    Opis:
    A novel approach for treating the uncertainty about the real levels of finished products during production planning and scheduling process is presented in the paper. Interval arithmetic is used to describe uncertainty concerning the production that was planned to cover potential defective products, but meets customer’s quality requirement and can be delivered as fully valuable products. Interval lot sizing and scheduling model to solve this problem is proposed, then a dedicated version of genetic algorithm that is able to deal with interval arithmetic is used to solve the test problems taken from a real world example described in the literature. The achieved results are compared with a standard approach in which no uncertainty about real production of valuable castings is considered. It has been shown that interval arithmetic can be a valuable method for modeling uncertainty, and proposed approach can provide more accurate information to the planners allowing them to take more tailored decisions.

    Opis:
    Background: Currently, many IT tools are used in every field. Therefore, the management of enterprises want modern IT solutions to also include logistic applications in various and diversified business profiles. It is also related to the minimization of operating costs. The EDI system makes it possible to achieve such goals. For this reason, research was carried out in selected Polish and Russian enterprises and the results were presented together with the conclusions regarding the use of the EDI system. Methods: The comparision of small enterprises in Poland and Russia were conducted. For that purpose a random sample of 100 enterprises, i.e. 50 enterprises in Poland and 50 enterprises in Russia was selected. The data were collected by the use of specially prepared questionnaires. Results and conclusions: EDI system is used in both Polish and Russian enterprises although the scope of application of this system varies and depends on the concept of its use by the management of enterprises. Polish enterprises is mainly focused on the optimization of inventory management, minimization of costs and productivity of the enterprise, while in the case of Russian enterprises, activities are aimed at improving relationships with partners, the quality of the company's operations and productivity.
    Wstęp: Obecnie wykorzystywanych jest wiele narzędzi informatycznych w każdej dziedzinie. Dlatego kierownictwa przedsiębiorstw chcą, aby nowoczesne rozwiązania informatyczne obejmowały także zastosowania logistyczne w różnych i zróżnicowanych profilach działalności. Związane jest to także z minimalizacją kosztów działalności. System EDI umożliwia realizację takich celów. Z tego względu przeprowadzono badania w wybranych przedsiębiorstwach polskich i rosyjskich oraz przedstawiono wyniki wraz z wnioskami w zakresie stosowania systemu EDI. Metody: Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą pomiędzy polskimi i rosyjskimi małymi przedsiębiorstwami. W celu wyselekcjonowano losowa próbę 100 przedsiębiorstw tj. 50 przedsiębiorstw polskich i 50 przedsiębiorstw rosyjskich. Dane do analizy zostały zebrane przy pomocy specjalnie przygotowanej ankiety. Wyniki i wnioski: System EDI jest używany zarówno w polskich jak i rosyjskich przedsiębiorstwach aczkolwiek zakres i cel używania jest różny i zależy od koncepcji zarządzania w firmie. Polskie przedsiębiorstwa skupiają się głównie na optymalizacji zarządzania zapasem, minimalizacją kosztów oraz produktywnością natomiast rosyjskie przedsiębiorstwa skupiają się głównie na poprawie relacji z partnerami oraz jakością operacji biznesowych i produktywnością.

