W artykule przedstawiono fragment procesu badania stanu technicznego rakiet przeciwlotniczych po wieloletniej eksploatacji mającego na celu określenie możliwości ich dalszej eksploatacji po okresie gwarantowanym przez producenta. Omówiono przedmiot przeprowadzanych badań oraz zastosowane podczas badań procedury. Zaprezentowano wykryte podczas procesu badawczego nietypowe uszkodzenie instalacji pneumatycznej jednej z badanych rakiet. Wykazano jak duży wpływ miało stwierdzone uszkodzenie na prawidłowe funkcjonowanie podzespołów rakiety. Zaproponowano dwa możliwie warianty przyczyny powstania uszkodzenia i przebiegu procesu degradacji omawianego podzespołu. Omówiono przeprowadzone sprawdzenia kompleksowe rakiety i autonomiczne zespołu pilota automatycznego z wykorzystaniem automatycznej stacji kontrolno-pomiarowej. Przedstawiono także wnioski z przeprowadzonych badań i analiz. Wykazano konieczność opracowania procedur umożliwiających wykrycie opisanej niesprawności bez ingerencji w proces eksploatacji rakiet.
A part of a testing process for technical status of antiaircraft missiles subjected to long term service conditions aimed to specify possibilities for prolongation the service life time beyond manufacturer’s guarantee period is presented in the paper. The subject of tests and used procedures are presented. There is a description of an untypical defect of the pneumatic system detected in one of tested missiles and its impact onto the technical efficiency of missile subsystems. Two possible options describing a cause of the malfunction and a degradation process profile of defected subunit are presented. Complex inspections of the missile and autonomous examinations of the autopilot by the automatic checking-measurement station are described. Conclusions from carried out tests and analyses are included. A recommendation is made to develop a procedure for detecting this type of defects without any interfering into the missile operational service process.

Opis:
One of the most important tasks of military logistics is to ensure proper use and technical maintenance of armaments and military equipment. Providing maintenance support services on the modern battlefield, with its saturation with complex technical solutions, poses a significant challenge for the logistics system of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. It is the duty of military logistics to adjust the potential of logistical sub-units as well as the organizational scheme and procedures of logistical support in accordance with changes occurring in the field. In times of peace, maintenance support services are focused on preventing equipment malfunctions. If a given piece of equipment becomes non-operational, their task consists in restoring it to full working order, taking into account all economic considerations. The vehicles should feature good traction characteristics in varied terrain and be adapted to operation in both cold and hot environments. The training of repair sub-unit staff remains an important element affecting the standard of maintenance support.

Gotowość bojowa okrętu jest w znacznym stopniu uzależniona od zdatności technicznej podstawowych urządzeń i mechanizmów okrętowych. Zdatność techniczna określona jest normami eksploatacyjnymi i uzależniona jest od stanu technicznego urządzeń. W trakcie użytkowania sprzętu wojskowego liczyć się należy z zużywaniem się urządzeń na skutek starzenia fizycznego, powstawania uszkodzeń eksploatacyjnych lub zniszczeń bojowych. Odtwarzanie zdatności technicznej okrętu realizowane jest po powrocie do portu, i podczas działań na morzu. W portach i bazach morskich zadania związane z odtwarzaniem zdatności technicznej realizowane są przez brzegowe elementy systemu remontowego. Podczas realizacji zadań na morzu załoga okrętu jest w stanie w ograniczonym zakresie, przy wykorzystaniu okrętowych zestawów remontowych, dokonać podstawowych obsług technicznych oraz napraw. Odtwarzanie sprawności i zdatności technicznej urządzeń okrętowych jest uzależnione od właściwego zabezpieczenia logistycznego tego procesu.
A ship’s combat readiness is significantly dependent on the technical worthiness of basic ship equipment and mechanisms. Technical worthiness is determined by operation rates and depends on the condition of equipment. While using military equipment, one may expect the wear and tear of systems resulting from physical ageing, operation or combat damage. The restoration of ship’s technical efficiency is completed after returning to the harbour or during operations at sea. The tasks of restoring technical efficiency are performed in harbours and in naval bases by ashore elements of the repair system. During operations at sea a crew is able, to a limited extent, to carry out basic technical maintenance. The restoration of the technical worthiness and efficiency of ship equipment depends on appropriate logistic support.

