Opis:
The vibration analysis is the study of the behaviour and dynamic properties of mechanical structures under actuation by harmonic vibration forces. The aim of resonance tests of the structures is the experimental delimitation of frequencies and the modes of resonance vibrations. vibration analysis, or more precisely experimental vibration analysis, is the field of measuring and analyzing the dynamic response of mechanical structures when excited by a mechanical input. The broadly applied method of research relies on the harmonic actuation of vibrations and the measurement of respective parameters. Examples would include measuring the vibration of an aircraft load bearing structure when it is attached to an electromagnetic force actuator. Current vibration testing systems are composed of actuators set with their control and powering circuits, the vibration measurement transducers (typically accelerometers), an analog-to-digital converter to digitize analog instrumentation signals) and a system host computer to analyze the data and view it. The result of researcher own accumulated experiences and those experiences knownfrom the literature create the possibility for design o f a stochastic frame model describing, what type of resonances are possible to expect in the given or other type of structure. The cases submitted below became perceived and tested in the course of research of several aircraft, glider and helicopter designs in the Resonance Tests Program of the Institute of Aviation

In today's world, innovationality is synonymous with modernity, development, good governance and strategic thinking. The country 's economy and whole of society should be innovative. The research and development process and the results of the work would be reviewed from the commercialization perspective. The all innovative projects should finish on thefree market, but majority of them end their lives at the research and development stage. The idea of spin-off corporations has to serve the subordination of the entire innovative project realization cycle to the vision of its commercialization. Innovative society and economy require implementation of both large and small innovations, created in large, medium and small R & D programs. In economically leading countries, the mega-programs play an important role in innovationality. small innovation programs are usually created by small research teams and individual inventors. For the balanced development of the country's economy, there is a needfor the variety, both small and large innovation programs. In the absence of an effective opportunity to realize one's own Polish mega-programs, it is worth to consider the mega-program named: ,,Provision of services on the International research market" as a Polish specialty. For 10 years the Warsaw's Institute of Aviation pursues this strategy. The Institute of Aviation employs about 800 specialists, which perform the advanced research of the new materials and designs for the new gas turbine engines and combustion systems.

The aim of this work is the experimental study of the weight loss impact on the properties of flying objects. Work is hased on the results of resonance tests of the helicopter, gliders and military aircraft. In the presented flying objeets group the possible occurrence of weight losses during the flight are up to 50%. The paper posed the following questions: How big can be, in practice, the weight loss during the flight? To which resonance the mass loss has the greatest impact? How and by what rules the map of resonances changes? Does in the process of weight loss there are other, worth-knowing events? Gliders, airplanes and a helicopter were investigated in the Resonance Test Laboratory of Institute of Aviation. The author has organized and for over 20 years led the Resonance Test Laboratory at the Institute of Aviation, in which he made or directed the investigations of dozens of aircraft, gliders, helicopters and their elements and components. Effect of weight loss on the flying objeets properties is one of several ,,unusual" research topics phenomena, which the author observed during a standard resonance tests. The resonance of the mode shape of Jantar 15 glider, comparison of the relative increase in the frequencies of the resonances with mode shape for SZD-50 Jantar 15-2 and IS-2 Revelation gliders, results of investigations of the underwing stores loss of mass impact on the „Pattem" aircraft resonances freąuencies, the resonance frequency of the 1-22 Iryda aircraft are presented in the paper. Opis:
Resonances of the „ wings torsion " mode shapes to a large extent depend on the structural parameters of the wing, and more specifically to the existence or not of fuel tanks at the wings ends, munitions hard points or engines mounted on the wings. In the paper the group of resonances is presented with mode shapes in which the one, two or three node aircraft wing torsion is present. It is shown in the paper, that these vibration mode shapes consist both of fuselage bending or torsion. Resonance frequencies with mode shapes in which one, two or three node wing torsion occurs depend fundamentally on existence of wing hardpoints. If hardpoints are occupied by fuel tanks, these frequencies are varying continuously in wide range. The various interesting from cognitive point of view combinations have place then, including variable frequencies and variable mode shapes as a function of fuel consumption. The aim for the analysis of 3 cases of resonance a wing torsion mode shapes of airplanes and gliders was to investigate the relationships and mechanisms that are taking place and operate between the torsioningl vibration of the wings and bending or torsion vibrations of the fuselage. Recognition of these phenomena should facilitate the researcher to understand and search effectively and explore the resonances of„ wing torsion " mode shapes.

