The article reveals the processes of transformation of diplomatic activity of the state under the influence of the Internet information and communication services. Relevance of this problem is caused by new opportunities and challenges the state diplomatic service faces under conditions of existence of such cross-border communication media as the Internet. In particular, it includes the possibilities of establishing the channels of target audiences direct informing abroad and operational informing of the world community as for rather topical issues of the state foreign policy. In the present political conditions and limited (compared with Russia) media opportunities it is more important for Ukraine to use the Internet to deliver its position on urgent problems of its domestic and foreign policy.

Increasing the volume of construction and meeting the requirements to reduce the cost of housing contribute to the flourishing of industrial housing. First, industrial housing is cheaper, and its construction is necessary for implementation of the state policy in relation to the needy in improvement of housing conditions of needy disabled citizens, and also their other categories enjoying the privileges provided by the legislation (social housing). Secondly, with the transition to the construction of residential buildings of modernized series, i.e. houses of modern consumer and operational qualities, it is possible to move to meet the needs of a wider range of consumers, namely the more affluent segments of the population, organizations and enterprises of various forms of ownership. Thus, project institutes have developed new standard series of panel buildings, allowing to build housing with increased kitchens, bathrooms, staircases, equipped with freight elevators. In the development of some standard series managed to ensure that modern panel houses have Bay Windows, French balconies, individual architectural solutions, non-standard input groups. Solutions for the development of a series of 25-storey houses, as well as industrial 3-room houses of the manor type for rural areas on the basis of products of large-panel housing (LPH) construction are being worked out. To date, there are 14 enterprises of efficiency and house-building plants in the Republic, of which 8 enterprises are subordinated to the Ministry of construction and architecture of the Republic of Belarus and 6 enterprises are in communal ownership, and all enterprises to a greater or lesser extent require the renewal of technological equipment, reconstruction of industrial buildings and structures. In order to solve this problem, a State comprehensive program for the development of the material and technical base of the construction industry was developed, within the framework of which investment projects for the reconstruction, modernization and technical re-equipment of LPH plants were implemented.

The present paper considers the essential role of cultural diplomacy as a foreign policy vector and discusses its place among the tools of public diplomacy. The emphasis is placed on analysing the potential of cultural diplomacy in the Ukrainian foreign policy activities. In particular, the authors examine institutional aspects of promotion of the Ukrainian culture abroad; special attention is paid to the Ukrainian Institute, established in 2017 under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As for many years there was no comprehensive governmental approach to cultural diplomacy, private initiatives in the field emerged to fill the gap. Having received some support from the Foreign Affairs Ministry and Ukraine’s diplomatic missions, these entities became part of the state’s cultural diplomacy mechanisms.

In this article a three-dimensional mathematical model of radiofrequency ablation during open-heart surgery is presented. It was developed to study temperature field distribution into myocardial tissue. This model uses an anatomically correct 3D model for the left atrium, obtained by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) processing of a patient; takes into account thermoelectric characteristic differences depending on the area of electric current application; considers cooling by the air flow. An ex-vivo experiment on the pig’s heart was performed where the depth of myocardium tissue damage was measured for the model validation. It was shown that the deviation of the model data from the experiment is within the limits of instrumental measurement error. The developed model is proposed to be used for heart ablation procedures planning, or new equipment development.

The article presents the results of experimental studies of the influence of granite dust on the properties and durability of concrete. The use of industrial waste - granite dust, in the processing of granite into crushed stone, at the same time allows the rational use of natural resources and solve environmental problems. The possibility of improving the construction and technical properties of concrete filled with granite dust is considered. Experimental-statistical models of technological and physical-mechanical properties of concretes are presented and analyzed, ways of their improvement are shown. The complex of strength properties, water absorption, frost resistance, and durability of such concrete have been studied. The studied concrete are characterized by a more intensive set of strength and obtaining mixtures of “sticky” consistency. Due to the partial replacement of sand by granite dust, the microstructure of the cement matrix is compacted, which is the main reason for reducing porosity and increasing the durability of structures based on the proposed concrete.
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań doświadczalnych wpływu pyłu granitowego na właściwości i trwałość betonu. Badano betony wykonane z użyciem: cementu portladzkiego CEM I 42,5N, kruszywa grubego granitowego i pyłu granitowego, piasku i superplastyfikatora na bazie estrów polikarboksylowych. Badania eksperymentalne, których wyniki podano w pracy, przeprowadzono z wykorzystaniem matematycznego planowania eksperymentu, co pozwoliło na algorytmizację wykonania eksperymentów według schematu, który jest optymalny zarówno z punktu widzenia zakresu pracy eksperymentalnej, jak i wymagań statystycznych. Czynnikami zmiennymi był wskaźnik W/C (od 0,48 do 0,60) oraz zawartość pyłu granitowego (od 0 do 200 kg/m3). Zwiększenie zawartości pyłu granitowego (PG) od 0 kg/m3 do 200 kg/m3 spowodowało wzrost wytrzymałości wcześnej o 15%, 30% i 50% przy W/C, odpowiednio: 0,48, 0,54 i 0,60. W wieku 28 dni wpływ dodatku pyłu granitowego jest bardziej znaczący przy wysokich wartościach stosunku W/C. Wzrost zawartości pyłu granitowego od 0 kg/m3 do 200 kg/m3 spowodował wzrost wytrzymałości odpowiednio o 8-12% przy W/C = 0;48, o 28-32% - przy W/C = 0;54 i do 50% przy W/C = 0;48. Dodatek pyłu granitowego ma także znaczący wpływ na nasiąkliwość betonu. Zwiększenie zawartości pyłu do 200 kg/m3 spowodowało znaczne zmniejszenie nasiąkliwości z 4,8% do 3,8%, z 4,2% do 3,5% i z 3,4% do 3,0% przy wskaźnikach W/C, wynoszących odpowiednio 0,48; 0,54 i 0.60, Dodatek pyłu granitowego znacznie ogranicza (ale nie eliminuje) porowatość kapilarną strefy kontaktowej, w skutek gwałtownej zmiany całkowitej zawartosci Ca(OH)2. Dodatkowo, efekt “mikrowypełniacza”, który działa jak centrum krystalizacji, przyśpiesza początkowy etap chemicznego utwardzania. Produkty hydratacji są osadzane na małych cząsteczkach pyłu, które tworzą centra krystalizacji. Betony z dodatkiem pyłu granitowego charakteryzują się dość dużą odpornością na korozję w różnych środowiskach agresywnych, w tym na działanie kwasów. Na podstawie wyników badań wykazano, że odporność korozyjna betonu wzrasta wraz ze wzrostem dodatku pyłu granitowego. W szczególności odporność na korozję magnezową w próbkach bez pyłu po 90 dniach wynosi 0,75, natomiast z pyłem - 0,8. Niski współczynnik W/C oraz poprawa parametrów struktury porowej betonów z dodatkiem pyłu granitowego przyczynia się do wzrostu ich mrozoodporności. Dla badanych struktur betonowych mrozoodporność wynosi F200-F300. W skutek częściowego zastąpienia piasku pyłem granitowym w mieszance, następuje zagęszczenie mikrostruktury matrycy cementowej, co jest główną przyczyną zmniejszenia porowatości i zwiększenia trwałości konstrukcji wykonanych z tego betonu.
