Opis:: Celem opracowania jest zbudowanie modelu przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego o produkcji małoseryjnej w ujęciu zaopatrzenia, produkcji i zbytu, przeprowadzanie symulacji z jednoczesną weryfikacją i walidacją powstającego modelu. Budowa uniwersalnego modelu firmy z użyciem programu symulacyjnego pozwoli na przewidzenie wyników planowanych lub już rozpoczętych, działań związanych z zaopatrzeniem, produkcją i zbytem. W dalszej części zostanie przedstawiona budowa modelu symulacyjnego z użyciem programu VENSIM, przeprowadzenie symulacji i analiza wyników oraz ocena jakości zbudowanego modelu i propozycje usprawnień.
