Opis:
An averaging tank with variable filling is a nonlinear multidimensional system and can thus be considered a complex control system. General control objectives of such object include ensuring stability, zero steady-state error, and achieving simultaneously shortest possible settling time and minimal overshoot. The main purpose of this research work was the modeling and synthesis of three control systems for an averaging tank. In order to achieve the intended purpose, in the first step, a mathematical model of the control system was derived. The model was adapted to the form required to design two out of three planned control systems by linearization and reduction of its dimensions, resulting in two system variants. A multivariable proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control system for the averaging tank was developed using optimization for tuning PID controllers. State feedback and output feedback with an integral action control system for the considered control system was designed using a linear-quadratic regulator (LQR) and optimization of weights. A fuzzy control system was designed using the Mamdani inference system. The developed control systems were tested using theMATLAB environment. Finally, the simulation results for each control algorithm (and their variants) were compared and their performance was assessed, as well as the effects of optimization in the case of PID and integral control (IC) systems.

The paper presents the concept of a new approach for remote control and monitoring of parameters of mobile or stationary machines in real time on the example of the hydrostatic transmission drive test stand. The proposed system control and monitoring is the mobile system which is closely related with the three applications written in a different programming languages, such as: java (Android) – mobile application runs on the tablet, C language – server application joins xPC Target with tablet, PHP – admin panel to manage mobile control platform. Controlling of the hydrostatic drive stand is implemented using an application installed on the tablet. This application is connected with computer’s real-time (xPC Target) module, generated in Matlab. The computer with xPC Target is equipped with a measuring-control card, to which the control signals are transmitted. This hardware-software component plays the connecting role between machine and operator of the mobile platform installed on the tablet. The application allows observe important parameters such as pressure, volumetric flow rate, temperature, velocity, torque in real-time, as well as, it enable, by use of special graphic slider on the tablet’s screen, to set control parameters such as: speed of electric motor, the opening and switching positions of the directional valve, as well as, setting the load by pressure relief valve. Based on this system research related to the verification of system operation were performed for different setting of the hydrostatic transmission drive speed controller, and selected results are presented in the paper.

The paper presents the design of the integrated illumination and irrigation system using a PLC and its visualisation. In the introduction, the history of PLCs and the SCADA software was briefly described. It was followed by the presentation of the design intent, the description of its operation and components. The last part of the paper contains the summary of the design and the trends for its development.

The directions and speed of development of plane avionics systems are determined by three factors: economical consideration, required safety levels, and optimized working conditions for the pilot. This article presents the concept of a system in which the automatic control and stabilization process is effected because of coordinated deflections of trimming surfaces: the rudder, the elevator, and the ailerons. In particular, this article presents the structure of the system in the longitudinal movement steering channel by way of deflection of the trimmer of the elevator. Furthermore, it discusses the results of numerical model simulations, which are compared to the results obtained during in-flight tests. Additionally, this article specifies general technical requirements for the servomechanisms intended for the system class discussed herein. Selection of sufficiently large amplification makes control the plane with relatively small deflections of the trimmer. In particular, relationship between the deflection of the elevator and the deflection of trimmer, view of a tail plane and dimensions of the elevator trimmer, the structure and results of the pitch angle control system and simulation are presented in the article.

In the article a PC-based numerical machine control system is presented, communicating over EtherCAT bus with servodrives and auxiliary I/O devices. LinuxRTAI real-time operating system was implemented on the PC controller along with the LinuxCNC control software. EtherCAT software communication module was developed and integrated with LinuxCNC. The software module implements CANOpen (CIA301) application layer standard along with device profiles for servodrives (CIA402) and I/O devices (CIA401). This allows for fast bidirectional communication between the PC controller and servodrives or I/O devices. The CNC control system developed by the authors has simple construction and is very flexible. It can be easily adapted to machines of different configuration.

In this paper, a new concept of the control system for guided bombs is described. Authors propose a gasodynamic method for the air bomb control. In the presented method, the bomb control is realised by a set of single-use impulse control engines. The gasodynamic controlled bomb dynamic and aerodynamic models are described. Some results of numerical simulations are presented as well.
W publikacji autorzy przedstawili nowatorski system naprowadzania sterowanych bomb lotniczych. W prezentowanej metodzie układ wykonawczy sterowania oparty jest na zestawie jednorazowych impulsowych silników korekcyjnych oddziałujących bezpośrednio na środek ciężkości sterowanego obiektu. W artykule autorzy zaprezentowali modele dynamiki oraz aerodynamiki bomby sterowanej gazodynamicznie. Oprócz opisu modelu zawarto również wyniki obliczeń aerodynamicznych. Przedstawiono opis systemu sterowania oraz wyniki przeprowadzonych badań symulacyjnych.

