    Opis:
    The problem of fast aircraft aerodynamic characteristics identification performed by means of current flight parameters recording is presented in the paper. Basic concepts of fast identification algorithms; e.g., Nonlinear Filtering (NF) (based on the Lipcer and Sziriajev theory) and Estimation Before Modelling (EBM) are presented, as well. Tips on how to implement EBM and NF methods in practice are shown, as well. The numerical results presented seem to be very interesting.
    Problem szybkiej identyfikacji charakterystyk aerodynamicznych samolotu w oparciu o bieżącą rejestrację parametrów lotu. W pracy zostało przedstawione zagadnienie szybkiej identyfikacji charakterystyk aerodynamicznych samolotu w oparciu o bieżącą rejestrację parametrów lotu. Przedstawiono podstawy teoretyczne opracowanych algorytmów identyfikacji, tj. filtracji nieliniowej (opierając się na teorii Lipcera i Sziriajewa) oraz estymacji przed modelowaniem. Zamieszczono opis zastosowania opracowanych logarytmów oraz przykład interesujących wyników testów numerycznych.

    This paper contains selected results of identification modeling of Polish Electric Power Exchange (EPE). In order to obtain EPE system model it was performed identification based on figures of EPEís Day-Ahead Market. During performing identification process, parametric arx model in System Identification Toolbox environment was utilized. Generated EPE parametric model has been further used for performing simulation tests and realization of susceptibility testing. Suitable models were implemented in Simulink software. As a result of simulation and susceptibility testing, many interesting findings has been delivered.

    Opis:
    Manufacturing companies operating within the high-technology sector are of interest to science, industry and national authorities because of the special economic importance attached to them. However, in order to investigate the condition of those companies, support their growth and monitor the effects of the aid awarded to them, it is first necessary to properly identify the business entities belonging to that sector. To identify the entities belonging to the high-technology industry, it is necessary to perform a sequence of activities which form the procedural algorithm. Usefulness of the algorithm has been verified using the example of a group of Warsaw high-tech companies which were subject to investigation under the European project Warsaw Entrepreneurship Forum. The algorithm could be used as the basis for the implementation of an IT tool for the identification and description of high-tech businesses.

    This work contains selected results of research on modelling identification of Polish Power Exchange (TGEE) on the example of the figures quoted on the Day Ahead Market (DAM) on TGEE in Poland. In order to obtain a model of the TGEE system on the beginning it was conducted to identify the figures for the period 01.01.2013-31.12.2015 obtaining discrete parametric model arx in MATLAB and Simulink environments using System Identification Toolbox (SIT). The resultant model was converted to a continuous parametric model, and that one on a continuous model in the state space. On the basis of obtained equations of state and outputs, there was interpreted a state variables and parameters of the selected model, i.e. selected elements of the matrix A and matrix B. Research continues.

    The subject of this research – constituting its final study – are the determinants of selecting a research laboratory for the needs of conducting the operational safety tests and compatibility assessment in order to issue an EC conformity declaration, as well as to voluntarily certify for a “B” safety symbol. The studies were run from the point of view of small, medium, and large manufacturing companies of agricultural machinery. The fundamental objective of this research is an attempt to reply to the question: what factors – from the point of view of the manufacturers of agricultural machinery – are relevant when selecting a research entity by them. The main objective achievement required identifying the determinants of selecting a research laboratory by the Polish manufacturer of agricultural machinery (first part of the study – research model construction), which was subject to exploration in this part of the study; theoretical model validation (assessment of the significance of requirements). Such an activity allowed for interference profiled towards the indication of a recommendation related to the way and direction of the research laboratory improvement.
    Przedmiotem badań niniejszego opracowania – stanowiącego badanie właściwe – są determinanty wyboru laboratorium badawczego dla potrzeb przeprowadzenia badań bezpieczeństwa użytkowania, oceny zgodności w celu wystawienia deklaracji zgodności WE oraz dobrowolnej certyfikacji na znak bezpieczeństwa „B”. Badania prowadzono z perspektywy małych, średnich i dużych przedsiębiorstw produkujących maszyny rolnicze. Fundamentalnym celem badań jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie: jakie czynniki – z punktu widzenia wytwórców maszyn rolniczych – są istotne przy wyborze przez nich jednostki badawczej. Osiągnięcie celu głównego wymagało zidentyfikowania czynników warunkujących wybór laboratorium badawczego przez polskiego producenta maszyn rolniczych (część pierwsza opracowania – budowa modelu badawczego), który w niniejszej części opracowania poddano eksploracji; walidacja modelu teoretycznego (ocena istotności wymagań). Takie działanie pozwoliło na wnioskowanie sprofilowane na wskazanie rekomendacji dotyczącej sposobu i kierunku doskonalenia laboratorium badawczego.

    This article presents the movement vector research conducted in the radar laboratory of Gdynia Maritime University and during vessel cruises. The precision of designating the vessels' location, course, speed and CPA were researched using on-baord radars and AIS data. It is concluded that the precision of designating the researched parameters is greater than the International Maritime Organization requires.

    Opis:
    The method of recognition of plastic strains with the use of optical interference was characterized in the work. The idea of the method was shown on the example test for 15HM steel tension. The results of experimental testing of plastic strains initiation in the thin shield with opening of O20 diameter under tension, especially considering round the hole zone were presented in further part of the work. The experiment was carried out with the use of method mentioned above. In the experiment the stresses initializing plastic deformations and the shape of plastic zone were determined. The stress state analysis in the hole zone in the specimen under tension was realized with the use of finite element method. The calculations were done for two significantly different hole diameters. The results of FEM calculations allow for certification that for the holes of diameters significantly bigger than the shield thickness round the hole plane stress state occurs.