W artykule wykazano, że częstotliwość przeglądów technicznych ? remontów spalinowozów z silnikami diesla można prognozować analizując parametry eksploatacyjne. Obecnie najbardziej rozpowszechnione są trzy strategie: do awarii, planowo-wyprzedzająca i adaptacyjna (diagnostyczna). W konkretnych warunkach zarządzania gospodarczego na pierwsze miejsce wysuwa się specyfika użytkowania spalinowozów, o zaraz po niej - normatywne wymagania techniczne, reglamentujące eksploatację spalinowozów. Ustalono, że poprzez odnotowywanie zużycia paliwa oraz mocy spalinowozów można określić czas eksploatacji, po upływie którego konieczne będzie przeprowadzenie przeglądu technicznego. Przedłożona została teoretyczna zależność okresu międzyremontowego diesli od porównawczego zużycia paliwa, wykorzystywana do oceny prawdopodobieństwa bezawaryjnej pracy oraz zaproponowana metodyka prognozowania trwałości spalinowozów z silnikami diesla. Znając właściwą dla danej marki spalinowozu liczbę przeglądów technicznych, można oszacować okres międzyremontowy w zależności od godzinnego i porównawczego zużycia paliwa oraz uwzględniając ich prawdopodobieństwo bezawaryjnej pracy, w ten sposób prognozując ich trwałość.
The article testifies that technical maintenance and repair terms as well as durability can be predicted accordingly to the maintenance parameters of the diesel locomotives. It is determined that fixing fuel consumption and capacity of diesel locomotives and taking in comparison with limit values allows to set a performance date for technical maintenance. Introduced suggested aspects of interrepair resource of the diesels dependent on comparable fuel consumption and evaluating their operating probability without failure for the durability prediction of diesel locomotives. Currently, the most common are three strategies: until failure, scheduled - premonitory and adaptive (diagnostic). When the quantity of necessary technical maintenances is known for the specific kind of diesel locomotives it is possible to determine interrepair resource depending on comparative and required per hour consumption of fuel and predict their durability taking into account probability of operating without failures.

Opis:
The fault diagnosis for maintenance of machines operating in variable conditions requires special dedicated methods. Variable load or temperature conditions affect the vibration signal values. The article presents a new approach to diagnosing rotating machines using an artificial neural network, the training of which does not require data from the damaged machine. This is a new approach not previously found in the literature. Until now, neural networks have been used for machine diagnosis in the form of classifiers, where data from individual faults were required. A new diagnostic parameter rDPNS (Relative Differences Product of Network Statistics) as a function of the machine's shaft order was proposed as a kind of new order spectrum independent of the machine's operating conditions. The presented work analyses the use of the proposed method to diagnose misalignment and unbalance. The results of an experiment carried out in the laboratory demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Artykuł przedstawia ekonomiczne aspekty gospodarowania wielorodzinnymi zasobami mieszkaniowymi w latach 2006-2007. Badanie przeprowadzono w komunalnych, spółdzielczych, TBS oraz prywatnych czynszowych zasobach mieszkaniowych. W artykule pokazana jest wysokość i struktura kosztów utrzymania oraz źródeł ich pokrycia, a także sytuacja finansowa jednostek zarządzających i administrujących zasobami mieszkaniowymi.
The paper presents economic aspects of managing multi-family housing resources in 2006-2007. The research covered resources owned by municipalities, housing cooperatives, social housing associations, and private owners. The paper shows amounts and structures of maintenance costs, the sources of covering them, as well as financial standing of entities that administer and manage housing resources.

Mining machinery maintenance strategy based on the current dynamic condition of the equipment not only improves reliability, reduces repair and renovation costs, but also affects electricity costs. Due to the use of modern monitoring and diagnostic systems, as well as advanced control and supervision methods, it is possible to improve the efficiency of devices and thus reduce energy costs. The aim of this study was to analyze the existing barns in terms of cow maintenance systems, structure and technological solutions of buildings at large dairy farms in northern Poland. The studies were conducted in northern Poland in West Pomeranian, Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Warmian-Masurian and Podlaskie voivodships. The study included field inventory and questionnaire studies at some chosen farms of these voivodships.The farm size criterion was set at the herd size of 150 or more head of cattle. Based on the obtained study results and their analysis, it was established that in northern Poland the highest number of large dairy farms (41%) was located in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodship and the majority of dairy farms comprised 1-3 barns built of reinforced concrete and equipped with a gravity ventilation system. In all regions prevailed farms keeping 150 - 200 head of cattle and the largest average herd size of 460 head of cattle was in the West Pomeranian voivodship. The most often barns were equipped with herringbone milking parlours (45%) for 21-25 cows milked at once and the indoor feeding table (63%).

W artykule przedstawiono nowoczesne rozwiązania organizacyjno-techniczne w zakresie utrzymania obiektów technicznych, a zwłaszcza sprzętu wojskowego, w stanie zdatności zadaniowej. Przedstawiono przy tym możliwości modyfikacji systemu utrzymania techniki wojskowej w następujących obszarach: pozyskiwanie sprzętu wojskowego, potencjał ludzki, rozwiązania organizacyjne i techniczne. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz i przykładów, zaproponowano zmiany, jakie powinny zostać wprowadzone w systemie utrzymania techniki wojskowej.
The paper presents modern organisational and technical solutions with regard to maintaining technical objects (especially military equipment) in usable conditions. The author discusses the possibilities of modifying the maintenance system in the following areas: military systems purchases, human potential, organisational and technical solutions. On the basis of the analyses conducted and the examples presented, rationalisations have been suggested, which should be introduced in the maintenance system of military equipment.

The state of the technical infrastructure determines the degree to which the quality requirements of products are met and has a significant impact on occupational safety. A practical test of the quality management support model confirms that the practice of conducting analyzes of the level of modernity of infrastructure with its application contributed to identifying critical machine components, examining factors affecting the quality of technological operations, reducing uncertainty and the risk of risky events, and conducting activities in line with the concept of continuous improvement. The course of action detailed in the model makes it possible to determine the relationships that exist between key categories of factors and critical product defects, and accidents and near-misses. This allows for the proposal of adequate improvement measures. Further studies concern the implementation of the model at other workstations in the foundry company.