Subject and purpose of work: The subject of the study are the elements of the Ukrainian financial control system. A combination of those elements enables formulating a concept which is directed at financial control of communes. The purpose of the study is identifying main directions of modernization of the Ukrainian financial control system over self-government units. Materials and methods: This study provides an analysis of government data and commercial statistics based on official studies, evaluation reports, program documents, website data, open research papers and promotional materials. The main elements and European experience that, in the author's opinion, are necessary for the construction of an effective finance control system of communes have been used in the construction of the concept of financial control over communes. Results: The key elements of the system of financial control over local self-government units of Poland are revealed. The improvement of financial control over communes in Ukraine and a number of organizational, economic and legal steps to optimize financial control at the local level are proposed. Conclusions: The article presents the main principles, measures and steps functioning in Polish financial control,which constitutes the basis for the formulation of a model of local finance control in Ukraine

The architecture of the six legged robot is described in this paper. Robot kinematics for single leg and for the multi-legged platform is presented. For the control of the robot equipped with a number of sensors a three-layer control system has been designed. It consists of a host computer (in the first, teleoperation layer), of a single master microprocessor on the robot board (second layer) and of six microprocessors each of them for one leg (third layer). The communication between the first and the second layer is performed in duplex mode through the RS232 link via the Bluetooth channel, and between the second and the third control layer through the SPI bus. The robot sensing system consists of rotary potentiometers in each joint, of the leg as well as of a dual-axis accelerometer and gyroscope for platform orientation control. On board camera for remote vision is available.

The aircraft conventional control systems including pilot-operators in loop are called as active endogenous systems, because the pilots react actively to real situations evaluated by them and their solutions origin from their minds, from the nervous system. The pilots must make decisions in situations characterised by lack of information, human robust behaviour and their individual capabilities. So, decisions born from reactions of pilot are an effect of subjective analysis. This paper investigates the aircraft landing. The subjective factor is the ratio of required and available time to decision on the go around. The decision depends on the available information and psycho-physiological condition of operator pilots and can be determined with the use of theory of statistical hypotheses. This paper introduces a modified Lorenz attractor for the modelling of the endogenous dynamics of the given active system.
Konwencjonalne układy sterowania samolotem, włączając w to rolę pilotów, nazywane są aktywnymi układami endogennymi z racji znaczenia bieżącej oceny sytuacji i reakcji pilotów wynikających z ich świadomości i cech układu nerwowego. Piloci muszą podejmować decyzje w warunkach braku pełnej informacji o parametrach lotu, posiadając przy tym swoiste cechy reaktywnych zachowań i własny zestaw wytrenowanych nawyków. W ten sposób analiza właściwości monitorowania samolotu staje się badaniem układu zawierającego zmienne subiektywne. W pracy zbadano problem podejścia do lądowania. Za czynnik subiektywny wzięto stosunek czasu wymaganego do faktycznie posiadanego przed podjęciem decyzji o możliwej rezygnacji z lądowania. Decyzja ta zależy od ilości zgromadzonych informacji w danej chwili oraz kondycji psycho-fizjologicznej pilotów i została opisana za pomocą hipotez statystycznych. Do zamodelowania dynamiki rozważanego endogennego układu sterowania samolotem użyto zmodyfikowanego atraktora Lorentza.

The use of new energy generation technologies such as solar energy and electric propulsion technologies to form integrated power propulsion technology for ships has become one of the most concerned green technologies on ships. Based on the introduction of the principles and usage patterns of solar photovoltaic systems, the application characteristics of solar photovoltaic systems and their components in ships are analyzed. The important characteristics of the marine power grid based on solar photovoltaic systems are explored and summarized, providing a basis for future system design and application. Photovoltaic solar cells are made using semiconductor effects that convert solar radiation directly into electrical energy. Several such battery devices are packaged into photovoltaic solar cell modules, and several components are combined into a certain power photovoltaic array according to actual needs, and are matched with devices such as energy storage, measurement, and control to form a photovoltaic power generation system. This article refers to the basic principle and composition of the land-use solar photovoltaic system, and analyzes the difference between the operational mode and the land use of the large-scale ocean-going ship solar photovoltaic system. Specific analysis of large-scale ocean-going ship solar photovoltaic system complete set of technical route, for the construction of marine solar photovoltaic system to provide design ideas.
