W artykule przedstawiono pilotażowe wdrożenie systemu bieżącej diagnostyki torów pomiarowych oraz detekcji nieszczelności wykonane dla testowego odcinka sieci gazowej. Aplikacja zrealizowana została z wykorzystaniem modułów systemu zaawansowanego monitorowania i diagnostyki AMandD. Na początku przedstawiono krótki opis procesu oraz zrealizowany symulator sieci gazowej wraz z opisem możliwości jego zastosowania w opisywanym systemie. Następnie opisano strukturę systemu oraz podano szczegóły realizacji algorytmów detekcji i lokalizacji uszkodzeń. Na zakończenie zaprezentowano wyniki pierwszych testów systemu oraz podsumowano jakość działania systemu oraz możliwy zakres zastosowania.
The article presents a pilot implementation of an on-line diagnostic system of the measurement channels and leak detection, performed for a gas network test segment. The application was implemented using modules of Advanced Monitoring and Diagnostics System AMandD. A brief description of the process and the gas network simulator is presented at the beginning of the article. Next, a description of the possibilities of its use in the described system is characterised. The structure of the system and some details of the detection and location of a damage algorithms implementation are included. In conclusion, results of first tests of the system are presented. At last, authors summarise the system quality and propose the possible scope of application. - Źródło:
