Opis:
While analyzing the teaching and attitudes of Pope Francis, we decided to devote this article to the issue of inclusion. Considering the sphere of our interests – education, broadly understood – we focused on the inclusion of students coming from abroad, in the education system in Poland. In our publication, we rely on legal regulations, the results of research and control carried out by the Supreme Audit Office in the field of education of children of foreigners and Polish citizens returning to the country, studies by  researchers of the above-mentioned issues, and we discuss a case study. The conclusions are clear: there are more and more students coming from abroad into Polish schools; despite declarations, schools are not fully prepared for their admission when all responsibility for the organization of education rests with school principals and teachers. The role of pedagogical supervision in this respect is insufficient. It is worth paying special attention to practical guidelines for teachers in order to effectively implement the pedagogy of inclusion.

Opis:
This article analyses the methodological essence of the definition of “pedagogical condition” and “legal competence”. The essence of the phenomenon of “legal competence” of junior bachelor in the field of humanities of higher educational institutions is clarified and scientifically proved. The content of the concept “legal competence” is revealed; the basic components of legal competence (axiological, cognitive, humanitarian, acmeological, empirical) are revealed; the efficiency of pedagogical conditions in forming the legal competence of junior bachelors of higher education institutions is scientifically proved. It has been established that higher education institutions in the humanities provide a specialist with a “junior bachelor” degree with certain knowledge, skills and abilities of a legal orientation, which forms legal competence during certain pedagogical conditions. The article also presents the most effective pedagogical conditions designed to develop legal competence in junior bachelors of higher education, namely: organisation of education aimed at stimulating positive motivation for professional activity of specialists of education and qualification level of a junior bachelor; reflection in the content of professional disciplines of the specificity and originality of integration of legal knowledge with the disciplines of the humanities cycle; directing undergraduate self-study to develop self- -reflection skills and an understanding of the role of research work and varied practice in it; encouraging undergraduate students to volunteer. The pedagogical model of legal competence formation for junior bachelors in the humanities contains four blocks: purposeful, content, operation-activity and evaluation-result. It has been found that to successfully develop students’ legal competence, it is necessary to create pedagogical conditions in a higher education institution for teachers to use innovative methods and techniques (research methods, projects, cases, debates, presentations, etc.). It is precisely innovative teaching methods that effectively contribute to the quality of education by developing the creative abilities of individuals. According to the results of the empirical research method, it was found that the effective forms, methods and means of implementing the pedagogical conditions of junior bachelors in higher education was the organisation of independent and scientific work.

The aim of the research was to determine the material and emotional conditions for free play depending on the time of day. The results of the observation showed that preschool-aged children play in different places of the preschool classroom, engage mostly in construction and theme play. They use many more toys in their play in the morning and before noon than they do in the afternoon. Play activity is especially intensive in the morning in comparison to the afternoon.

When I was a young father, my children believed that my sayings were a true wisdom worthy repetition; today things have changed - it was my turn is to repeat wisdom of my children, believing that they usually are right. A few months ago, my son, Daviken, said that those who were writing frequently cannot easily survive without writing. Daviken was right. I loved to write, especially when something I wrote and which was contrary to what people believe was correct. I believe I inherited the dislike to generally accepted truth from my father, who was described by a Polish weekly that he was “the man who always goes against the general flow”. My father thought that this was an excellent statement of his character. He loved saying: “I am indeed a man who will think and act against prevailing flow, because only shit floats always with main current, and people who try to float in the main flow are those who repeat, without understanding, everything what they had heard”.

Creativity is defined as an integrated quality of the future educator of preschool children in kindergarten, and the importance of creative thinking development during the assimilation of educational components of the professional direction is determined. Modern approaches to the problem of creativity and the selection of different types, factors and criteria suggest that this category has a multidimensional nature, and creativity itself is considered today a necessity in the life of modern man. The essence of the concept of „pedagogical conditions” is revealed. The pedagogical conditions for the effective development of creative thinking of future educators of preschool children that improve the quality of professional training in higher education are considered. Three conditions of creative thinking development of higher education students of the preschool profile are substantiated. They are the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, forms, methods and techniques for activating the creative potential of higher education students of „Preschool Education” speciality in the educational process of higher education institutions; ensuring the problematic nature of the educational process of future educators of preschool children; active practice-oriented activities of future educators of preschool children. They allow teachers to guide students of higher education to self-improvement and self-realisation, creative activity, and future professionals to master their knowledge, skills, and abilities to solve specific educational problems in preschool, apply creative approaches, and develop communication and organisational skills. Modern approaches to the problem of creativity, the selection of different types, factors and criteria suggest that this category has a multidimensional nature, and creativity itself is considered today a necessity in the life of modern man.

Opis:
The global pandemic has forced many people to make significant changes in their work, personal lives, and everyday duties and activities. This metamorphosis has also significantly affected education systems. Implemented research activity in the learning process and emphasised the development of children’s cooperation have recently been limited and often unattainable because of learner isolation, prevailing home education, and different countries’ COVID-19 quarantine measures. Herein, we investigated and tested the 2020 European spring preparedness, commitment, and erudition of in-service and pre-service teachers and parents in remote education. We profiled the following three paradigm models of successful remote education; specific experience of in-service and pre-service chemistry teachers and the parents of school-age children. Here, we concentrated on sensitive identification of the most common problems, disadvantages, and risks. Prospective teacher training should concentrate more on remote education. It should help develop teachers’ didactic competencies and increase their motivation and willingness to participate in this mode of education.
