implementing a quality management system in a group of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in developing and innovative regions on the example of enterprises from South-Eastern Poland. In the research, targeted surveys were conducted using the CAWI and CAPI methods extended by an expert interview with key people responsible for quality was used. In the present paper, the results of research related to the assessment of achieving the assumed system objectives in the field of quality in the aspect of a developing region characterized by a turbulent environment were presented. In the paper, original research into the analysis of the causes, expectations and effects of implementing quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 in the SMEs group were also displayed.
Sformalizowane systemy zarządzania są we współczesnych organizacjach standardem. W zasadzie większość myślących konkurencyjnie organizacji co najmniej jeden taki system posiada wdrożony. Najczęściej posiadanym przez organizacje systemem jest system zarządzania jakością zgodny z ISO 9001. Mimo, że wiele organizacji posiada wdrożony taki system to jest jeszcze wiele takich, które dopiero planują takie wdrożenia. Niekiedy wdrożenie ISO 9001 jest wymagane przez klientów. Aby to umiejętnie zrobić wskazanym jest korzystać z doświadczeń innych organizacji. Uzasadnionym jest więc analizowanie przyczyn i korzyści wdrożeń systemu zarzadzania jakością. Taki też cel postawiono sobie w badaniach, których wyniki prezentuje to opracowanie. Dzięki znajomości wyciągniętych wniosków organizacje przygotowujące się do wdrożenia ISO 9001 będą mogły zrobić to w sposób umiejętny. Przyczyni to się z pewnością do lepszych ich wyników, co jest jednym celów wdrożenia wymagań normy ISO 9001.

The aim of the article is to present the expectations of industrial enterprises towards suppliers related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems (QEOH &SMS). The article presents the results of empirical research conducted in 151 companies operating on the Polish B2B market. The study was commissioned to a specialised research agency that conducted a targeted selection of companies registered in the Bisnode database, which is a business directory search platform. The expectations of production companies towards their suppliers regarding the implementation of QEOH&SMS were assigned a rank on a scale from one (the least important criterion) to five (the most significant). The methodological apparatus in this study was set so that it was possible to fulfil the research goal based on empirical data. A questionnaire was used to verify the characteristics of the operational process after the implementation of particular managerial systems. This article examines the relationship between the requirements for suppliers and the implementation of management systems by manufacturing companies. The results of the conducted research indicate that expectations of industrial enterprises towards suppliers related to QEOH&SMS are strongly focused on their development. Research shows that companies that adhere to the requirements of standardised management systems have a greater requirement for suppliers than companies that do not implement QEOH & SM requirements. In particular, the implementation of quality and environmental management systems by the surveyed organisations translates into increased requirements for suppliers. The article contributes to the existing scientific literature by analysing the impact of the implementation of individual management systems on the expectations towards suppliers. This study shows which of the 18 examined aspects are particularly important for manufacturing companies. Additionally, the expectations towards suppliers were classified into four groups (Corrective, Preventive, Improvement, Innovation).

Software engineering comprises many methodologies focused on the software manufacturing processes. Effective management of the implementation and deployment of the Management Information System (MIS) project requires the use of a interdisciplinary system approach. IT methodologies, oriented on the level of manufacturing processes, may be supplemented with universal methods in the area of management science, which allow for the management of activities related to ensuring the realisation of the organisation business goals. The aim of the article is to identify the MIS quality determinants, which constitute determinants of the effective quality management at the stage of modelling, implementation, deployment and operation of MIS.

The paper presents the most important reasons for implementing quality management systems in Poland and the world. Changed division motives into three categories: forced by the environment, considerations of prestige and awareness to improve the functioning of the organization. The paper presents an analysis of the motives respect of implementation of quality management systems for the results obtained.
W publikacji zaprezentowano najważniejsze powody wdrażania systemów zarządzania jakością w Polsce i na świecie. Przestawiono podział motywów na trzy kategorie: wymuszone przez otoczenie, względy ambicjonalne oraz świadomość poprawy funkcjonowania organizacji. Zaprezentowano również analizę stosunku motywów wdrożenia systemów zarządzania jakością do uzyskanych rezultatów.

The paper contains an assessment of the usability of the previously proposed model of transition from quality management systems to knowledge management systems in software developing organisations for the purpose of establishing KMS elements (solely for knowledge localisation and acquisition processes). The assessment of usability is made in relation to quality management systems conformable with the ISO 9001:2000 supplemented by ISO/ IEC 90003:2004.

The paper deals with the problem of service quality, quantification of the level of quality and evaluation of service quality in freight road transport companies. The impact of the transport service quality on the performance of road freight transport is necessary to quantify a level of service quality but also define and objectively evaluate the performance of road freight transport with the help of an appropriate set of performance indicators and methods. For examining relation and quantification of the transport service quality impact in road freight transport it is necessary to apply the appropriate method. W artykule zajęto się problemem jakości usług, kwantyfikacji poziomu jakości i oceny jakości usług w towarowych przewoźników drogowych. Określenie wpływu jakości usługi transportowej na wydajność drogowego transportu towarowego jest niezbędne do wyznaczenia poziomu jakości świadczonych usług, ale również zdefiniowania i obiektywnej oceny wydajności drogowego transportu towarowego za pomocą odpowiedniego zestawu wskaźników i metod działania. Do badania relacji i kwantyfikacji wpływu jakości usługi transportowej w drogowym transporcie towarowym konieczne jest zastosowanie odpowiedniej metody. Artykuł ten zawiera również opis praktycznego użycia określonej metody.
