Opis:: Accuracy of machined components is one of the most critical considerations for any manufacturer. However, when milling the radial force deflects the cutting tool and workpiece. It affects the precision and quality of machined surfaces. The extent of the deviations can be predicted in various mathematical models. Thus, the errors can be compensated in NC programme effectively. So it is possible to machine with high cutting conditions, and also a high quality of machined surface can be achieved. In this paper are predicted deflection of milling tools and thin-walled workpiece. The experimental results show that the overall error in the flexible milling can be captured and predicted with very high accuracy.

Opis:: The object of the research is a part “Flange half of differential case”, which has complex shape of a housing. The subjects of the research are the processes of selection of analogue material, workpiece production method, and justification of the structural and technological parameters of a part, taking into account 3D-modeling of the structure, deformations, displacements, stresses, and safety factor. The selection of analogue material is connected with suspension of production of open-hearth steel grade Mst.6 GOST 380-50. The objectives of the work include juxtaposition of computer models of deformations, displacements, stresses, safety factors of the part made of different analogue materials; comparison of models according workpiece production methods with consideration of material utilization ratio, structural and technological features of resulting workpieces. For modelling we have chosen the several types of materials. Research on modelling processes was fulfilled by means of software of Kompasv17, Solid Works, Solid works simulation. Volumetric models of parts and workpieces for all studied materials have been created taking into account the deformations, displacements, stresses, and safety factor. There results of modelling of “Flange half of differential case” allowed us to make recommendations for production conditions. These recommendations include the use of steel 45 GOST 1050-2013 as analogue material, hot forging of a workpiece on a horizontal forging machine, creating of design and technological documentation for the manufacture of the part.

Opis:: The goal of the present paper is to determine the porosity behavior of new development insulated iron powder compounds without and with different additions of aluminum alloy Alumix 321 (5 and 10 wt%). A significant disadvantage of PM processing is the presence of porosity. Pores act as crack initiators and, due to their presence, the distribution of stress is inhomogeneous across the cross-section and leads to the reduction of the effective load bearing area. Quantitative image analysis of investigated material treats pores as isolated plane two-dimensional objects in solid surroundings. To describe the dimensional and morphological porosity characteristics, the dimensional characteristic D_{circle} and the morphological characteristics f_{shape} and f_{circle} were explored. Both the morphology and the distribution of pores shows a significant effect on the cold welding or appropriate bonds between adjacent particles.

Opis:: We study spectral properties of a quantum dot attached to two superconductors with nonzero phase difference. The system is described as a single-impurity Anderson model coupled to BCS superconducting leads. We utilize diagrammatic perturbation expansion in the Coulomb interaction to capture relevant physical phenomena, particularly the effect of the Coulomb interaction on the Andreev bound states present in the electronic spectrum. Results of the Hartree-Fock and the random phase approximations at zero temperature are presented.

Opis:: We use an analytic solver for the single-impurity Anderson model based on simplified parquet equations to describe the Kondo asymptotics. This scheme uses a two-particle self-consistency to control the strong-coupling Kondo critical behavior of this model at half filling. The equations can be written in the real-frequency representation, which gives us direct access to spectral functions unlike numerical schemes in the Matsubara formalism. We compare our results to those obtained by second-order perturbation theory, numerical renormalization group, and continuous-time quantum Monte Carlo in order to assess the reliability of this approximation.

Opis:: When we want to exam the faith of Job we must first distinguish two parts in the Book of Job. The first one is called the Prologue (with the Epilogue) and the second one consists of the poetic part of the Dialogues. In the first section we can see Job as a very just and righteous man who fears the Lord and turns away from evil. After two tragic and painful tests (when our protagonist loses his property, children and his own health) Job remains faithful to God and humbly accepts his fate. He seems to be a trustful servant of God. However, the reading of the poetical section shows us Job as a rebel who cannot accept his dramatic conditions, who curses the day of his birth and conception, who argues with his friends and accuses God of treating Him as the source of his sorrows. He seems to be an unfaithful and trustless rebel. The image of Job according to the part of Dialogues is more realistic (from the psychological point of view) and nearer to all of us. When God reveals himself to Job and speaks to him, he returns to his humble attitude and once again agrees with the Divine Will. That is why we can call him a faithful and trustful servant who experienced the period of rebellion. Finally, he remains a good example of deep faith and confidence in God though he passed rebellious moments in his life.

Opis:: The mechanical properties and substructure formation of high purity aluminium (99.999%) processed by severe plastic deformation method (equal channel angular pressing) were studied. The equal channel angular pressing process was carried out at room temperature by route C (sample rotation around the axis about 180° after each pass) in a die with two channels intersecting at an angle of Φp = 90. The softening mechanism through dynamic recovery was recognized up to 6th equal channel angular pressing pass, however, after that the mechanical strengthening was revealed. The samples after equal channel angular pressing processing were annealed in different temperature and time conditions. The influence of annealing temperature and time on microhardness as well as diameter of grain size were investigated in samples processed by the 4th equal channel angular pressing pass.

Opis:: Główny problem szkicu dotyczy korespondencji myślowej Stefana Żeromskiego z postawą Brata Alberta, który stał prototypem „kulawego starca” w pierwszej części trylogii powieściowej Walka z szatanem. Autorka zastanawia się, czy pisarz poznał osobiście Brata Alberta, dlaczego Nawracanie Judasza nie zrobiło na nim najlepszego wrażenia, a także nad kwestią, na ile postawa głównego bohatera Nawracania Judasza jest konsekwencją światopoglądowych przekonań twórcy, a na ile pewne rysy osobowości postaci literackiej zostały wykreowane pod wpływem zaciekawienia Żeromskiego intrygującą historią życia Adama Chmielowskiego-Brata Alberta.
The main concept of the article concerns Stefan Zeromski’s exchange of thought with the attitudes of Brother Albert, who became a prototype of a “lame old man” in Żeromski’s first part of the trilogy Struggle with Satan. The author concerns herself with the following issues: whether Żeromski ever personally Brother Albert and why The Conversion of Judas (Nawracanie Judasza) did not impress him. The article also explores issues related to what extent the attitudes of main hero of The Conversion of Judas are a consequence of Żeromski’s personal convictions or if the intriguing story of Adam Chmielowski’s (Brother Albert) life influenced the creation of the literary character’s personality.
