Opis:
The effect of sodium sulfide waste water recycling on the separation of chalcopyrite and molybdenite was investigated in this work. The waste water, which was separated from the slurry after selective flotation, was recycled in the flotation system. This operation significantly improved the subsequent flotation of chalcopyrite and saved the reagent. The results showed that the depression efficiency of sodium sulfide gradually disappeared in the recycling tests due to the consumption. The consumption of sodium sulfide in the separation was not only caused by the adsorption on mineral surfaces but also resulted from the precipitation of metal ions which released from minerals. These effects decreased the solution reducibility and the adsorption of hydrosulfide ions, finally resulting in the less depression for chalcopyrite flotation. After adding a certain amount of sodium sulfide to the recycling, the depression of chalcopyrite performed well and the pulp potential maintained at a relatively lower level. Moreover, the pulp potential was an available parameter to control the flotation separation of chalcopyrite and molybdenite, which made the method easily applied to industry.

Opis:
Self-assembled face-centered cubic FePt nanoparticles were embedded into the oxide capping layer using the atomic layer deposition technology. The effect of the oxide-matrix layer on the structure, mono-dispersibility, and magnetic properties of the FePt/oxide composite thin films was investigated. Experimental results suggest that the protection of the oxide-matrix capping layer can effectively inhibit the grain growth and particle aggregation, and preserve the ordered domains of the FePt nanoparticles during the L 1_0 ordering transition through annealing. The combination of the atomic layer deposition capping layer and self-assembled FePt nanoparticles provides a new potential approach to fabricate the ultrahigh-density magnetic recording media.

Opis:
This paper proposes a speech enhancement method using the multi-scales and multi-thresholds of the auditory perception wavelet transform, which is suitable for a low SNR (signal to noise ratio) environment. This method achieves the goal of noise reduction according to the threshold processing of the human ear’s auditory masking effect on the auditory perception wavelet transform parameters of a speech signal. At the same time, in order to prevent high frequency loss during the process of noise suppression, we first make a voicing decision based on the speech signals. Afterwards, we process the unvoiced sound segment and the voiced sound segment according to the different thresholds and different judgments. Lastly, we perform objective and subjective tests on the enhanced speech. The results show that, compared to other spectral subtractions, our method keeps the components of unvoiced sound intact, while it suppresses the residual noise and the background noise. Thus, the enhanced speech has better clarity and intelligibility.
