The electric and magnetic fields surrounding a laser spark formed after an optical breakdown due to a focused nanosecond laser beam in a gaseous environment are examined in order to assess their possible influence on the processes going on in the gas medium, mainly chemical reactions triggered by the spark plasma radiation. The magnetic field is generated by the standard mechanism of crossed electron density and temperature gradients, the electric field is supposed to be produced by the plasma polarization due to its radial expansion across the self-generated magnetic field. A simple model of spark plasma formation near the tip of the focal cone is assumed, with a delayed breakdown, which allows the focused laser light to sweep the whole volume of the forming spark right down to the focal caustic and thus to form a centimeter long plasma cone. In this conical geometry, the value of plasma electric dipole moment is evaluated as a measurable quantity as well as approximate values of the electric and magnetic field near the focal caustic, where they both tend to grow in magnitude.

One of the most important characteristics of the railway transport is a safety. Different types of transported goods properties need individual approach to prepare safety goods transportation. It is important to load and fix goods in railway wagons in well done way to reduce the number of accidents on the railway. The bad way of loading and fixing of the goods in the railway wagons can bring a very dangerous results as a damage of the transported goods or accident of the train. This paper deals with the analysis of the railway infrastructure parameters, which affect the well done way of loading and fixing of goods in railway wagons for highcapacity transport.

Opis:
Purpose: The research aimed to develop polyester materials based on biodegradable polymers (blends of polylactide PLA and poly(hydroxybutyrate) PHB) with additives of plant origin. Substances such as chlorophyll, β-carotene, tannic acid and comparative Magenta KeyplastTM dye have been added as stabilisers and dyes of polymer blends. Design/methodology/approach: The samples were subjected to thermooxidation and UV aging. Based on changes in mechanical properties, the ageing coefficients K of the composition were calculated. In addition, the colour change was analysed. Thermal transformations of the samples were also determined by differential scanning calorimetry in order to determine the glass transition temperature, melting and crystallisation of materials, as well as to compare the resistance to thermal oxidation of polymeric composition. Findings: Chlorophyll, β-carotene and tannic acid increased resistance to thermal oxidation of PLA/PHB blends (higher oxidation temperatures in the DSC analysis, indicating a higher resistance to thermal oxidation). Materials with chlorophyll, β-carotene and Magenta organic dye had higher ageing coefficientsand, thus, better resistance to degradation. The sample containing β-carotene showed a significant colour change under the influence of heat and UV ageing. Research limitations/implications: Concerned the short ageing time of the samples, which may have been insufficient to analyse the degradation process of polymer compositions and the effects of plant stabilising substances. In the future, the ageing time of materials can be extended, and other types of degrading factors can be used. Practical implications: Practical implications include the possibility of using PLA/PHB blends as packaging materials. Adding substances of plant origin allowed obtaining colorful, visually attractive materials, similar to the Magenta dye dedicated to using in polymers. Moreover, the additives allowed control of the degradability of the samples. Originality/value: The originality of the research was the preparation of PLA/PHB polyester blends with the addition of plant substances as multifunctional agents (stabilisers and dyes).

This is Part 2 which is dedicated to study the current situation of regional railway transport in Slovakia and Serbia, the investment plans, the potential changes on the railway transport market and the quality of transport service provided in these countries.
Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Vorschlag der Methodik der Wiederbelebung der regionalen Eisenbahnlinien und regionalen Bahnverkehr, Liberalisierung und Wettbewerb im Eisenbahnverkehr, Qualitätsanforderungen im Regionalverkehr, Grundsätze des Vertrags auf Verkehrsleistungen im öffentlichen Interesse und mit dem Stand der regionalen Personenverkehr in der Slowakei und Serbien. Zweiter Teil der Arbeit beschäftigt sich die Situation der regionalen Eisenbahnverkehr und Änderung auf dem Eisenbahnverkehrsmarkt in der Slowakei und Serbien und mit der Möglichkeit der Anwendung der Methodik und Revitalisierung dieser Staaten.

Ersten Teil der Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit theoretischen Ansatz der Verkehrspolitik, Verkehrsregelung, Vorortverkehr und die Vorbereitung Methodik der Wiederbelebung der regionalen Eisenbahnlinien.

Experimental and theoretical results of investigations of the iodine laser - Al solid target interactions on the PALS (Prague Asterix Laser System) facility are presented. The experimental investigations of laser interaction with massive Al targets devoted to shock wave propagation in solids and crater formation physics are presented. Experiments were performed with the use of high intensity laser pulses (1013 15 W/cm2) for two laser wavelengths (0.438 mi m and 1.315 mi m) and four laser beam radii (from 35 mi m up to 600 ěm). The crater dimensions were measured using optical microscopy and a wax-replica technique. Plasma expansion out of the target was measured via three-frame interferometry. Theoretical model of the postpulse crater formation by the shock wave propagating and decaying in solids after the end of the laser pulse is presented and applied for the explanation of the results obtained in experiments.