The aim of the study presented in the paper was to examine the impact of changes related to aircraft modernization, the dynamic properties of an aircraft on the basis of five cases studied experimentally. Which changes in the dynamics of an aircraft structure occurred as a result of modernization can be experimentally tested by resonance tests. For this purpose, resonance tests should be carried out before the aircraft modernization and after its completion. In order to mapping the conditions of free flight the objects were suspended flexibly. The electrodynamics actuators were used to induce vibrations, piezoelectric transducers were used for the measurement of vibrations. The size and phase of extortion forces and their application points were selected individually for each resonance in order to get the best separation of it. The first stage of the study was based on recordings the frequency - amplitude characteristics. The second stage of the study was the Identification of individual frequencies and mode shapes of each resonance, which was implemented by choosing the size and the proportion of mutual phase shifts between the extortion forces. In the selection the criteria based on minimizing the phase difference of vibrations measured at several points of the structure were used. The final stage of this study was to register the frequency and shapes mode of the tested resonance and the resonance generalized masses and damping coefficients.

The purpose of this paper is to present tools to support personnel decisions in the company. The starting point is to measure the results of the work of employees in a given position. Combining the appropriate amount of information on the results of work in the past, a variety of workers and their important personal qualities will enable the construction of an econometric model. This model describes the mechanism of the effects of variation of operations, depending on the various characteristics of the employees. With such a model one can estimate the prediction effectiveness of individual candidates when the position becomes vacant. This may facilitate the selection of a suitable candidate from among many. This candidate has the greatest potential for productivity. The choice of such candidate is weighted with the lowest risk of erroneous personnel decisions.

Opis:
The article discusses the issues related to moulding of micro-elements from powder materials and it covers the first stage of the process - injecting to the mould cavity and filling the micro-channels. The material, which constituted the composition of a special thermoplastic binder and ceramic powder, was injected. The binder consisted of paraffin, polyethylene, wax and stearic acid. The nanometer powders from Al2O3 ceramic material with granularity of 660 nm and 135 nm and irregularly shaped particles were used. Different loading of composition by powder were used. The analyses of the impact of injection parameters, such as the mould-s temperature and the temperature of the material, on the quality of filling the micro-mould cavity with the material, were presented. The special moulding insert with micro-channels was made to perform the analyses to that effect with width from 50 to 1000 mm. The presented results of filling the micro-channels indicate considerable influence of the mould's temperature and the cross-section of microchannels. Slight impact of the material's temperature was observed; however, this factor does not have a considerable influence on filling the channel. The obtained information was used in the experiments of injection the samples for bending tests and tensile tests, and the shapes in the form of toothed wheels.

Opis:
The article is an attempt to show collecting achievements of Rev. Jan Wiśniewski (1876–1943), who after building an unusual, astonishingly vast and versatile collection of art and national memorabilia, donated it to the Diocesan Museum in Sandomierz. His collecting was rooted in the 19th century, in the spirit of growing patriotic awareness and interests in the history of one’s own country, resulted from the lack of independence. Apart from collecting, Rev. Wiśniewski conducted comprehensive research. As an amateur historian, he edited and published at his own cost 15 volumes of the Monografia dekanatów and Historyczne opisy kościołów. He started his collection in Radom, then continued accumulating items in Borkowice where he became a parish priest. It was there, in the parsonage, that he arranged the Museum of National Memorabilia. His exhibits were often displayed as loans outside his museum. As confirmed in written sources, Rev. Jan Wiśniewski had many contacts among collectors, antiquarians, art dealers and bibliophiles, some of them of great renown. His collection became a cornerstone of the Diocesan Museum in Sandomierz, which seems to be his intention from the start, as much as saving from demolition the historic elements of churches’ interiors. He was building his collection in order to make it public and pass on to the following generations.
Gromadził swoje zbiory początkowo w Radomiu, a następnie w Borkowicach, gdzie na plebanii kościoła, w którym został proboszczem, urządził Muzeum Pamiątek Narodowych. Zbiory wypożyczał na liczne wystawy. Materiały źródłowe informują o szerokich kontaktach ks. Jana Wiśniewskiego z kolekcjonerami, antykwariuszami, marszandami i bibliofilami, nie brak wśród nich postaci wybitnych. Kolekcja ks.

