Opis:
In the current industrial scenarios those involved in production and services distribution are called to deal with a plurality of stakeholders, considering different interests, readings and positions. This paper exploits the concept of collaboration in this fast changes and flexible scenario by describing the characteristics of collaboration among enterprises and their scope. In this context, the purpose of all managers to maximize utility, to save cost or to minimize of transaction costs is hard to be reached. Under this prospective, to collaborate with other firms is a logical way to work and to pursue the previous objectives. The purpose of this paper is to define all the aspects of collaboration, mainly among enterprises, and the reasons that can drive a manager to stipulate a collaboration agreement. Two different ways, through collaboration can rise, have been described: collaboration induced by external body (top-down collaboration) or born in a spontaneous way (bottom-up). The management of the collaboration and the identification of key performance indicators, able to control the development of the network system, is addressed by exploiting the Italian network contract and the case study of the energy cluster.

Opis:
In this paper, we use the blockchain technology to design a prototype to secure process data from a 3D-printer. Datastreams are gathered from various sources such as OPC UA servers and autonomous retrofit sensor nodes. This is followed by pre-processing for data reduction, storage in a data model, and the generation of a unique hash value over it. The hash values are stored in a blockchain using appropriate consensus methods, taking into account their temporal origin and production identification number. This also includes the context-related influence of sensor signals on the production process Restrictive access regulations using smart contracts make a partially or fully automated machine tool calibration possible. In this context, we show to realize a process partial or full automation through smart contracts. Physical machine tools and virtual simulations are integrated into the block-chain network to document the stability and performance.

Opis:
In a smart city environment, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) enables the vehicle to generate and communicate messages for safety applications. There exists a challenge where the integrity of the message needs to be verified before passing it on to other vehicles. There should be a provision to motivate the honest vehicles who are reporting the true event messages. To achieve this, traffic regulations and event detections can be linked with blockchain technology. Any vehicle violating traffic rules will be issued with a penalty by executing the smart contract. In case any accident occurs, the vehicle nearby to the spot can immediately send the event message to Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). It will check for its credibility and proceed with rewards. The authenticity of the vehicle inside the smart city area is verified by registering itself with UAVs deployed near the city entrance. This is enabled to reduce the participation of unauthorized vehicles inside the city zone. The Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA256) and Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA-192) are used for communication. The result of computation time for certificate generation and vehicles involvement rate is presented.
