Artykuł porusza zagadnienia z zakresu arteterapii, która znana jest również jako terapia przez sztukę. Działania prowadzone w jej obrębie polegają na wykorzystywaniu terapeutycznych właściwości sztuki w praktyce. Arteterapia jest pojęciem niezwykle obszernym. Zawiera w sobie bowiem wiele rodzajów terapii opierających swoje działania na szeroko pojętej sztuce. Wśród terapii wchodzących w zakres arteterapii można wymienić: terapię, której podstawę stanowi twórczość plastyczna, muzykoterapię, biblioterapię, teatroterapię, choreoterapię oraz estezjoterapię. Pisząc o właściwościach arteterapeutycznych, należy także wspomnieć o filmoterapii, kulturoterapii, hortikuloterapii oraz terapii zajęciowej. Artykuł ma charakter przeglądowy. Celem publikacji jest ukazanie czytelnikowi, jak szerokie spectrum oddziaływań ma arteterapia. W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia definicyjne z zakresu arteterapii. Zwrócono także uwagę na samą sztukę, która stanowi jej integralną część. Wyszczególnione zostały również techniki występujące w obszarze arteterapii. Wskazano także funkcje, jakie pełni ona w aspekcie oddziaływań terapeutycznych oraz w obszarze edukacji. Ponadto ukazano rolę arteterapeuty w procesie terapeutycznym. W artykule znalazły się także zagadnienia z zakresu arteterapii w aspekcie edukacyjnym. Wśród nich ukazane zostały obszary jej zastosowania wśród dzieci oraz przegląd wybranych pozycji literaturowych, przydatnych w działalności arteterapeutycznej.
The article broaches the subject of art therapy, which is also known as therapy through art. The activities carried out within it are based on the use of the therapeutic properties of the art practice. Art therapy is an extremely large concept and contains in itself many therapies based on its actions in art. Art therapy includes: therapy, which is based on plastic arts, music therapy, bibliotherapy, dramatherapy, dancetherapy and others. Writing about the properties of art therapy should also mention cinema therapy, culture therapy, horticultural therapy and occupational therapy. This article is a review and the aim of the publication is to show to the reader how wide a spectrum of interaction art therapy is. The article presents problems of definition in the field of art therapy. Attention was also drawn to the art itself, which is an integral part. Detailed techniques have also been shown in the field of art therapy and it also shows the functions that art therapy performs in in the area of education. Above all, the article shows the art therapist’s role in the therapeutic process. The article also included issues of art therapy in the context of education. Among them were areas of its application among children and a review of selected literature items, useful in art therapy activity. - Źródło:
