    The memory of a disastrous and vast deluge that took place in a very distant past appears in the texts of legends that originated in many civilizations and cultures. The biblical tradition, or rather traditions (pre-pastoral and pastoral), borrow numerous images and symbols from this heritage of mankind, so that within their own monotheistic theology the episode in the history of the early stage of mankind could be recorded. What in the Middle East mythologies and epics was ascribed to jealous gods’ whims, in Gen 6-9 is presented as the work of a just God, who rightly punishes the corrupted mankind for having destroyed His work of creation. In the biblical tradition also another theological motif appears that is completely missing from any ancient accounts of the deluge - the motif of God’s mercy and God's salutary interference into the history of the world and of man that aims at a revival of the universe and assumes the shape of a new work of creation. The present article tackles the issue of Gen 6-9 in a broad context of its relation to analogous Middle East traditions in order to show the origin, the process of editing as well as the literary and theological specificity of the biblical account of the Flood as completely as possible.

    At the heart of Karl Rahner's theological thought lies the relationship between spirit and matter, and his reflection on the soul should be read in this broad context. Since both spirit and matter have their origins in the same Creator, they are both mutually subjected to each other in such a way that matter is directed towards spirit. The qualitative elevation of matter is possible thanks to its active self-transcendence. Though this self-transcendence of matter results from its own dynamic activity, by no means does it happen by the power of its own nature. The driving force behind it, working 'from within it', comes from the creative power of God, who alone is the primal cause of every being. By constructing this concept, Rahner hopes to avert a danger of falling into a trap of anthropological dualism, in which the substantial unity of man gives way to a blend of two distinct elements. He also avoids the anthropomorphism of the Creator's acts, which would mean a reduction of God to a mythological demiurg, who merely perfects those beings that had already been created. Rahner's concept was widely discussed in academic circles, and criticised by some scholars. Despite his unambiguous declarations of adherence to classical metaphysics and the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, some ascribe him the idea of spiritualization of the matter; an idea which would be tantamount to a kind of ontological monism. Moreover, Rahner appears to combine the activities of the primal cause with the secondary ones. Some alternative concepts, while taking into account Rahner's basic proposals, seek to avoid the above mentioned problems by reducing the time gap between the fundamental teachings about the Creation: creatio originalis and creatio continua. Thus the acceptance of the theory of God's direct activity does not necessarily lead to his unacceptable anthropomorphism.

    The article discusses fundamental aesthetic stances which Tove Jansson has adopted in her Moomin books, traditionally perceived as children’s literature. Nevertheless, the series is notably multi-addressed, and analyses of numerous scenes allow us to draw conclusions about the author’s own concepts of beauty and art, which are accessible to more experienced readers. As the study shows, Jansson’s approach does not correspond to one specific theory but rather inclines to perceptualism, emotionalism and hedonism. Furthermore, the article discusses the reflections on the act of artistic creation which the artist interwove predominantly into the characterization of Moominmamma and Moominpappa. In the traits of these two key characters she addressed aspects of her own two artistic domains, painting and writing. However, taking a stand on serious philosophical matters, she managed to retain an evident child-oriented address, demonstrating her unique mastery of double address.

    The act of creation on the part of God is unique, but it has a trinitarian shape, since it is contained in the internal life of God. The act of creation is the action of Divine Persons. It culminated in the world, created living and non-living, material and non-material beings. From the perspective of world history the act of creation may be looked upon as an act of God that brought about the existence of the world and also as God’s ongoing effort aimed at sustaining the world in its existence and constant bringing about new beings. Creation in general, including creatio continua, has a trinitarian shape. It is an act of three Divine Persons, and especially an act of the Son of God, who as the only one of the Trinity, has the ability to embrace our human condition. This ability found its reflection in the Incarnation. Being both God and man, Christ is not only an acting subject but also a personified Coming into existence.

Jego celem jest pokazanie, jak duży jest potencjał tej formy tekstów we współtworzeniu wizji gry wideo (powstającej w umyśle gracza) i podtrzymywaniu immersji. Aby ten cel zrealizować, autor poddał analizie materiał tekstowy pochodzący z gry Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East, turowej strategicznej gry komputerowej, której akcja toczy się w fikcyjnym, fantastycznym świecie Ashan. Teskt pisany, we wspomnianej grze, wpływa znacząco na odbiór świata przedstawionego i w znacznym stopniu determinuje odbiór także innych elementów gry, oddziałując na całe doświadczenie rozgrywki. Dowodzi tego zaprezentowana w artykule analiza fontów/krojów pisma, organizacji przestrzennej tekstów pisanych oraz znaczenia treści tych tekstów.
    This article is about functions of written text in video game space. It aims to show the true potential of the written text in creating a vision of game in player’s mind and in keeping him immersed. I analyzed text material from the Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East, a turn-based strategy video game which action takes place in the fictional, colorful, fantasy world of Ashan. The written texts in mentioned video game determines the player’s perception of the other elements in the game and affects his playing experience. The following analysis of fonts, space organization of written texts and their meaning proves that point.

    W świetle niektórych tez, wywodu i argumentacji zawartych w najnowszej książce Jacka Wojtysiaka Między ukryciem a jawnością. Esej z filozofii religii i teologii filozoficznej (2023) w niniejszym artykule prezentuję ważne elementy chrześcijańskiej koncepcji aktu stwórczego i relacji Bóg-–świat oraz wynikających z tego konsekwencji dla wyrażania istotnych składników doktryny religijnej. Argumentuję, że nie jest możliwe stworzenie świata z (względną) autonomią oraz (względną) ludzką wolnością, w którym nie ma zła naturalnego i zła moralnego. W tym kontekście podkreślam wagę aspektowego i racjonalnego ujęcia relacji Stwórca–stworzenie oraz znaczenie teorii kenozy, w której akt kreacji przedstawiany jest jako swoiste samoograniczenie Boga.
    In light of the argumentation and some of the theses introduced by Jacek Wojtysiak in his latest book Między ukryciem a jawnością. Esej z filozofii religii i teologii filozoficznej [Between Hiddenness and Openness: An Essay in the Philosophy of Religion and Philosophical Theology], (2023), this article presents important components of the Christian concepts of the creative act and the God-world relationship as well as the consequences of this view for the expression of the essential elements of religious doctrine. I argue that it is impossible to create a world with (relative) autonomy and (relative) human freedom, in which there is no natural and moral evil. In this context, I emphasize not only the weight of an aspectual and rational approach to the Creator-creation relationship, but also the significance of the theory of kenosis, in which the act of creation is depicted as a kind of self-limitation of God.

    Opis:
    The article deals with crimes against air transport, which can be divided into two groups: seizures of aircraft and other crimes against civil aviation safety. The normative and legal definition of the classification of international crimes, disagreement in legal qualification and terminological definition of these crimes under the legislation of foreign states, as well as the lack of practical application of legal norms of conventions in combating international crimes, in part of the extradition, creates certain difficulties for the legislation. further extradition of persons hiding from investigation and court in a foreign state. In the crime of international character, similar to the internal state, the composition of the crime of international character is allocated, which is a set of objective and subjective features, based on which individuals attracted to criminal responsibility. But it should be noted that the elements of the crime of international character do not always coincide with elements of a crime in domestic criminal law. Basic normative acts aimed at providing aviation safety, operate on three levels: global level (International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), basic documents: Crimes Convention and some other acts committed on board aircraft (Tokyo, 1963) ; Convention on the fight against illegal capture of aircraft (GAAGA, 1971); Convention on the fight against illegal acts directed against the safety of civil aviation (Montreal, 1971); Protocol on the fight against acts of violence at airports serving civil aviation (Montreal, 1988, complements the Montreal Convention in 1971); Convention on the marking of plastic explosives in order to detect (Montreal, 1991); Convention on the fight against illegal acts concerning international civil aviation (Beijing, 2010) ; regional level (European Aviation Security Agency (EASA), European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC), European and North Atlantic Bureau of ICAO (Paris), Found Documents – Politics of the European Civil Aviation Conference in Aviation Safety; National Level – State Aviation Administration (SAA), Basic Documents: Air Code of Ukraine of 19.05.2011, Law of Ukraine “On the State Program of Aviation Safety of Civil Aviation” dated 20.02.2003, Order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine No. 390 dated May 11, 2007, instructions for assessing the risk of security of civil aviation of Ukraine.
    У статті досліджено злочини проти безпеки авіаційного транспорту, які можна розділити на дві групи: захоплення повітряних суден та інші злочини проти безпеки цивільної авіації. Вивчено та досліджено нормативно-правове визначення класифікації злочинів міжнародного характеру, розбіжності в юридичній кваліфікації і термінологічному визначенні вказаних злочинів за законодавством іноземних держав, а також відсутність практичного застосування правових норм конвенцій щодо боротьби зі злочинами міжнародного характеру, в частині екстрадиції, що створює певні труднощі для подальшої екстрадиції осіб, які переховуються від слідства та суду в іноземній державі. У злочині міжнародного характеру, подібно внутрішньо-державному, виділяється склад злочину міжнародного характеру, що являє собою сукупність об’єктивних і суб’єктивних ознак, на підставі яких особи притягаються до кримінальної відповідальності. Але слід зазначити, що елементи складу злочину міжнародного характеру не завжди збігаються з елементами злочину у внутрішньо-державному кримінальному законодавстві. Основні нормативні акти, спрямовані на забезпечення авіаційної безпеки, діють на трьох рівнях: глобальний рівень (Міжнародна Організація Цивільної Авіації (ІКАО), основні документи: Конвенція про злочини та деякі інші акти, які вчинюються на борту повітряних суден (Токіо, 1963 р.); Конвенція про боротьбу із незаконним захватом повітряних суден (Гаага, 1971 р.); Конвенція про боротьбу із незаконними актами, спрямованими проти безпеки цивільної авіації (Монреаль, 1971 р.); Протокол про боротьбу із актами насильства в аеропортах, які обслуговують цивільну авіацію (Монреаль, 1988 р., доповнює Монреальську Конвенцію 1971 р.); Конвенція про маркування пластичних вибухових речовин з метою їх виявлення (Монреаль, 1991 р.); Конвенція про боротьбу із незаконними актами стосовно Міжнародної цивільної авіації (Пекін, 2010 р.); регіональний рівень (Європейське агентство безпеки авіації (EASA), Європейська Конференція Цивільної Авіації (ECAC), Європейське і Північноатлантичне бюро ІКАО (Париж), основні документи – Політика Європейської конференції цивільної авіації в сфері авіаційної безпеки; національний рівень – Державна авіаційна адміністрація (САА), основні документи: Повітряний кодекс України від 19.05.2011 р., Закон України «Про Державну програму авіаційної безпеки цивільної авіації» від 20.02.2003 р., Наказ Міністерства транспорту і зв’язку України № 390 від 11.05.2007 р., Інструкція по оцінці рівня загрози безпеці цивільної авіації України.

    Ten tekst to moja pierwsza reakcja na artykuł Profesora Artura Andrzejuka Struktura bytu w «Summa contra Gentiles» Tomasza z Akwinu, opublikowany w „Roczniku Tomistycznym / Annuaire Thomiste” N° 6 (2017). Cel, który mi tu przyświecał. – Jeżeli jest krytyczny, to bynajmniej nie w sensie grecko-obiegowym „polemos / polemiki” (pozytywno-negatywnej, zaangażowanej-rewandykującej… oceny) lecz jedynie w sensie grecko-kantowskim „krinein / (z)różnicowania” (neutralnej--bezstronnej-wyodrebniąjącej… identyfikacji)! – Chodzi tu o precyzyjne wskazanie aspektów Tomaszowej doktryny bytu, które są w tym artykule tematycznie przedstawione i, o usytuowanie ich w ramach tej doktryny jako całości (tzn. w jej stanie sfinalizowanym-ostatecznym, w momencie śmierci Świetego Tomasza). - Oczywiście, tylko na tyle, na ile, skądinąd, ja sam jestem w stanie te doktrynalna całość zrozumieć-przedstawić… Przy okazji (tytułem wyjściowej wskazówki) nie jestem tomistą ortodoksyjnym- wojującym... - Moje zaintersowanie doktryną Tomaszową-Tomistyczną jest tu czysto tekstowe-historyczne. Nie to, co o tej doktrynie myślę, co mógłbym - za nią, czy też, przeciw niej - ewentualnie powiedzieć jest tu istotne! - Nie, jedynie sama zgodność opracowania - z duchem, z literą… doktryny Tomaszowej, która jest tego opracowania przedmiotem! Niniejszy tekst, ma zatem - expressis verbis - jedynie dwa cele: * Z zewnątrz, zlokalizować-usytuować prezentacje Profesora Andrzejuka w ramach Tomaszowej doktryny bytu jako takiej (w jej ostatecznym zakresie, formie i treści…) … , * Od wewnątrz, zdecydować czy - w explicite zamierzonym zakresie prezentacji (w zakresie - „zegzystencjonalizowanej substancji drugiej”) - opracowanie Profesora Andrzejuka jest adekwatne- -kompletne?! I tu dwa pytania: * Co do celu pierwszego. – Czy (gdyż nie zapomniawszy żadnego sine qua non tematu Tomaszowej metafizyki) moja lokalizacja prezentacji Profesora Andrzejuka się powiodła? * Co do celu drugiego. - Czy wszystkie aspekty Tomaszowej doktryny bytu, w zakresie prezentacji profesora Andrzejuka (takie jak „jestestwa kosmologiczne”, „elementy” i „mieszanki elementów” - zostały w niej adekwatnie-wyczerpująco (tu mam pewne wątpliwości) potraktowane?
