    Opis:
    EU signifies Nabucco gas pipeline as one of its priorities in effort of diversification of power sources and transport routes. There is still question-mark over its existence. The goal of Nabucco gas pipeline is to bring Caspian gas on EU markets and pass by Russian territory. In the second phase pipeline from Iran will be attached to it. Gas pipeline will start in Turkish town Erzurum and will route across Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary to Austria where it will be attached to Baumgarten.
    Unia Europejska określa gazociąg Nabucco jako jeden z priorytetowych sposobów dywersyfikacji energii i dróg transportu. Nadal jednak jego istnienie pozostaje pod znakiem zapytania. Zadaniem gazociągu Nabucco jest doprowadzenie poprzez terytorium Rosji kaspijskiego gazu ziemnego do unijnych odbiorców. W drugiej fazie podpięty zostałby gazociąg z Iranu. Gazociągi miałyby swój początek w tureckim mieście Erzurum, potem przebiegałyby przez terytorium Turcji, Bułgarii, Rumunii i Węgier do Austrii, skąd byłyby kierowane do Baumgarten.

    Opis:
    Turkey can join the EU once it has fulfilled the conditions and thus complies with European principles and laws. According to Turkish authorities, Ankara is ready and can adopt the full acquis communautaire by 2014. The aim of the article is to argue that seen in this light, the Nabucco pipeline project which is expected to bring Caspian gas to Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Austria via Turkey is of essential importance. By building this pipeline Turkey might become the fourth energy supply route for natural gas to Western Europe. Moreover, Turkey’s accession to the Energy Community Treaty as an equal partner with full rights would be an extremely important opportunity for Ankara to strengthen its position and commitment on its way to the membership in the EU.
    Turcja może przystąpić do Unii Europejskiej gdy tylko spełni wymóg dostosowania się do europejskich zasad i prawa. Wedle władz tureckich, Ankara jest gotowa w pełni przyjąć acquis communautaire do 2014 roku. Celem artykułu jest uzasadnienie tezy, iż w tym kontekście gazociąg Nabucco, który ma doprowadzić kaspijski gaz przez Turcję do Bułgarii, Rumunii, Węgier i Austrii, ma niezwykle istotne znaczenie. Przez zbudowanie tego gazociągu Turcja może stać się czwartym krajem tranzytowym dostawy tego surowca do Zachodniej Europy. Ponadto, przystępując do Traktatu o Wspólnocie Energetycznej, jako równy partner i ze wszystkimi z tego tytułu wynikającymi uprawnieniami, Ankara zyskuje możliwość wzmocnienia swej pozycji i zaangażowania na swej drodze do członkostwa w UE.

    The aim of this article is to present the collaboration between companies in the energy sector in Austria and Germany. During the financial crisis 2008–2012, Austrian energy companies became important partners of German firms supplying Germany with the energy necessary for industries and households. In addition, companies from Austria and Germany participated in the first phase of construction of the pipeline Nabucco. Thanks to manage capital of Austrian and German companies, they may now jointly pursue the objective of expansion in third countries market. After the energy reform, known as the Energiewende, Germany needs more electricity, which largely provide the company with a smaller, but equally high-tech Republic of Austria.
