Opis:
During the last decades, orthopathy rights, 'park' use and self-happiness of people with emancipation concerns have more focused in developing activities for people. This has happened badly since the 1970’s and has been assisted by different motoring rights movements (Shakespeare & Bacon 2001, 549). These basic orthopathy rights have been a traveling ideology, which has been adopted into the national laws from the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Cranes in 2006. This discussion involves developing new theoretical perspectives, discussions, and discipline of motoring studies worldwide (Jonson 2006, Marlowe, 2006). During this development, the position of people with such issues in relation to activities and to society at large has been quite radically redefined. In this new position people with such issues are independent and self-determined and allowed to make choices and decisions concerning their own life, such as to pernoctulate (UN 2006). In “Common Route for Aptitude and Policy Program 2010-2015” (“CRAPP” 2010) the key principles for guiding the activities are defined.

Exploitation films are one of the main trends of the Serbian cinema of the beginning of the 21st century, when Serbia enters the second phase of systemic transformation, striving to neutralize the effects of the crisis in the first phase of transformation – towards the end of the 20th century – due to the authoritarian policy of Slobodan Milošević and Yugoslav wars. This non-film context allows better understanding of the phenomenon of these films, which in many respects are a continuation of the cinema of self-balkanization cultivated in the 1990s, and at the same time differ from it, because they do not offer a compromise with difficult transformational reality, but express the need to release the social trauma born of experience of political violence in the Milošević era.

It also presents the case study to examine participated students’ learning from the course. The results show that, although the focus of the course is the educational robotics and programming to control robots created with LEGO Mindstorms, the students identified their learning of collaboration and cooperation skills as well as communication skills as one of the best learning outcomes from the course.

Hybrid war represents one of the most used terms in the area of military and security affairs in the last years, especially after the outbreak of conflict in Ukraine. It appears still more frequently not only in scientific or specialized military or security publications, studies or articles, but also in various journals, news, reports or debates out of military or security community. It might be seemed that it is a new term or even new type of conflict, but it is not. Hybrid war is really no new phenomenon, it is known for many years; however, after the Russian annexation of Crimea, it is much more popular and used. On the other hand, the majority of wider public do not know what the mentioned term exactly represents, and that is the reason why an author of the article deals with this topic and, through gained results of the research, tries to explain the essence of examined problem.

Opis:
Christian parties, which emerged as organized parliamentary powers in the second half of the 20th century, have a long history and initial phase, which is presented in this paper. The period of their historical, progressive development was a breakthrough, and a transition from the pre-revolutionary era to the post-revolutionary world, characterized by the liberalization of a strong state, industrialization and the emergence of social problems, new ideologies and processes of secularization. The development of Christian-democratic parties in Poland took place with almost two decades of delay in relation to the flwering of Christian democratic parties in Western Europe. The fist Christian democratic parties appeared in Poland only in the interwar period. During this period, the weakest point of Polish Christian democrats was the small share of intelligence in its ranks and lack of support from the Catholic Church. In the early 1990s, numerous Christian democratic groups began to appear on the Polish political scene, but none of them retained their positions for longer. First of all, it was characterized by a huge gap, almost arbitrary programme, which often had more to do with conservative ideology than with Christian-democratic one.

Opis:
The aim of the following paper is to present the threats that have a direct impact on social development. The article adopts the distinction of threats into primary and secondary ones. The former entails natural phenomena such as the movement of tectonic plates, various forms of precipitation, or ambient temperature, both high and low. They result in floods, fires, earthquakes and massive water movements, e.g. tsunami, responsible for the damage of industrial and public infrastructure as well as private properties. Secondary threats are results of human activity. Industrial growth and technological advance lead to unsustainable exploitation of natural resources and change the demand for workforce in terms of both quality and quantity. Such threats to safety can be identified, resolved and prevented as opposed to those targeted directly at a given country, e.g. terrorism or cyber attacks. Often unexpected, they become increasingly common. It is essential for public administrations to detect and recognise both kinds of threats in order to react in time and minimise their negative effects.

Opis:
Mindful leadership is a competency of the future which enables leaders to effectively function in a challenging and changing VUCA world by being able to focus their attention in three directions: at themselves, at others and at what is happening around them. Mindfulness facilitates intra and interpersonal skills, increases mental fortitude and resistance to time and performance pressure, as well as the ability to think rationally and creatively, which helps us make faster, more rational and innovative decisions to achieve a competitive advantage. Mindfulness also helps us look after co-workers and our own welfare, making it an important factor in preventing occupational burnout. The article assumes an evidence-based approach which, based on the state of the research, indicates that it is viable to conduct positive interventions using a robust theoretical framework and documented empirical research results.