Opis:
In the work authors applied speech recognition techniques to find disfluent events. The recognition system based on the Hidden Markov Model Toolkit was built and tested. The set of context dependent HMM models was trained and used to locate speech disturbances. Authors were not concentrated on specific disfluency type but tried to find any extraneous sounds in a speech signal. Patients read prepared sentences, the system recognized them and then results were compared to manual transcriptions. It allowed the system to be more robust and enabled to find all disfluencies types appearing at word boundaries. Such system can by utilized in many ways, for example like a "preprocessor" that finds strange sounds in a speech to be analyzed or classified by other algorithms later, to evaluate or track therapy process of stuttering people, to evaluate speech fluency by ´normal´ speakers, etc.

This paper contains results of experimental tests of the influence of passive ballistic protection on aerodynamic coefficients of the model fuselage of the Sokol helicopter. The research was carried out in the Institute of Aviation low speed wind tunnel T3 of 5 m diameter on the helicopter test stand. Measurements of aerodynamic coefficients acting on the fuselage with and without passive ballistic protection were taken using six–component internal strain gauge balance placed inside the model of the fuselage for the angles of attack α = –90-90° with step 10° and for sideslip angles β = –10°, 0°, 10°. Several aerodynamics coefficients: drag (Cx), force (Cy), lift (Cz) and moment: bank (Cmx), pitch (Cmy) and yaw (Cmz) were analysed. The results of the wind tunnel tests were presented in figures as non-dimensional mean values of the above aerodynamic coefficients. Different measurements of aerodynamic characteristics were made like: the influence of Reynolds number on the Cx of the helicopter fuselage with and without protection and the comparison of aerodynamic characteristics of the helicopter fuselage Cx, Cy, Cz, Cmx, Cmy, Cmz as the function of α, without stabiliser, with and without protection. Moreover, a comparison Cx, Cy, Cz, Cmx, Cmy, Cmz as the function of α, with a stabiliser, with and without protection was made and a comparison of the influence of a stabiliser and protection on the above aerodynamic characteristics for the range of useful angles of attack were analysed. A comparison of the influence of a stabiliser and protection on aerodynamic characteristics of the helicopter fuselage Cx, Cy, Cz, Cmx, Cmy, Cmz for the range of α angles of attack was also described.

The therapy of stuttering people is based on a proper selection of texts and then on a practice of their articulation by reading or narration. The texts are chosen on the basis of kind and intensity of dysfluencies appearing in a speech. Thus there is still a requirement to find effective and objective methods of analysis of dysfluent speech. Hidden Markov models are stochastic models widely used in recognition of any patterns appearing in a signal. In the work a simple monophone system based on the Hidden Markov Model Toolkit was built and tested in the context of detection and classification of phoneme repetitions - a common speech disorder in the Polish language.

The Hidden Markov Model (HMM) is a stochastic approach to recognition of patterns appearing in an input signal. In the work author's implementation of the HMM were used to recognize speech disorders - prolonged fricative phonemes. To achieve the best recognition effectiveness and simultaneously preserve reasonable time required for calculations two problems need to be addressed: the choice of the HMM and the proper preparation of an input data. Tests results for recognition of the considered type of speech disorders are presented for HMM models with different number of states and for different sizes of codebooks.
