    The preparation for international exchange consists of examining marketing mix factors and a value-based approach to customer needs. International exchange has forms ranging from casual export, agency agreements, partnerships, licensing, joint ventures, franchising to wholly owned subsidiaries. There are several ways in which an enterprise can invest directly in a foreign market. The foreign market entry strategy is determined by the consistency of a comparison between the international and domestic environment. Implementation is carrying out strategic activities. Export transactions require that the enterprise provides standard documentation to accompany shipments of goods.
    Przygotowanie do wymiany międzynarodowej polega na zbadaniu zmienności składników marketingu mix i na podejściu do potrzeb nabywców opartym na wartości. Wymiana międzynarodowa przybiera różne formy począwszy od przypadkowego eksportu, pośrednictwa agenta, partnerstwa, licencji, spółki i franszyzy do założenia filii. Przedsiębiorstwo może zainwestować bezpośrednio kapitał na rynku zagranicznym. Strategia wejścia na rynek zagraniczny jest określana przez wyniki porównania środowiska międzynarodowego ze środowiskiem krajowym. Przedsięwzięcia strategiczne prowadzą do jej wdrożenia. Transakcje eksportowe wymagają przygotowania standardowej dokumentacji towarzyszącej wysyłce dóbr.

    This work proposes and justifies a clarification of the description of the crystal structure with the use of centered lattices, and concerns also the following: (1) the graphical and analytical criterion for the existence of lattice planes, described by selected Miller indices, (2) the correct way to use the parametric equation of families of planes, (3) “geometric derivation of the integral reflection conditions” and “Laue indices of Bragg peaks versus Miller indices of families of lattice planes”, (4) the characteristics of Miller indices describing nodes of reciprocal lattices for centered direct lattices, (5) the characteristics of Miller indices describing the faces of single crystals and also (6) the characteristics of the information included in Miller indices. Reciprocal lattice nodes associated with families of lattice planes in direct lattices do not form the centered lattices in the reciprocal space themselves. The centered lattices in reciprocal space are created by points with coordinates equal to the Laue indices of Bragg reflections, which are allowed by the integral systematic absences. Parts of them are not associated with any of the direct lattice planes.

    Opis:
    The main goal of this article is to present how the new conception of marketing mix affects delivering value to customers and benefit an enterprise. The task of marketing management is to make the good and service available when a customer is ready to buy it. An enterprise needs timely, accurate and relevant information on customers, competitors and new socio-economic trends in the country and the world. The analysis of marketing management paradigm and creation of value based management were carry out. Next, the concept of marketing strategy and SWOT analysis were under consideration. Lastly, the impact of information technology on marketing management were described.
    Głównym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie jak nowa koncepcja marketingu mix wpływa na dostarczanie wartości dla nabywców i przynosi korzyści przedsiębiorstwu. Zadaniem zarządzania marketingowego jest udostepnienie dóbr i usług nabywcom wtedy kiedy są gotowi do zakupu. Przedsiębiorstwo potrzebuje trafne i aktualne informacje o nabywcach, konkurentach i nowych trendach rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego w kraju i na świecie. Analizie poddano paradygmat zarzadzania marketingowego i proces tworzenia zarzadzania marketingowego opartego na wartościach. Następnie rozpatrzono koncepcje strategii marketingowej i analizę SWOT. Na końcu omówiono wpływ technologii informacyjnej na zarzadzanie marketingowe.

    The potassium holmium double tungstate was prepared by using top seeded solution growth technique. Structural investigations have been performed at room temperature. The $KHo(WO_4)_2$ single crystal belongs to the monoclinic space group C2/c with the unit-cell parameters: a = 10.624(2) Å, b = 10.352(2) Å, c = 7.5434(15) Å, β = $130.78(3)^{o}$, and Z = 4. The atomic coordinates, isotropic and anisotropic displacement parameters and interionic distances for the studied structure were determined.

    Opis:
    Investigations were carried out to determine the possible interaction between salinity (60 mmol*dm-3 NaCl) and phytotoxicity of herbicide Titus 25 DF (sulfonylurea herbicide containing active ingredient rimsulfuron). The herbicide was added to the nutrient solution at two concentrations - 1 or 100 nmol*dm-3. After 7 days of cultivation in the nutrient solution determined were the growth parameters and some biochemical compounds (photosynthetic pigments, total protein and free amino compounds content). The combined action of 1 nmol*dm-3 rimsulfuron and salt caused a reduction in plant biomass accumulation, but this reduction was due to the salt itself. In the presence of 100 nmol*dm-3 rimsulfuron, growth inhibition of maize roots was very high and salinity did not modify herbicide toxicity. However, reduction in maize shoots growth equalled the sum of the reductions caused by each particular factor applied separately (additive effect). The reduction in shoot fresh weight reached 64%. The investigated stress factors induced a significant increase in amino compounds, with the exception of maize roots grown under NaCl plus 100 nmol-dm-3 rimsulfuron. The concentration of total protein in maize roots diminished under NaCl and 100 nmol*dm-3 rimsulfuron, although in the other cases, it did not change distinctly in comparison to the control. All factors, with the exception of NaCl, induced a slight increase in protein contents in maize leaves. Stress factors did not change significantly the total chlorophyll concentration, however, carotenoid content was markedly reduced. Nevertheless, the combined action of 100 nmol*dm-3 rimsulfuron and NaCl caused a 10% increase in carotenoid content as compared to the control plants. In conclusion, salinity did not change the toxicity of the herbicide applied in low dose (1 nmol*dm-3), but it did increase herbicide toxicity at high concentration (100 nmol*dm-3) regarding the maize shoots.

    Opis:
    In the present paper, the effect of alumina and zirconia microadditives on the compressive strength and flexural strength of sintered Fe-based powder materials is shown. It was found that intercrystalline fractures, both plastic and brittle, are observed when bending. During compression, fractures are observed too, as well as flaking of thin nearsurface layers. The intensity of such flaking depends on the composition of the sintered material. Strength parameters of the materials studied also depend on additives composition and quantity. The lowest parameters are observed for a material that contains 1% alumina particulates. The compressive strength of a material containing zirconia particulates increases 3 times and the flexural strength 2 times.