    Dany dokument odnosi się do sektora IT, który jest sukcesywnie rozwijany przez krajowe i zagraniczne przedsiębiorstwa. Rynek IT można podzielić na hardware, software I usługi IT. Firmy funkcjonujące w danym sektorze dostarczają następujące usługi IT: monitoring, service / help desk, zarządzanie infrastrukturą i aplikacjami, itd. Posiadając coraz więcej inwestorów, którzy zatrudniają kandydatów związanych z działaniami informacji technologicznych, aktualnie coraz trudniej wyszukuje się i znajduje odpowiednich profili przyszłych współpracowników. To jest szansa dla agencji rekrutacyjnych i przedsiębiorstw outsourcingowych, aby zostać dostawcą ich potencjalnych klientów. W celu dostarczenia właściwych kandydatów, łowcy głów są wysoko wyspecjalizowani do rozpoznania potrzeb klienta i porównania ich do rekrutowanych profile.     The article gives a new approach based on the ISO 31000, IT risk management and application portfolio management how an integrated methodology can support the safety operation within organizations. The aim of this article to understand the basic principles of the ISO 31000, IT risk management and application portfolio management (APM) and to provide a new point of view for large organizations how they should analyse and integrate their different management areas following the different standards if they are able. The new approach is to give an overview about the frameworks and possible link points between the different guidance in overall management level.The result of this study to present the importance of integrating different management areas in IT. The daily and effective operative cooperation between IT risk management and application management areas will ensure more transparent and safety operations within organizations.
    W artykule przedstawiono nowe podejście, oparte na ISO 31000, w zarządzaniu ryzykiem IT i zarządzaniu portfelami aplikacji. Opisano w jaki sposób zintegrowana metodologia może wspierać operacje bezpieczeństwa w organizacjach. Celem tego artykułu jest zrozumienie podstawowych zasad ISO 31000, zarządzania ryzykiem IT i zarządzania portfelem aplikacji (APM) oraz przedstawienie nowego punktu widzenia dla dużych organizacji, w jaki sposób powinno się analizować i integrować różne obszary zarządzania zgodnie z różnymi standardami, jeśli to możliwe. Nowe podejście polega na przedstawieniu przeglądu ram i możliwych powiązań między różnymi wytycznymi na ogólnym poziomie zarządzania. W wyniku tego badania przedstawiono znaczenie integracji różnych obszarów zarządzania w IT. Codzienna i efektywna współpraca operacyjna między zarządzaniem ryzykiem IT a obszarami zarządzania aplikacjami zapewni bardziej przejrzyste i bezpieczniejsze operacje w organizacjach.

    This paper presents an original information system supporting the management of an agricultural holding codenamed AGMS (Agro-Management System). This system was created in C# language, using ASP. NET MVC programming technology. The application database layer was supported by SQL Server and Entity Framework technology. The creation of the program's views enabled such languages as HTML 5, CSS3 along with Bootstrap library and Javascript with dedicated Knockout.js library. The development of the system was preceded by an analysis of requirements, in accordance with software engineering procedures. The documentation created at this stage in the form of UML diagrams was prepared in Microsoft Visio. The AGMS program presented in this article is a developmental version, so all its functionalities are not yet fully implemented. The user can use the current version of the software to map fields, manage events related to individual fields and, among other things, obtain information on pests and weeds. The article also describes the concept of the final version of the program, which should include modules implementing simple methods of artificial intelligence in the field of image recognition and decision support.
    Zaprezentowano autorski system informatyczny wspomagający zarządzanie gospodarstwem rolnym o nazwie kodowej AGMS (Agro-Management System). System ten został wytworzony w języku C#, w technologii programistycznej ASP.NET MVC. Warstwa bazodanowa aplikacji została obsłużona przez SQL Server oraz technologię Entity Framework. Wytworzenie widoków programu umożliwiły takie języki jak HTML5, CSS3 wraz z biblioteką Bootstrap a także Javascript z dedykowaną biblioteką Knockout.js. Opracowanie systemu zostało poprzedzone analizą wymagań, zgodnie z procedurami inżynierii oprogramowania. Powstała na tym etapie dokumentacja w postaci diagramów UML została przygotowania w programie Microsoft Visio. Program AGMS prezentowany w niniejszym artykule jest wersją rozwojową, a zatem jego wszystkie jego funkcjonalności nie są jeszcze w pełni zaimplementowane. Użytkownik korzystając z aktualnej wersji oprogramowania ma możliwość mapowania pola, zarządzania zdarzeniami dotyczącymi poszczególnych pól, a także m.in. może zasięgać informacji o szkodnikach czy chwastach. W pracy opisano także koncepcję finalnej wersji programu, w której powinny znaleźć się moduły implementujące proste metody sztucznej inteligencji w zakresie rozpoznawania obrazów i wspomagania podejmowania decyzji.

    The paper analyses a number of advanced mobile information technologies in the sphere of tourism. A large volume of information has been processed to determine the main areas of development and improvement of tourism mobile information technologies. Mobile information technologies are built both for tourists and for travel agencies. In this paper, information technologies for individual tourists are laid stress on. These are tourist program guides, augmented reality tourist information systems, gamification traveling systems, tourist location based systems and others. The paper offers description of the available mobile software for trip planning and information support of tourists during a trip. It consists of two chapters: the current studies and existing mobile program algorithmic tools. According to the research outcomes, the authors propose to build a new information system for tourists Mobile Tourist Information Assistant. A set of functional features of this system as an integrated information system relying on mobile applications is proposed. The main principle of the system is EVERYTHING, HERE AND NOW.
