Opis:
The entire study is devoted to the question of the imputability of criminal responsibility to a minor acting under the conditions set out in Article 10 § 2 of the Criminal Code for acts committed in various phenomenal forms. In the second part of the study, the author justifies his own concept, referring it to the construction of a single entity, in particular using the so-called indirect agency as well as incitement and aiding. The work ends with a concise conclusion combined with a reference to the general rules of interpretation.
Całość opracowania poświęcona jest kwestii możliwości przypisania odpowiedzialności karnej nieletniemu działającemu w warunkach określonych w art. 10 § 2 Kodeksu karnego za czyny popełnione w różnych postaciach zjawiskowych. W niniejszej części autor uzasadnia własną koncepcję, odnosząc ją do konstrukcji jednosprawstwa, w szczególności wykorzystując problematykę tzw. sprawstwa pośredniego, a także podżegania i pomocnictwa. Pracę zamyka zwięzła konkluzja z odniesieniem do ogólnych zasad wykładni.

Opis:
The entire study is devoted to the question of the imputability of criminal responsibility to a minor acting under the conditions set out in Article 10 § 2 of the Polish Criminal Code for acts committed in various phenomenal forms. In the first part of the study, the author presents four concepts existing in this field in Polish literature and basic arguments for each of them. He pointed to his own concept and justified it by referring to complicity and multiplicity.

Opis:
The study seeks to define the group of people protected under the provisions on genocide both in the Polish criminal law and international criminal law. The provisions of the Convention of 9 December 1948 on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and the Statutes of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda contain a very similar definition of genocide. Killings and other acts listed in that legislation, committed in order to exterminate all or part of national, ethnic, racial or religious groups as such are prohibited as genocide. Similar conduct was prohibited in the provision of Article 118 of the Polish Penal Code. However, the protected group has been identified differently. It has been defined much more widely in Polish criminal law than in international law. A perpetrator of genocide acts with the purpose to exterminate all or part of a national, ethnic, racial, political or religious group or a group with a specific worldview. There are two important differences: the first is that international law acts prohibit intentional conduct while Article 118 prohibits purposeful conduct. The second difference is a much narrower definition of groups protected by international regulations. They do not protect a political group and a group with a certain worldview. This study analyses the consequences of this distinction, in particular the possibility of classifying the conduct aiming against a political group and a group with a particular worldview.

Opis:
Training an anti-aircraft soldier is expensive, complicated, and time-consuming. As a result, many countries, weighing the cost-effectiveness, opt to introduce solutions aimed at minimizing this trend. One of them is incorporating modern training devices such as simulators and trainers into the training. However, to make this happen, it is worth analyzing the effectiveness of training with their use by comparing it to that conducted in a traditional way. With this in mind, the purpose of this article is to present the results of research on the effectiveness of using a Virtual Reality (VR) simulator developed at the Military University of Technology in teaching the construction and basic activities of combat work in the area of conducting a selected check of the functioning of the SA6 Gainful missile launcher system. The theoretical foundation for the empirical research was provided by a method of analyzing literary content. By using the method of comparison and generalization, knowledge was obtained about the general construction and use of training devices in the training of the anti-aircraft defense forces of the Polish Armed Forces, and the features of the VR simulator were described. As regards the empirical methods, a study was conducted using a research sample which was conducted using a parallel triangulation strategy scheme involving the simultaneous use of quantitative and qualitative methods. The synthesis served in formulating the final conclusions and in determining the relationships between theoretical and empirical studies. The results obtained in this way can provide valuable information about the effectiveness of using training devices in training anti-aircraft defense forces and serve as a basis for further work on their development and application.

Opis:
The wide distribution of mycotoxins, including aflatoxin B1 and ochratoxin A, in the environment and their influence on living organisms make them an interesting research problem. Numerous complications of intoxication with these substances are known, however, particular attention is paid to the effects on the skeletal and nervous systems. The inflammatory effect, presented by the increase in the concentration of cytokines - IL-6 and TNF-α may influence the immune dysregulation present in bone metabolism disorders, as well as in neurodegeneration. Mycotoxins also contribute to osteodegeneration by modifying vitamin D metabolism. Interestingly, and still unexplored, is the mechanism of intrauterine influence on bone metabolism and neurodegeneration processes. Understanding the above mechanisms may help in monitoring the toxic effects of intoxication with these toxins. It can also help develop methods of therapy for poisoning with this compound, in animals and humans.
